• helmut (8/5): Quality apartments..sadly apartment facing the street are very noisy as they are facing the street - Very well renovated and thought through. All well equipped, modern, clean and functioning Rooms to the front are incredibly noisy inside, as it is a busy road plus trams passing too. It could have easily been fixed by quality double or in this case triple glazing. Not recommend for people with light sleep.

• Barbara (9/5): Appartment zum Wohlfühlen - Sehr gut eingerichtete Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen kurzen (oder auch längeren) Aufenthalt braucht. Sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden. Alles TIPPTOPP! Kleine Küche excellent. Sogar ein kleiner Balkon. Es gibt nur deshalb keine 10 Punkte, weil die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit Tram lag. Nähe zum KISPi, nur 5-10 min. Per pedes war aber super. Für Menschen, die Ruhe brauchen und keinen Straßenlärm mögen, sicher nicht ganz optimal. Die Fenster sind zwar gut isoliert, im Bett hört man trotzdem die Tram. Ich war beruflich unterwegs daher war es optimal für mich. Als Urlaubsappartment würde ich es nicht buchen wegen der Lärmkomponente. Und im Haus knarrt die antike Holztreppe, egal wie vorsichtig ich die Füße aufsetzte.

Würde es wieder buchen! :) Leider hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert und es war etwas laut draußen, ansonsten alles super

• Yoana (10/5): Convenient, perfect for budget travelling - The apartment is 30-40 minutes from the center on foot, but in close proximity to a tram stop. There are two supermarkets very close and a full equipped kitchen if you plan to cook (keep in mind there is no oven). The apartment was clean, the heating was working fine and it was in general very convenient, highly recommend if you are. travelling on a budget.

The TV doesn't receive any signal from the satellite antenna cable. It would have been nice to find a microwave owen in the room.

• Agata (8/5): Ogólnie dla jednej osoby na 2-3 noce polecam. Na dłuższy pobyt może być zbyt głośne i za małe - Czysty i świeżo wyremontowany apartament, wszystko dobrze Bardzo małe mieszkania dla jednej osoby w sam raz. Niestety bardzo nieszczelne drzwi wszystko było słychać z klatki schodowej :(

Я заселилась и уже поздней ночью я растелила кровать а внутри постельное белье было в кровавых пьятнах. На следующий день мне поменяли постельное белье, я даже дала 20€ чаевых за это ! Но приехав домой я обнаружила что моих брендовых вещей просто нету , я не заметила сразу поскольку не одевала их . Пропали только брендовые вещи - ремень Versace стоимостью 500€ и футболка Ami 250€ . Я их не могла забыть 100% потому что в помещении 18кв м это невозможно ! Я просто в шоке ! Неужели персонал ворует вещи ? А грязное постельное белье лишь способ попасть в вашу комнату !

• Ruslan_K. (9/5): Gut ausgestattetes Apartment - Die Ausstattung ist super,bequemes Bett, in der Küche das nötigste vorhanden. Da die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt, hört man die Straßenbahn bis 24:00 in regelmäßigen Abständen. Ich hatte die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss links und konnte sehr deutlich die Menschen beim rein- und rausgehen hören, vor allem die Eingangstür, welche ständig zugeschlagen wurde. Auf jeden Fall Ohropax mitnehmen.

• Waqas (8/5): - Cleanliness: The room was maintained in a tidy condition and met the required standards, despite its limited size. Location: The tram station is situated approximately 100 meters from the property, providing convenient access to the town centre and Zurich main station. Additionally, dining establishments are accessible via the same tram route after two stops. It was hot when we visited. A better quality fan and a wire extension would have been greatly appreciated for fan placement. To use a stove, there should have been a manual placed there.
