• Jessa (9/5): - Near sagrada, clean , quiet, 5th floor. Shower is nice and bidet in toilet There is a camera in the living room and hallway to the bedrooms which I wasn’t aware of when I booked it. It just feels uncomfortable because I have children.

• Hunaiza (8/5): Good. - Location, cleanliness, comfy beds, great view of Sagrada Família. Please consider online checking in options instead of key collection. In saying that, our flight times were changed to earlier time and we requested an early check in which the host agreed to and was helpful to get us in to deliver the keys - still it was €20 cash to deliver keys than to pick up from another part of the city. We could not do a card or bank transfer and had to pay extra price to get cash out at the airport to be able to pay the host as she said she couldn’t wait for us if we tried to get cash from an atm near the property. She was apologetic when we explained that we paid €10 in atm fees at the airport to be able to get cash as you requested. It was the most expensive apartment out of our whole trip to Spain and Italy with same facilities. Another suggestion: please put some tea/ coffee/ salt/ pepper/ oil in small quantities as it doesn’t cost much but may help to get started and when it might be hard to visit the supermarket? Just a small detail that can make a difference.

• Akaninyene (9/5): The property is nice for now since it is newly renovated and was okay for the amount I paid. - The property is nice since it is newly renovated Been the only occupant. No other people in the flat. It was only me and my family.

• Krasimir (3/5): - При самата резервация не беше споменато , че ключът е не се намира в близост до апартаментът, а в някаква кутия в другия край на Барселона. Отидохме на адреса , където беше кутията, но нямаше как да влезем в помещението където са кутиите, защото имахме парола само за кутията, а не за вратата. След няколко проведени разговора, все пак взехме ключа от офиса на агенцията, която беше на друг адрес. Нямахме потвърждение нито на кой етаж и апартамент трябва да отседнем. Пак поредица разговори. Намерихме апартамент ът. Когато влязохме се включи аларма, която уплаши децата защото не спря 5 минути. От СОТ се обадиха и я спряха. Вратата на терасата не се затваряше и вечер беше студено. Подът не беше изчистен . Завивките не бяха достатъчни. Входната врата амортизирана и няма как да се затвори без ключ, а накрая на престоя ни ни помолиха да го оставим на масата. Вратата нямаше как да се затвори. Пак разговори с агенцията. Много стресови ситуации за добре дошли и за довиждане на нашата екскурзия до Барселона.
• Mateusz (10/5): - Wszystkie sprzęty w mieszkaniu były sprawne, łóżka bardzo wygodne i wszystko bardzo zadbane . Świetna lokalizacja 10 minut spacerem od Sagrady oraz kilku stacji metra. No i cudowny widok z balkonu. Cena adekwatna do warunków Nie ma do czego się przyczepić

• Benjamin (2/5): Déçu, ça aurai pu être très bien - La localisation Les lunettes des toilettes cassé, la poignée de la porte fenêtre cassé, la même porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas donc les bruits de la rue, le soir et tôt le matin. Appartement réservé pour 4, 3 fourchettes fournies, paiement d’un état des lieux qui est indiqué mais il faut bien aller lire toutes les lignes
• PHILIPPE (5/5): Je ne recommande pas ce logement - La situation géographique Le manque de fenêtre sur l’extérieur, la « terrasse «  qui est en fait un tout petit balcon, la fenêtre abîmée qui rend la chambre très perméable aux bruits de la rue, l’abattant de toilettes cassé et la machine à café défectueuse.

• Lushchyts (8/5): - Чистая квартира с хорошим свежим ремонтом и хорошим расположением. Вид с балкона на Сограда де фамилия За check in в воскресенье пришлось доплатить 30€. Небыло чая, кофе, соли. Нет разделочной доски. Установлены 2 камеры видео наблюдения в кухне и корридоре

The apartment is functional, very underwhelming and not comfortable for cooking or u - The location was good 20-30 minute walk in many directions to areas with many restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store on the next block. Luiza’s Bakery and coffee shop - 2 minute walk. Having two bedrooms was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Check-in and communication with the local contact was great. This property is on a busy street. Not picturesque or in a quaint area but I felt safe. The building felt safe. The neighbors were nice. The couch and cushions are well worn and not appealing to sit on. The place is maybe in transition or the owners do not care about rating and need capital to fund the project. Everything seems old and worn. The coffee mugs are Christmas mugs. Not a big deal just looks like whatever they could scrounge together type of situation. This is not a comfortable flat that you may say let’s stay in, rest and cook at home tonight. The kitchen counters and shelves are old and warped. Its an odd combination of old and worn and new. The bathroom is remodeled but there is no space for toiletries and the shower is tiny. Definitely not a good choice for a group of people traveling that like to unpack and settle in. You do not want to be in there other than to sleep. The living space is dark and the apartment needs fresh paint and a good cleaning. There were plumbing issues. The bathroom sink and shower both drained slowly. The kitchen faucet would be burning hot sometimes and other times fine. The ac leaked into the apartment our first night. Maintenance did come and told us we had to empty a bottle collecting water outside on the patio and it did not happen again. That should be told to guests or done by cleaning crew before because that was stressful. The dripping noise made it impossible to sleep our first night. I asked to released from my contract after that. I messaged the property through booking and still have not received a response from the owner. This property was reported as new to booking.com. It had no reviews when I booked. Right after I booked a bad review came in. I was devastated and trapped. First, I blame booking.com for allowing new properties to have a no cancellation policy when they are new. The owners know they are protected and it’s very hard to get a refund after booking. They can have poor standards and get their money.
