Pour autant au bout d'un moment on s'y habitue. Sinon pour le reste rien à redire. Le petit plus c'est un restaurant ouvert 24/24 juste en dessous de l'appartement Le bruit de la circulation

• Margaret (10/5): Spacious and Comfortable - Everything about the property was perfect - from the location to the facilities. Location - next to the CTM bus station and a 10 minute walk from the Supratours bus station. It was bc easy to navigate with the assistance of Google maps. Taxis were easy to come by as well and there is a supermarket (Aswak Aslam) which is a 10 minute walk. With the apartment, all I wanted was space, a microwave and a bed to sleep on, as I was hardly staying in the apartment. There was a balcony too which was used for looking at he street. There was also air conditioning in the sitting room and the bedroom too. The accommodation provided all of that for me which I was really happy about. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would 100% recommend to everyone. There was a bit of construction during the day so you could hear it but the construction is not going to be there forever. Other than that, everything was all good.

The apartment is small but well organized and bright, and everything was clean and well maintained. The place is comfortable and close to all amenities, and I truly felt at home. The building guard was very kind and respectful, and the landlord was very nice and helpful, which made me feel even more at ease. I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy their stay and relax in Marrakech. 🥰

L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, avec une chambre confortable, un salon avec cuisine, une salle de bain fonctionnelle et même un balcon agréable. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est vraiment exceptionnel : toujours disponible, réactif et très attentif, il règle rapidement le moindre souci et répond immédiatement aux messages. Grâce à lui, nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien accueillis. Tout était parfait !

• Brown (9/5): Great apartment for family use. - It was close to all the places I wanted to visit. It’s close to a road that produces a lot of noise at night. I had earplugs so it wasn’t a problem.

Матрас на кровати слишком мягкий, я не могу на таком спать и мне пришлось спать на диване - он не проваливается. За такую цену хотелось бы хлопковое постельное белье, а не синтетическое. Чистота, в целом, ОК, но есть грязь по углам, особенно, в санузле. Как ни старайся, брызги от душа попадают на пол, стекло не сильно защищает. Звукоизоляция никакая, слышно каждый проезжающий транспорт и людей, открывающих дверь.

• Alvaro (9/5): Very nice - A brand new apartment with everything you may need to stay one week to see the city, very nicely decorated, everything works. It's very close to the rail station. the Menara Shopping Mall and the shopping area of Guéliz. Restaurants of all types nearby in a modern building with 24/7 security. Not ideal for those looking to do remote work or work as digital nomads, as there is no suitable table and chairs inside the apartment and no electric sockets in the seating area. Not a deal breaker, but maybe something for the host to consider. There was no warning of the thundering hammering in a building site nextdoor during the day.

• Iana (9/5): Lovely apartment in good neighborhood. - The owner was extremely helpful and informative. There is no need to wait for someone to give you the keys as there is a code directly on the door. The location is good for the day trips pickups, also is close to the airport. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The wifi is good. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs or you won't be able to sleep for a minute. The noise from the street is constant. It would been good to have coffee or tee. There is a restaurant in the same building but we waited for 1.5 hours for our food and at the end they wanted us to pay service fee on top of the bill.

Nicely furnished and well-lit (necessary since we kept the shuttles closed most of the time). Firm bed. The apartment was spacious in a guarded building. Shower partition isn't wide enough and water gets all over the bathroom. Noisy with all the new construction in the area. Close to the train station but far from most attractions.
• Nafie (9/5): Perfect stay if you need to take the bus from marrakech to another city. - The appartement had everything we needed. It was super modern and also very clean. The bed was cozy and the we also had a living room, so it was spacious. Also the appartements had security that were there 24/7 - so we felt very safe! For us it was perfect because the appartement is veeery close to the bus stops. So if you plan to take the bis from marrakech to another city i highly recommend you to book this apprtement. If you want to stay in marrakech then its a bit far from the medina.

• victor (10/5): This apartment can match anywhere in the world - This place was so clean you could eat of the floor. Beautiful apartment and balcony next door to the CTN coach station and food outlets. The wifi was as fast as any i have seen anywhere in the world. Tv had a lot of american English speaking movies on channel 26 to 30. Bathroom was massive and the kitchen area had a cooker, microwave, and fridge. Top apartment and would stay here again. Took me a while to get use to the code for the door. However the owner is aware if you struggle to get into the apartment..

• Andrea (9/5): Comfy stay in a good location - The apartment met our needs during our stay in Marrakech, the location was good within 10-15 mins of the airport and also close to some good restaurants. The area felt safe for 2 females traveling and I liked that the building had a doorman/security. We were also very satisfied with the amenities including a washer which was needed after our desert tour! Minor, but it can be a bit loud outside on the patio during the day with the constant traffic passing by.

The host communicated effectively and readily available. Easy self check in and out! The walls are a bit thin as it's the case in Morocco! If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

We were able to do our washing, which was very useful (we dried at a nearby laundromat, as we were only there one night). Owner was very responsive to queries, and the apartment was easy to access. Great value. Would like a bigger bed, and more coffee/tea available, but not major issues.

• Aleksandrs (10/5): Stylish and comfortable apartment - A new, well-designed, modern, comfy apartment in a good area close to Gueliz and just in 5min walk from Railway station. Really enjoyed my time there - the apartment is stylish, well design, cozy and clean, everything necessary is available - kitchen, kettle, a big variety of tableware, even a coffemachine with capsules:) The bedroom is light, quiet and with a comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked great. Merwan, the owner of the apartment, was always available on Whatsapp and quick in replying. Thank you and I will definitely stay here again:)

• Omari (9/5): I highly recommend ! - My stay at this charming apartment was an absolute delight! The cozy and stylish decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The host is very friendly and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had access to the garage for parking and I thank the host. However, the only think I didn't appreciate was the dust of the debris from construction that is still lingering around and all over the surface since I assume this is a new building. My luggage and shoes were covered with dust!

The apartment was brand new, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed, such as washing machine & 2 air conditions. The building was super secure, as the neighborhood, and had 24/7 security staff. Merwan the host, was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in. I highly recommend this apartment for its safe and peaceful location and its budget friendly excellence. -
