- Juhász (8/5): - Modern, rendezett szállás, a sétáló utca mondhatni közel van. Tágas terasz, szép szoba A szállás előtti partszakasz nem alkalmas fürdésre nagyon, érdemesebb 1 kmrel arrébb menni. A személyzettel 2 napig beszéltük, hogy maradnánk 13:00ig, mivel a repülőnk este indult, amire azt mondták nem probléma, maradhatunk. DE! 11kor ki raktak bennünket, holott mint említettem 2 napig kérdeztük mindig, hogy de biztos maradhatunk. Valószínű mert nem tudtak angolul, és csak valamire rábólintottak.

Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist etwas lieblos gestaltet. Sie ist auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, sodass man vor Allem Blick auf die Stadt hat, nicht aufs Meer. Die Meerblickseite ist für die privaten Suites mit privatem Pool verbaut. Das ist schade...

Tinha ficado com a ideia que haveria camas na praia para os apartamentos. Mas isso não se verificou. Pela descrição parece que os apartamentos golfinho são tipo um hotel, e são ao AL. Sem problema nenhum com ser AL, só que o taxista que nos levou não sabia onde era o edifício Lux e deixou-nos algures na rua a procurar o edifício certo. Se soubesse que era um AL tinha verificado a localização com mais certeza. Mas isto não é uma crítica. Apenas uma constatação. O apartamento era espetacular.

Ausblick der Wahnsinn… Manager war immer erreichbar und hat super schnell auf jeden Wunsch reagiert. 10 Sterne plus…. Super Lage, alles schnell erreichbar! The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. The only issue I experienced was with the ensuite bathroom in my room. The hot water only lasted about one minute before turning lukewarm, and there was also a leak from the shower which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, so I had to place towels down each night. Additionally, the sink plug was broken and had been pulled out, so it could not be used properly.

De host was per app goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Aanwezigheid wasmachine en lift. 24/7 is er iemand aanwezigheid bij de receptie. Mooi rooftop zwembad met ligbedden (wel koud water in februari) We kregen pas na 4 dagen schone handdoeken en lakens, ik moest zelf navraag doen wanneer dit werd gewisseld. Badkamer is vrij klein. Af en toe valt de stroom uit.

- Mikael (10/5): Excellent accommodation with a high standard, a calm location, and very friendly and helpful staff. - I was very satisfied with the overall standard. This is by far the best accommodation on the island if you are looking for a high level of comfort during your stay. The quick access to the rooftop pool is a big plus, and the property is located on the quieter side of the island while still being only a few minutes’ walk from the town. There is also an outdoor gym just outside, which is very convenient. Nothing to comment on. I will book it again during my next stay.

Seveda je tudi zelo čist, saj je še popolnoma novo. Osebje je zelo prijazno, uredili so nama tudi taksi z letališča in na letališče. Škoda, da nisva mogla rezervirati apartmaja s pogledom na morje. Samo opazka: bazen je dokaj slabo narejen: nov, pa se že luščijo ploščice, kar je škoda...

The apartment was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, perfectly working air conditioners and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop pool was clean with an amazing view. The team was very friendly and helpful, with fast communication through WhatsApp. They kept an apartment clean and made us feel welcome. The small welcome gifts were a very pleasant surprise. We really felt well taken care of. Only one small thing: the bathroom door in our apartment was damaged and didn’t close properly. It didn’t affect our stay, but it might be worth fixing for future guests.

Les appartements sont clairement équipés de tout il ne manque rien ils sont spacieux et magnifique, la résidence et belle de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur. À proximité de tout les restau du centre ville et plusieurs restau au pied de l’hôtel. Vu sur la mer piscine super, toujours des transats à disposition. Le personnel est accueillant il répond à toute les attente et quelque chose d’encore plus unique: la propriétaire qui vous contact via WhatsApp et se tient disponible pour toute demande et tout le long de votre séjour. Wifi au top, toute les chaînes tv souhaité Mon mari et moi sommes ravis de l’endroit où on s’y sent très bien. Nous reviendrons et nous le recommandons Tout était parfait

Staff were lovely especially the cleaning ladies. 10 mins walk through pleasant neighbourhood to centre. Maybe an information book to say when to expect cleaning. Nearest supermarket. They cleaned every 4 days for us which was plenty but good to know that in advance.

- Tracy (10/5): Stunning Luxury Apartment - The apartment was beautiful, clean and well planned with attention to detail. Stunning views from the large balcony overlooking the water. Great sunset view! The kitchen is well stocked and even includes full fridge, dishwasher and washing machine for clothes. The pool was kept clean with amazing 360 views of the town and ocean. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants but slights away from the crowds. I was so pleased with my stay, I would highly recommend and I am counting the days to return! The building is not marked with the Golfino Durado , so I had difficulty finding building LUXS. There was a misunderstanding at check in regarding my credit card. I felt the staff could have been a bit more professional. I recommend having an extra card in case you run into the same issue regarding a PIN number. Also, it wasn’t clear to me and I wasn’t sure how to request room cleaning or restock of items like toilet paper or coffee. I found it difficult to find the pods the coffee maker requires.
- Laurine (9/5): Très bien - Appartement très moderne et très bien équipé, hôte très arrangeant pour check in et check out et a l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, belle vue sur la mer et bien localisé pour le centre ville, je recommande !

- Lisbeth (10/5): Super ! - Mooi zicht op zee, op het bovenste verdiep is er een heel fijn zwembad (dat we steeds voor ons alleen hadden), dicht bij mooie zandstranden en bij winkels en restaurants. Rustige buurt. Vervoer van en naar de luchthaven werd uitstekend geregeld. niets

- Naiara (10/5): L’appartement est nouveau, bien meublé et tout près du centre-ville. - L’apart est confortable, bien décoré et près du centre ville. Tout était vraiment très bien. Si je peux me permettre un conseil, ce serait d’améliorer la communication avec les clients. J’ai été accusée à tort d’avoir éteint l’appareil internet, et je n’ai pas apprécié cela, ni la manière dont cela a été dit.
- Marc (10/5): Fabulous place not very far from the city centre , just next to the beach with a rooftop pool - it is a brand new appart-hotel which has only been finished for a few months. The interior has everything it needs, is really bright and beautiful. The bed's are comfortable and the sofa was also nice to sleep on. the hotel was not crowded so that we could appreciate some quietness and even be often alone in the swimming pool on the roof (with a fabulous view). I would immediately return. Also all the staff we met was very friendly and welcoming. a great place to be !!! nothing. It was a 100% good experience, no fails

- Eboni (7/5): Beautiful views and spacious apartments but needs some work! - Pros - Beautiful view of the sea - Very spacious apartments, more than enough space for 2 people - Rooftop pool also had a gorgeous view - Apartment has good amenities incl. washing machine and dishwasher - Location not far from the strip and in a quiet area - Staff are super friendly - Good value for money - Host was very responsive Cons - The building is not complete yet, so there is drilling sometimes during the day - When we arrived they would only accept cash payments but the price was different to what was quoted on booking.com. However, we managed to rectify this - The toilet began leaking and they had to call a plumber to fix it. They asked us to move rooms but we said no thank you. We were offered a refund on the difference but it would have been a downgrade from a sea view to a city view. However, they did send champagne and cake to our room as an apology - Fixtures in the bathroom were a bit wobbly/not secure - Thin walls. Towards the end of the trip we had very noisy neighbours who liked to play with our doorbell and make a lot of noise throughout the day/night - Bed very hard and uncomfortable - A few times the cleaning service was not done when we put the sign on the door - Not a lot of staff on site all the time

- Paulo (10/5): Passagem pela ilha do Sal - Ótimo localização, com uma vista magnífica sobre o mar com piscina privada no topo do edifício. Apartamento limpo, cheiroso, muito bem decorado e muito bem equipado. Golfinho Dourado em Santa Maria acima da expectativa. 👌 Nada apontar!

- Klaudia (10/5): The Best apartment - The apartment is located in the city center, close to the beautiful Santa Maria Beach and Shell Beach. There are plenty of souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need and more. It includes a hairdryer, iron, toaster, kettle, clothes dryer, toiletries, beach umbrella, beach towels etc.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.
