• Dick (6/5): Netjes maar gehorig. - Schoon en netjes. Gehorige vloer waardoor je boven voetstappen hoort. Maar vooral veel geluiden van buiten, zoals feestende mensen en tegen de ochtend vrachtwagens.

• Alexander (6/5): Nie wieder! - Der Zugang war unglaublich kompliziert. Erst eine Extra-App runterladen, dann trotzdem Probleme beim Ankommen. Kein Personal vor Ort-großartig… Das Zimmer war kaum zu finden weil die Ausschilderung miserabel war und die Flure total unübersichtlich. Nachts war der Umgebungslärm trotz geschlossenem Fenster nervig.

• Franziska (8/5): - Total tolle Lage uns sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles, was man kurzfristig braucht.
• Jenny (9/5): Alles bestens - Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Apartments! Ausreichend Handtücher, gute Kopfkissen (sehr wichtig! :-)) Die vielen Treppen Nachts ist es aufgrund der Lage direkt an der unteren Straße doch recht laut. (hat uns jetzt aber nicht gestört)
• Hannes Biller (9/5): Alles gut! - Die Freundlichkeit vom Nachtportier Same! Beim Einchecken war ich hilflos. Auf der angegebenen Hotel-App waren die Palmbräu-Appartments gar nicht mehr vorhanden. Kein Hinweis wie's anders geht. Anruf: Verweis auf den Portier den Bruderhotels am Ende des Platzes. Aber da erhielt ich Hilfe. Danke Same!
• Michele (6/5): - We liked the central location, however, that comes with a certain amount of noise in the evenings. The service was really friendly but not very efficient. It was difficult getting two keys that worked, and furniture that broke was not replaced as promised.

• 袁 (10/5): - 地點一百分超級方便！ （距離海德堡學生監獄、纜車、舊橋和餐廳街都走路8分鐘內可以抵達） 我訂三人房，入住的是像家庭式的空間，有兩間雙人床房間、一間廁所、一間浴室、一個有廚房有餐桌的客廳，空間很寬敞很舒適，超級適合全家一起住👍🏻 電視還可以收看Netflix和Prime Video，很讚❣️ （我沒辦法使用手機感應門鎖，但房東有貼心提供備用房卡） 我們住最高樓層 但是沒有電梯！扛大行李爬四層樓梯真的超辛苦😢

• Maria (7/5): - Das Apartment ist super zentral. Die Highlights der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar und der Blick über die Stadt vom Schlossgarten aus wirklich atemberaubend. Der Check-In war sehr kompliziert, da nicht kommuniziert wurde, wie dieser erfolgt. Über die App hat es nicht funktioniert. Erst nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme zur Unterkunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Check-In über ein benachbartes Hotel erfolgt.

• Matthias (9/5): Geschmackvoll, zentral und trotzdem ruhig - Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage gegenüber der Heiliggeistkirche ist sehr zentral. Trotzdem war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Außerdem hatte man Ausblick Richtung Neckar. Die Beleuchtung des Hauptzimmers war umständlich (keine Deckenleuchte) und die Kante zum Badezimmer schuf eine Stolpergefahr.

• TERRY (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο Το check-in ήταν λίγο δύσκολο, καθώς υπήρξε κάποια σύγχυση με την είσοδο και την εύρεση της σωστής πόρτας. Ίσως θα ήταν πιο εύκολο για τους επισκέπτες αν το διαμέρισμα μπορούσε να ανοίγει απευθείας με τις κάρτες από το κουτί, αντί μέσω κινητού. Επίσης, μας δόθηκε ο αριθμός διαμερίσματος 30, ο οποίος δεν υπήρχε, καθώς αντιστοιχούσε στα 31-32, κάτι που δημιούργησε επιπλέον μπέρδεμα. Θα βοηθούσε πολύ αν υπήρχαν πιο σαφείς οδηγίες ή και φωτογραφίες, ώστε οι πελάτες να μπορούν να κατανοούν πιο εύκολα τη διαδικασία.

• David (8/5): The central location is both blessing and challenge. - The apartment is in the heart of the historic district with restaurants, shops, grocery store, and main attractions within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes). Excellent wi-fi, smart tv, shower, and bed and easy communication with the staff. Plus, Heidelberg itself is so lovely and well worth the visit! Because of its location, noise pollution is a SERIOUS problem with bars staying open until 1:00 am on weekdays and until 3:00 on weekends. Fortunately, they are closed on Sundays. PalmBrau cannot control this noise but should consider sound-proof windows. Not having a lift (elevator) was a challenge with heavy luggage, but historic buildings rarely have lifts.

Splendida vista sul castello e sui tetti della città vecchia. Solo un po' rumoroso perché affacciato sulla piazza principale. Unica cosa che forse farei: pulire più spesso i vetri delle finestre!

• Timo (8/5): Würde ich wieder buchen! - Hat meine Erwartungen getroffen, liegt echt schön mitten in der Altstadt. Kann ich für die Stadt- Erkundung und Umgebung echt empfehlen. Kaffee war da. Ein echt schöner Service :) Parken ist natürlich nicht einfach, Innenstadt und Weihnachtsmarkt. Nachts kann es laut sein, somit mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen.
• Luca (7/5): Es war ok aber deutlich zu teuer - + die Lage war perfekt + die Ausstattung (Küche, Bad) + Ausreichend Handtücher + gemütliches kleines Apartment - extrem laut auch nachts ( teilweise kein schlaf möglich) - Herd und Mikrowelle funktionieren nur bei laufendem Abzug der sehr laut ist - kein gescheiter Tisch/Stühle um zu essen - preis auch trotz guter Lage nicht gerechtfertigt

• Johann Peter (9/5): Sehr sauberes Apartment in absolut zentraler Lage. - Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Schlüsselsystem klappt prima, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gehörschutz liegt bereit, doch es war trotz Weihnachtsmarkt recht ruhig in unserem Apartment.
• ShaunaBK (8/5): A lovely apartment in a central location - The apt was small but perfectly fitted out. Every detail had been thought of and done in a nice way. Great location and the building itself was quiet. The building is located backing onto a busy noisy street. Ear plugs provided and noise is tolerable with the window closed. No elevator - lots of stairs to carry your bag up.

• Aisling (9/5): Beautiful centrally located apartment in the picturesque old town. - The apartment is very centrally located and through a beautiful courtyard. How to navigate up to the room could have been explained a little better but its a small thing.

• Alexandra (7/5): Perfect location, comfortable accomodation, lacking administration - The propoerty is perfectly situated in the hard of the Old Town but still is within walking distance from the city center. There's a lot of restaurants, bars and shops all around. The apartment itself was comfortable, had all the necessary facilities, some basic cooking ingedients and coffee/tea. Given how popular Heidelberg is among tourists, this accomodation offers an adequate price/quality ratio. There's no admin at the hotel but guests are given a phone number of the partner hotel: the staff answering our call was perfectly friendly and helpful, informing us we could store our suitcases in the nearby hotel Ritter after our check-out. Upon our arrival, the hotel sent us extensive instructions informing us we have to download an additional app to check in and get a QR-code instead of a key. In the end the property didn't seem to have the scanners/readers for the said QR and there was a regular card key alternative, so all the app-related correspondence and instructions only seemed confusing and unnecessary. This all appears to be done in quest to cut costs of administration: there is nobody at the property (we didn't encounter any problems, but if urgent assistance was needed, it's unclear if anyone would be able to help). What also came as a grave concern is that the cleaning staff we saw when checking out seemed underaged - again, there was nobody from the hotel to clarify on the situation.
