Anne (4/5): Very convenient location for a short stay . - Shower pressure good Sofa bed very uncomfortable Electricity dubious . Quite quirky, but access a bit difficult with building door key and poor lighting. Stairs to flat Quite grubby .

Elizabeth (8/5): Perfect location! - Spacious and lovely. Prime location and yet still quiet. Nice touches in the kitchen with some coffee and condiments there for you to use. As non native italians, the following tips would've been helpful: instructions on how to work the laundry. We couldnt get the clothes to do the spin cycle. There are little lights switches in the hallway that turn on the hall lights by timer, there was no TV although I think this is a new apt, and maybe the just hadn't put it up yet. When we arrived the heat nor wifi was was working. We reached out to the host and although i felt he couldve been a little quicker to respond, both things were fixed the next day.
