• Robert (9/5): If you are looking for budget accommodation with friendly helpful staff, this is for you. - Affordable, clean, it was ideal for our group of 7 who wanted an easy going self catering accommodation. Friendly and very helpful staff. Caroline was the perfect hostess for the entire 6 day stay.

• Frank (9/5): Great safe location for a group - The property was great for a group as there were 3 bedrooms with 7 beds (2 bunk beds). There was a big kitchen with a separate dining room and a big living room with multiple couches and large tv . The property is safe and large and walking distance to town. Helen , our host, was fantastic providing us with recommendations and allowing us a later checkout ( which made the last day so much better). Vivian the caretaker was also excellent and assisted us greatly. I highly recommend this property One of showers needed a better head.
• Thamsanqa (9/5): Left us wanting more, will definitely be back - The atmosphere of the guesthouse was very homely. The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The rooms were adequate especially because we were a group of people. The location was easy to access and a quick trip to town when required was catered for by the staff. There is nothing that we didn't like as a group. We didn't like that we had to leave the area

• Brian (9/5): Group of Six - Very spacious accommodation for a group of six. It's at a nice and quiet location off the main road yet in the centre of town so it was easy to orientate from. Owner Helen couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed the town and surroundings. Electricity and water was intermittent but obviously beyond the property's control and presumably uniform across Livingstone at the time of visiting.
• Maru (8/5): Very good - Helen the hostess was super kind and caring, and did her best to make the team's stay a fantastic one. The only thing to take into consideration are the constant power shortages for which they do not have a generator, but she left us flashlights and whatever she could find. We will definitely repeat on future trips of the company.
• Joseph (10/5): 10/10, would definitely return. - Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay, in a great location close to town and restaurants are within walking distance, overall an amazing property.

• Karin (7/5): Good - The accommodation met our needs. The inner house and space itself was good. I love the decor and furniture's. It was just as shown on the pictures on booking.com. The staff (Helen, Vivian and Sixtus) were very helpful and friendly. The outside surrounding was not conducive . However, we understand that it is a new accommodation and it is work in progress... Wishing Helen all the best as she builds her develops and builds her business.
