- Michael (6/5): More negatives than positives :( - Very comfortable bed and had a great nights sleep. Unfortunately, that's the only positive for us. But if you're travelling on budget and are just looking for a bed for the night, then it'll do the job. • Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given the incorrect door code. Resulting in getting soaked in the downpouring rain.
• The floor in the bathroom was dirty from a previous guest. My partners feet were covered in dirt after getting out of the shower.
• The shower pressure isn't the best either. But I believe the occupants of the house were also using their shower at the same time.
• The coffee machine was dirty and needs cleaning out. There was also a used coffee pod in the machine from a previous guest.
• There are no TV channels available, and the WiFi was awful. Coming on in sporadic intervals with a weak signal. So, if you need a good Internet connection for work etc... Then this place isn't for you.
We're frequent travellers, and 90% of the time, we book apartments or housing accommodation. This property unfortunately fell below our expectations :(
- Kieran (10/5): Lovely little place, would stay again - Great little property with everything you wanted The Nescafé Dolce Gusto didn’t work sadly

- wayne (1/5): Aggressive host, did not feel safe - Well I was at the property the television fell from the wall; and then broke.
I let the letting agent know right away when this happen. A short while later the owner of the property attend the address he pushed pass me, and accused me of causing the damage. He began to use profanity’s towards me, and I felt unsafe at this point. He then left. The letting agent called me and said “A television does not just fall off the wall you can either pay for a new one or leave. I expressed strongly I am not in the habit of lying, and that the TV was clearly not fitted to the wall as it should be.
I then had to leave the property at 22:15 with. I was meet with the owner outside who was aggressive, and said “you should f**king pay for this”. It also appeared he lives in the property across the street, and he partner stood in the door way of this property shouting at me.
I was left with a feeling a fear for my safety, and I no were to stay. The owner nor the letting agent was willing to hear what I had to say, and I was met with a barrage of aggression. This whole experience has left me shuck up.

- Jon G (9/5): - It was perfect for my needs, very clean and comfortable and the owners have done a fantastic job in use of the space.
Will definitely be back. Not a complaint, merely observation. Always always need an iron when ive unpacked my shirt. But one must consider the excellent rate charged so maybe I'm being a bit greedy here.

The natural lighting from the skylight was great and all the necessary amenities were provided and more! Everything was there to cook your own meals if you wanted and the complimentary coffee was great. In addition the hosts/property manager was very responsive, answering any questions that arose, including on the weekend. Lots of shops and restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk from the property Nothing!

- Susan (9/5): It was great & I would recommend a stay here to anyone!! - The property was in an ideal location for me. I experienced a couple of problems on arrival but after phoning & 3 quick visits the problems were solved. Everything I needed was in the property although I couldn't get the coffee machine to work. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi Fi connection was great & in the cold weather the central heating much apprciated. The property was lovely & clean with nice soft towels & complimentary toiletries. It is close to shops & bus stops. I had to come in the winter but there is a small area outside with table & chairs for nicer months. A bigger waste bin or an outside bin would have been appreciated.

- Taurus2017 (5/5): A one-off stay, not to be repeated! - The apartment itself is an imaginative and innovative exercise in the use of limited space, quite intriguing. Curiosity more than price drove me to book. I arrived later than planned due to an M6 northbound crash and during a well-predicted rainstorm. For some unknown reason, the lockbox, with which I am very familiar over several years of bookings on Booking. com and airbnb.com, had been fitted at waist level! I accept that not everyone who books will be 75 and trying to access the key in the dark and in a rainstorm but only for the torch app on my iPhone and a very intermittent porch light, access would have been impossible. I arrived to a toasty warm studio, which quickly changed after my arrival. The heating was turned off shortly after my arrival and remained that way throughout my stay! The next morning was extremely cold so, in an effort to avoid catching cold, I forewent a shower before setting off as I'd be arriving at my final destination some 3 hours later. Had I known in advance of a heating issue, other than that it was controlled from the main house, I'd have been more than happy to pay extra for the warmth. Indeed, I left £20 and a bottle of Prosecco - photo available on request - at my final destination for just that purpose since I was at home during the day, and using their 'boost' option, and dining out in the evening with heating set on low. Top marks to Ellie for friendliness and communication.
- Laura (10/5): Perfect place for a short stay - Layout was well thought out. Very clean and perfect for what was needed. Nothing, apart from a broken door handle in the living space door.
- Mick (8/5): A nice property - Comfy clean nice little apartment in a quiet culdesac It was nice,, but felt a bit shut in wth design, also tv would not change channel properly, and the heating was controlled not at the property, I had to ring owners to put it on,, which they did then it was lovely cosy and warm,, overall it was a nice place
- Fernandes (10/5): Overall a fantastic place, very comfortable, and away from the city noise. Enjoyed our stay. - It was very convenient. We could not figure out how to put the radiators on. Tried turning a few knobs but nothing happened.
- Matthew (7/5): Good facilities but extremely noisy - Easy to get into the property, good facilities and a comfy bed. I got there at 3 and it was freezing inside. Had to wait for the heating to come on at about 5 which is controlled by the main house.
There was building work going on out the back which was extremely disruptive and I could hardly do any work as the drilling and banging continued well past 6pm. Wasn't the best experience.
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Mia (10/5): -
- John (6/5): Pleasant enough for what I needed. - Good size bed but then I was on my own. The bed being hemmed in by walls on three sides. Would have been an issue if my wife had been with me.
- Michelle (9/5): Very enjoyable - impressed with the accommodation - The accommodation was lovely, really modern and clean and perfect for when you're working away from home. It's not a 'not like' but I had trined it down and didnt have a car so that wasn't ideal. I'd say it's best to have a car as the accommodation is in the middle of a housing estate and not near anything 'big'. If I didnt have a colleague dropping me off and picking me up I'd have struggled.
- Anya (9/5): Clean & Tidy! Would recommend - Easily accessible from motorway. Check in was easy. Didn't realise there wasn't an oven but it wasn't a big issue as there are lots of take aways close
- Jon (8/5): - Good value for money and excellent staff
- Cynthia (9/5): Peaceful, relaxing, - I liked the comfy nature of the apartment.
The facilities available were great for my stay
- Sarah (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Just brilliant! -
- Cynthia (9/5): -
- Jason (10/5): -
- Karen (9/5): - The location comfort had what we needed we (couldn't find the rule book) no complaints lovely stay clean and bright
- Craig (9/5): Clean and tidy - It was clean well presented and had all info I needed to check in and out
- Thom (8/5): Great little property. Smaller than expected but still a lovely place to stay. - Lovely little apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Images make the property look much larger than it is. There was enough space but did feel quite cramped. The fold away dining table was also quite unstable but that would be the only real negative.
- Julian (9/5): -
- Adam (9/5): Amazing value for money. - The Layout was great, the furniture was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The WiFi Didnt work at first, but the team quickly helped me get it working agan.
- Beth (10/5): - clean , cosy , easy , friendly staff , good facilities.
- Carol (9/5): Modern and Comfortable - Modern. Very clean and comfortable with fridge, hob , microwave, kettle, toaster. The bed was so comfy. Towel provided. Coffee machine with pods. Tea, sugar, milk sachets. Lovely touches like shower products, bottled water, washing up liquid. Can gain self access through the information provided. Park on the driveway. Ground floor. In a residential area.I found a nearby retail park with m&s food and other options,Asda nearby.
Communication with the owners was excellent. The TV didn't work well during my stay which didn't bother me, I let the owners know for future guests.
- Kenneth (10/5): Good for couple of nights. - Was very clean and comfortable. Everything was fine.
- Matthew (9/5): -
- LISA (9/5): Comfortable, clean and good value for money - The property was nicely decorated, clean and offered what we needed. My boyfriend wanted to take home the bed it was that comfortable
- Kerry (9/5): - Lovely little place. Everything that you need. Could do with being able to block light out of lantern roof as my son slept on the sofa bed and once it was light at 5am he woke up as its right above!
