• Tetiana (10/5): - Отличная студия. Просторная и есть все необходимое: посуда, кофемашина, чайник. В вобщем все, что нужно для приготовления еды, хотя мы не готовили) помимо кровати в студии большой мягкий уголок. Ванная и туалет чистые. Удобное месторасположение, пешком можно добраться до метро, набережной, трансфера в аэропорт. Такого нет, как бы не старалась найти)

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ (8/5): - We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent — very central and convenient for visiting Budapest. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth, and the staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We were very happy with the overall experience. The only negative point was that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that, we were very happy with the overall experience.

Sehr gute Kommunikation via Booking-app oder Viber oder WhatsApp. Grosse Wohnung. Gerne wieder! Lebendige gegend, deshalb muss dreifach abgeschlossen werden. Das schreckt tagsüber vielleicht etwas ab, doch in der Nacht merkt man, dass es doch besser ist so😄

• Dimitra (9/5): Πολύ καλή εμπειρία! - Ακριβώς στο κέντρο.. Όλα είναι δίπλα σου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα. Ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο. Οπότε ανεβαίνεις αρκετά σκαλιά μέχρι να φτάσεις επάνω.

• Luigi Le Kart (7/5): buon rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione buona - la posizione ottima, le camere sono pulite ed in buono stato, personale delle pulizie molto gentile ed il gestore disponibile le scale pericolose scivolose e pesanti da fare dato che gli appartamenti si trovano al terzo piano senza ascensore e si dovrebbe fare una ristrutturazione esternamente e al vano scala

• Barabas (1/5): - The building its messy, with homeless people inside the building, everywhere food leftovers, a neighbour said to me its not really safe to stay with a kid there, because these people try open doors as well. I askd the host if its really safe he said yes. I would not recommend with kids, also you have to walk upstairs all the way to 3rd floor. I left the apartment and tried to get a free cancellation for safety concern but the host declined, also non of the other apartments were occupied, but he said he is not losing any money. Honestly wasn’t about to money, but the uncomfortable situation to try to find a new place with a 6 yrs old, and 2 luggages to carry up and down.

Le camere veramente pulitissime, attrezzate di tutto, calde e bellissime... Consiglio vivamente

• Fotis (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο σε πολυ κεντρικό σημείο μόλις λίγα λεπτά απο τις συγκοινωνίες. Δεν έλειπε τίποτα απο την κουζίνα του και τις παροχές του μπάνιου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

• Jabir (10/5): Оставались в этих апартаментах в 2024, и вот спустя почти 2 года, наше возвращение вновь было через Будапешт и мы не зад - Расположение, удобный чек-ин, есть все удобства в квартире, очень уютно. Видно, ребята стараются. 🫶 Все было отлично, никаких неприятных моментов

Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική και πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Δεν λειτουργούσε το πιστολάκι. Η πολυκατοικία είναι παλιάς κατασκευής, αλλά αυτό δεν αποτέλεσε πρόβλημα.

• Krisztián (10/5): We felt very comfortable and would happily stay again. Highly recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at GrigorasNCo Studio Apartments and were extremely satisfied with everything. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from Deák tér and Madách tér. Cafés, restaurants, bars, and even theaters are all within a few minutes’ walk, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions and helpful video guide. Upon entering the apartment, we were impressed by how spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed it was. The space is compact yet perfectly laid out—ideal for two people. The bathroom truly stood out: spacious, beautiful, warm, and very modern. Both the heating and air conditioning worked perfectly and added greatly to our comfort. Another big plus is the excellent connection to the airport—the 100E airport bus stop is just a few minutes away. Thank you for allowing us to spend our days and evenings here. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Nota negativa è considerare l’assenza dell’ascensor - Appartamento piccolino essenziale e moderno, pulito e dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo; Si trova in un ottima posizione centrale, vicina ai principali snodi dei mezzi pubblici ma che permette allo stesso tempo di visitate i principali luoghi turistici della citta a piedi. Nota negativa è l’assenza dell’ascensore. Essendo al terzo piano diventa un disagio se si hanno valigie pesanti o difficoltà di mobilità fisica.

• Loufi (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ακριβώς οπως στις φωτογραφίες .(εξωτερικά ηταν καπως κακό εμφανισιακά, αλλα μεσα ηταν ολα οπως επρεπε ). Αρνητικό: είναι στον 3ο όροφο και χωρις ασανσέρ ( πολλές σκαλες) . Ειχε ζεστό νερό συνεχώς και πολυ καλη θέρμανση . Σε πολύ καλό σημείο ( σχεδόν πας παντού με τα πόδια, διπλα σε σταθμο μετρο-λεωφορείο) . Ακολουθήσαμε τις οδηγίες που βρίσκονταν σε φυλλάδιο εντός του δωματίου για καθαρές πετσέτες και έξτρα καφέδες και έγιναν ακριβώς οπως τα έγραφαν χωρις καθυστερήσεις.

• Ela (1/5): - The only good thing about the property is the location! I stayed there for 2 days while travelling for work at 31 weeks pregnant. The mattress was horrible. The pillow was smelly and uncomfortable, and I was staying in a double bed with one single pillow (the property manager is extremely frugal). The room is located on the third floor of an old building. The staircase is not suitable for pregnant women, the elderly, disabled people, and/or people travelling with strollers and small children. It was mentioned nowhere that there is NO elevator. I am a frequent traveller to Budapest and have lived there for 7 years, so I am well aware of the building structure and what to expect. I had 2 sleepless nights while 7 months pregnant and felt zero comfort during my stay, so I am extremely dissatisfied with choosing to stay in this property. Additionally, I was offered the option of leaving a five-star rating if I wanted the managers to hold my bag after check-out time (which was 10 AM). I travel all over Europe, and this review is only to protect fellow travellers and make them see the reality before paying for accommodation. This is not a personal attack on whoever manages this property. It is solely my unfortunate experience. Be aware and do NOT believe every high rating and five-star review. Take care and enjoy your time in Budapest. It is a magnificent city!

У помешканні було чисто, є посуд, можна приготувати собі їжу. Дуже зручно, що можна залишити речі до/після проживання. Потрібно поремонтувати ручку від дверей у ванну кімнату і кришку від унітазу.

• Simone (9/5): Ottima struttura nel cuore di Budapest - La struttura è molto bella, anche se dall'esterno non si direbbe. Ci sono da fare 3 piani a piedi ma per l'ottima posizione ne vale la pena. Ci sono tutti i comfort. Alex (il proprietario) è cortese, disponibile e premuroso. Struttura veramente consigliata per visitare Budapest, ben collegata per spostarsi con i mezzi e a piedi. C'era la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente le valigie il giorno del checkout, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Un altro punto in più per scegliere questa struttura e Alex per venire a visitare Budapest. Magari da rivedere qualcosa nel divano letto che per dormire ha dato qualche piccolo problema.

• Raffaele (6/5): Discreto - Pratica per poter fare tutto ( dal centro ai localetti) quindi logisticamente abbastanza consigliata. Camera molto pulita, letto comodo, insomma non mancava nulla. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ho avuto difficoltà nel contattare il proprietario su whatsapp per poter fornire la carta d’identità, gli ho chiesto di potermi scrivere su whatsapp, quest’ultimo con toni molto alti mi ha contattato su Booking dicendo che non toccava a lui dovermi contattare in maniera molto scorbutica. D’altronde, credo che se un cliente ha difficoltà a contattarti ( per una cosa che serve a lui e non una mia necessità) l’interesse doveva essere il suo nel provvedere verso la problematica.

• PASCHALIS (10/5): Να πάτε και θα με θυμηθείτε - Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο είχε ότι μπορείς να χρειαστείς ακόμη και κάψουλες για εσπρέσο . Πεντακάθαρο με αποδοτική θέρμανση και καυτό νερό ωραίος φωτισμός . Ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες δεν υπάρχει κάτι διαφορετικό . Εγώ θα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον γνωστό μου επισκευφθει το μέρος και εννοείται πως όταν ξανά έρθουμε θα μείνουμε πάλι εκεί. Επίσης σημαντικό είναι ότι παρέχει την φύλαξη των αποσκευών μας ακόμη και έπειτα από το τσεκ αουτ στο δωμάτιο . Ηταν όλα άψογα δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό . Μπράβο σας καταπληκτική δουλειά και φιλοξενεία.
