Guest Reviews
- matthew (10/5): Beautiful, quirky cottage, excellent location- definitely coming back ! - Everything Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect place to stay - 5 minute walk into the village and beautifully presented throughout . - The cottage was beautifully presented inside and out. Very very clean and comfortable . Excellent quality bed linen and great beds. Everything we needed was provided including milk , tea , coffee and biscuits. The garden is a gloriously sunny all day and very private , with wonderful sunset views overlooking the hills. This is a bright and modern space with lots of features which make it cottagey and homely . The owner was easy to contact and a pleasure to talk to. There’s nothing to dislike !
- Corinne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (10/5): Beautiful cottage! - We had a wonderful stay at Tryweryn Cottage! The cottage is absolutely beautiful, with a great location and it was well kitted out; we were able to cook much more easily than other holiday cottages I've stayed in. Cornelia was also incredibly responsive to our queries which helped make the stay very relaxing (no easy thing with a 3 month old!) Nothing!
- Gillian (10/5): A beautiful home from home. - Beautiful house within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and pubs. It was very comfortable and extremely well supplied with everything you need while away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with lots of advice about restaurants etc. we can’t wait to visit again.

Very comfortable and nicely furnished with lots of information about the local area, emergency contacts etc.
Great to have private parking and enjoyed our short strolls down to the bustling village and beautiful beaches.
The owner was very attentive and gave us some lovely recommendations, she made our stay absolutely perfect.
Can’t wait to be back, thank you ! Nothing at all, we couldn’t have asked for more!

The kitchen was small but very practical, it has everything you need , a dishwasher , washing machine , good cooker microwave , toaster , &kettle.
The furniture is very comfortable & there is a log burner in the lounge . The radiators keep the cottage warm & there is always hot water .

- Anne (5/5): On first looking round the property we though it looked lovely , but it had a lot of imperfections. - the location , Saundersfoot itself. , apart from the steep hill we had to climb to get to the cottage.
The view of the sun setting in the evening . We enjoyed our visit to Saundersfoot but were disappointed with the cottage. the beds were uncomfortable...slats came apart on double bed and bed was creaky.
Settee and chair in lounge were uncomfortable. No information on how to work appliances especially the TV . We had to scan programmes and couldn't access BBC and ITV programmes when transmitted. Watched them the day after.
Some wine glasses were grubby , one ordinary glass was chipped and another cracked. Toaster was grubby too.
Worst of all was the steep climb to the cottage. We read that the cottage was 300 or so yards from the town but were not told of the steep hill. We were looking forward to evening strolls into the town and back. But we ended up staying in most nights because of the climb. My husband then had to drive when he was looking forward to not driving as much.
The hill must be mentioned in the information , anyone with a disability would not be able to cope.
