Julia (10/5): - Eine sehr gemütliche, kleine Zweizimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung. Ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Draußen war es sehr kalt, drinnen aber angenehm warm. Perfekt für zwei. Mein Mann und ich waren sehr zufrieden.
Michael (6/5): Netter Empfang vom Vermieter. Ausgangslage gut für Ausflüge - Großer Balkon mit Möbel Die Wohnmöbel sind nicht mehr die Besten.
Waltraud (10/5): - Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Ideal geeignet für Familie mit 2 Kindern. Im Sommer gibt es auch einen schönen Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Wir waren im Winter und es lag tiefer Schnee und draußen war's eiskalt, aber drinnen mollig warm. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten im nicht zu weit entfernten Skigebiet Braunlage Skifahren.

Carmen (10/5): - Uns hat es super gefallen , ein sehr hübscher gemütlicher Ort mit ein paar Liebenswürdigkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jederzeit würde ich sehr gerne den Harz wieder bereisen. Die Unterkunft war SPITZE, in ALLEM. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlen konnte. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Monika (9/5): Wir kommen wieder - Gute Ausstattung insgesamt, alles vorhanden Sehr viele Spinnengeweben und Staub in den Ecken. Vor Ort reklamiert in Gegenwart der Vermieter und dem Reinigungspersonal. Kritik dankend angenommen.
Luca Formiani (8/5): Harz hat uns sehr gut gefallen und dorthin kommen wir wieder. - Unsere FeWo war in Ordnung liegt unter dem Dach mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großen Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind nicht getrennt, aber der Raum war groß genug, dass die Trennung kaum spürbar ist. Für zwei Personen war die Wohnung ideal. Dort haben wir uns sehr gut gefühlt. Es gab Probleme mit der Spülmaschine, aber sie wurden schnell beseitigt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die eigene Wäsche zu waschen, das Automat funktioniert nur mit 50 Cent. Außerdem nicht vergessen: eigene Ersatzmülltüten und Ersatztoilettenpapier auch selbst mitnehmen. Wir waren von anderen Vermietern in anderen FeWos anscheinend sehr verwöhnt, aber solche extra sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Das wussten wir nicht. Das war unsere Schuld.
Stéphanie (10/5): Ontzettend fijn verblijf - Schoon, ruim, grote tuin, schommel, zandbak en glijbanen voor de kleine. Vriendelijke mensen. Ruim voldoende glazen, borden en bekers. Fijne plek voor een goede prijs. Erg zachte bedden en in de douche druk je steeds de hendel dicht vanwege de onlogische plaatsing.

Sven Lange (7/5): Klare Empfehlung für kleines Budget - Gute Raumaufteilung und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Große Terrasse mit noch größerem Garten zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung. Ruhige Lage da es sich um eine Sackgasse handelt und dadurch auch Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Bad ist schon recht klein.

Annemieke (7/5): Ruime woning op een rustige plek. - Ruime woning, mooi balkon en grote gemeenschappelijke tuin. Rustige ligging. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Er ging een balkonstoel kapot die razendsnel vervangen werd. Het is een niet-roken accommodatie. Echter, op het terras en de balkons mag wel gerookt worden (ook al staat er in de informatiemap om dit liever niet te doen). Wij hadden een appartement op de eerste verdieping en hadden regelmatig last van de vieze rooklucht van de onderburen… De handdoeken vonden wij aan de kleine kant.
Susan (9/5): Sehr schönes ruhiges Objekt - Das schönste an der Unterkunft war die Ruhe, aber auch der Empfang vom Eigentümer sehr herzlich, alles war gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung war top.

Nmq (10/5): Cozy, well appointed apartment - Really well appointed and comfortable little apartment in a complex of 6 apartments (with more next door). Not far to walk to a supermarket and bakery and the monastery. Almost no restaurants in town. The play equipment (swing, mini slide, playhouse), a football goal and several barbeques in the enormous back yard looked promising for summertime! The hosts gave us a pass for free bus rides which while we didn't use, was appreciated. Would have loved more toilet paper, bigger towels and a chopping board, but really these are minor in the scheme of things. The washing machine is coin operated and in the next building. The key collection time ended earlier than we would have liked but they were very accommodating.
