• Kresimir (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience. At 1am, I was unable to get into the apartment. - - I had a flight arriving in Thessaloniki late at night, around 23:30, then waited for the bus, and then a 1-hour ride to the city center. When I finally got to this accommodation around 1am, I found out that I did not have the right key code to get my keys from the check-in box. The host did send me two message before my arrival, and in one message there was a code which didn’t work, and in another message there was no code at all. First, I was sending them messages over booking, waited, and had patience for 30 minutes, but they didn’t respond. Then I called the number they sent me many times during the next half an hour, and no answer. Then, finally, I called Booking and had to wait for 1 more hour so they could check everything, and finally, to cancel my booking. It was around 3:30am when Booking finally confirmed my cancellation, and at that point, I had to walk around the city center in search of an hotel that had 24 hour check-in desk. I did not feel safe walking around with all my luggage, and in the end payed that night more than double over my budget. Very IMPORTANT to note is that one week before my arrival, I noted to the host that I would be coming around 1am, so they knew. In case the host replies to this message and tries to excuse themselves, as they tried when they contacted me the day after, saying they had a problem with the SIM card and that they are sorry. This is nothing but a lie. They knew I was coming exactly at that time, so they could wait for me. Just terrible, the worst experience in my 15 years of traveling.
• Δέσποινα (10/5): Όλα όπως ήθελα να είναι - Ήταν ακριβώς πάνω στο κέντρο, οποτε ήταν όλα προσβασιμα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και με βοήθησε να το βρω την πρωτη μέρα. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμουν. Επίσης είχε ησυχία και μπόρεσα να κοιμηθώ κάτι που έψαχνα. Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένη και σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ!!

• KonstantinosMavis (1/5): No soap and bad smell corridor - The accommodation was not provided in acceptable hygienic and cleanliness conditions. The property’s common areas and staircase were in very poor condition, with visible dirt, damage, exposed wires/pipes, rubbish, and a strong unpleasant smell in the corridor/staircase area. In addition, the bed linen/sheets in the room were dirty and stained, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation and raises serious hygiene concerns. There was also no soap provided in the room/bathroom, despite soap being a basic amenity that any accommodation is expected to offer. The dirty bed sheets, and the lack of proper basic standards. This was not the standard of accommodation I booked and paid for, and the stay did not meet basic cleanliness, hygiene, and amenity expectations.
• Panagiotis (10/5): Πολύ βολικό στούντιο στο κέντρο της πόλης - Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό στούντιο. Για ένα άτομο είναι ότι πρέπει. Σε κεντρικότατο σημείο με όλα τα απαραίτητα πολύ κοντά. Η εξυπηρέτηση & επικοινωνία του παρόχου άμεση και πολύ βοηθητική. Το συνιστώ σε όσους θέλουν να βρίσκονται στο κέντρο της πόλης Την πρώτη μέρα διαμονής δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό αλλά με την άμεση επικοινωνία & βοήθεια του παρόχου το θέμα λύθηκε. Η τηλεόραση δεν έπιανε όλα τα γνωστά κανάλια

• Dér (3/5): - Nagyon kicsi. Az 5 napra 80 ezer forintot fizettem. Az erkély szintén nagyon kicsi és állandóan teleszarták a madarak, akik az erkély mellett fészkeltek, így mindig hallottam őket. Lent az udvaron nagyon büdös hajléktalan szag van. A bejárati ajtón nagyon könnyen átszűrődik a legkisebb zaj is. A fürdőszobában a WC-ből nagyon jön fel a csatorna szag. Tusolás közben nagyon gyenge a víznyomás. Nincs mosógép. Nagyon kicsi volt a TV.

• Ali Chousein (10/5): Solo in SKG for 3 days - Everything!! You could equip 3 houses with everything it offers....and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Very clean and the host is a jewel!! Not for families or if you need space!!

• Stephanie (6/5): The unit was small, dominated had to open my suitcase on top of one side of the bed.. - I liked the location. The unit was small but clean… However my stay there was from the 4/10 to 13/10. During that period there was not change of linen…. One think that really bothered me, was that not once I was contacted by phone or otherwise by the owner. The phone number that I was provided by booking.com, unfortunately I was not lucky enough to get an answer. Therefore when a couple days later the shower head seperated from the hose I could not contact anyone to sent someone to fix. So to wash my hair or have a shower I had to hold the hose with one hand over my head and shampoo my hair with my other hand…..
