• Laura Simona (6/5): - Bed was comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. Many things need fixing. Coffee machine was broken. Shower door was broken, half of it was taken off and put on the wall behind the door. Heating in the living room didn’t work. Walls were dirty, lots of marks. Bedroom door was damaged on the inside. Looks like someone hit it

• Fabio (7/5): Comoda sistemazione ben connessa ai mezzi pubbllici - Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata del tram. Area silenziosa, letto comodo, cucina spaziosa e ben equipaggiata. Casa spaziosa. Grande tv, letto comodo, doccia sempe calda. Comodo divano e bagno piacevole. Host risponde subito. Alcuni problemini con gli infissi ( finestra camera, porta principale.. non si chiudono bene.. la porta della doccia manca di uno sportello, la maniglia della porta della cucina ha problemi.) E 4 piani a piedi.

• Ángela (3/5): No recomendaría alojarse en este apartamento. - Nada. -El apartamento estaba bastante sucio. -Solo se podía estar en la habitación ya que en el resto de la casa hacía muchísimo frío. -La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y una de las partes estaba apoyada en la pared. -Había una gotera y la solución fue arreglarla tras irnos, mientras tanto tuvimos que convivir con la gotera. No lo recomendaría.

• Силвена (1/5): The most awful place to stay - It was very bad experience. The flat was very dirty and very cold. At first we could not get the keys as they wrote us the keys will be inside the building in some case. It was like a horror film for half an hour to check every single corner in the building and on stairs to find them. Finally some man appeared and helped us. Very dirty and very cold.

Instructions to access the apartment provided by the hotel were incorrect The lock to the apartment wasn't working properly and made accessing it very difficult at times Internet was not working

Ci ha concesso check in 2 ore prima e, dopo numerosi solleciti, ci ha fornito 2 asciugamani a persona per un soggiorno di due notti (lo metto come punto positivo, anche se mi sembra semplicemente una questione di civiltà). La struttura si trova in un quartiere fatiscente. Inoltre, il nostro appartamento era al quarto piano senza ascensore. Per arrivarci, bisognava salire una scala strettissima (facevamo fatica anche a salire i bagagli) e molto disordinata (sembrava quasi quasi un accampamento). Inizialmente ci è stata fornita una sola asciugamano a persona. La doccia era rotta, non si chiudeva. Il divano letto era da sistemare (mai vista una cosa simile). L’host non ci ha fornito un contatto telefonico e a quello presente qui su Booking non ha mai risposto.

• Ewa (8/5): Wystarczający na krótki pobyt w Brukseli - Lokalizacja, blisko komunikacja, spokojna okolica, wyposażenie kuchni ok, wszystko co potrzebne było zapewnione, mieszkanie czyste 4 piętro bez windy, bardzo strome schody, nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu i przy wejściu do mieszkania, popsuta kabina prysznicowa, która się nie domykała, przy wysokich temperaturach na zewnątrz może być bardzo duszno
• Maria (8/5): It's ok for the price - It has good transportation that allows you to easily reach the center of Brussels, there was coffee for the morning, comfortable bed, sofa not so much. There were enough toiletries and the apartment was clean. I don't understand why they keep asking you for your arrival time if it's done 100% independently. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and unless I'm mistaken, the advertisement doesn't specify that the apartment is on the top floor of the building without an elevator, which is important if you have large suitcases. Also, being on the top floor makes it hot. There were a couple of fans, but I'm not sure it would be enough on hot summer days. Comfortable bed, sofa not so much.

• Mohamed (7/5): Very clean, has a homey feel - There was too many stairs being on the 4th floor it was difficult to get my baggage up as there is no lift
• Alexandra (7/5): Overall, for a group of 4 young people, the stay was okay considering the price we paid. However, some aspects can defin - The apartment was clean, relatively close to public transportation to the central area. Also, there are many stores around, including Lidl. We had a warm welcome, some chocolates left by the owners. There were coffee capsules, the kitchen was properly equipped. The bathroom also had everything you needed. Communication was a bit lacking, we only received clear information about the check-in process when we landed in Belgium, I was worried about that. We arrived at the location and didn’t know exactly where should we go, which floor. In the end, after struggling a bit with our luggage on the very narrow stairs we figured it was the 4th floor (last one) During our stay, there was cold weather, strong wind and rain. The windows were not well insulated and we felt the cold air entering the rooms where we slept. There was also a problem with the handles on some doors and slight leaks from the ceiling in the kitchen.
• Anna (9/5): Good value for money. - Good communication with the owner, he answered all questions and helped. Convenient location, close to metro and tram and you can easily get to the center. Free internet, we couldn't connect to it at first, but the owner helped us. There are shops and Lidl nearby, and at night there are open night shops nearby. The kitchen has all the necessary things, a kettle, a coffee machine with coffee and sugar. There is no oven, but it was not critical for us. They have a hair dryer and everything you need to take a shower. There was three of us and we used the sofa as third bed. The sofa converts easily and was quite comfortable. There is also a smart TV. We was satisfied, if we come to Brussels again, we will rent these apartments again. The top floor and narrow staircase are a bit inconvenient with large suitcases. There is a fire station not far from the apartment.
• John (10/5): We loved it!! We'll be back! A+ - Nice and clean place, cosy and comfortable, loved the Kitchen and the bathroom, comfortable bed. Restaurants and shops at walkong distance, Bus took us to the center easily and fast. Solid net connection (kids loved it) American family currently living in Germany, we do come regularly to Brussels, we will definitely come back to the place.

• Ony (5/5): Equipped, clean and nice appartment. - The appartment is clean and nice inside. Well fournished with everything you want in the kitchen and the rooms. The owner is kind, easy to get in touch and tried to help to solve the problem we got in. The place is close to the bus&tram stops and a lot of grocery store nearby. Camera is outside the door controlling in and out of the appartment. If you need calm and rest. This is not the place for you. Very noisy because of the location and isolation is not good enough to help. Internet was not working at all but we got the neighbor to share his internet code to us. It is important to state in the announcement that the appartement is in the 5ft floor, with narrow stairs and without elevator.
