• Rolf (8/5): Wir würden diese Wohnung wegen der Lage und der guten Kommunikation wieder nehmen. - Wohnung war ohne Frühstück, zur Ponte Vecchio ca. 15min zu Fuß, der Garten war sehr schön, Klimatisierung i der Wohnung hat prima funktioniert, WLAN war ebenfalls prima. Die Ausstattung der Küche, wie Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser war sehr wenig Die Dusche muss überholt werden (Wasser läuft heruas, Dichtungen sind nicht sauber.

• Sarfaraz (8/5): A beautiful apartment with scenic beauty. - Very nice segregated property with backyard of our own. Everything is pretty new. Lighting of the inside and outside was perfect. All the products for cleaning and maintenance were top notch. Location was not convenient for us, but if one has own car- then it is a great location. Some of the basic amenities was missing like silverware was missing, one of AC was working slow.

• Jacob (8/5): Was beautiful and felt like your own home - It’s was like your own home It was spacious and beautiful In such a beautiful quiet town It’s a bit out of the city centre even though there is a bus stop near by it’s not always on time. The park shuts at 8pm if you are walking back after make sure you remember to add 10 minutes into the trip

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - We loved how clean and well equipped the apartment was. The garden is a little quiet oasis to relax in. Everything was thought of to ensure our stay was comfortable. Alfred, our host, was very accommodating and offered for us to place our bags at the apartment before check in. This was just one of the little touches that made our stay enjoyable. Great Apartment and we look forward to staying again upon our next visit to Florence.
• Olga (8/5): Very good - Great stay overall! The location is perfect and the staff were super helpful. The apartment had everything you might need, even cleaning supplies. It wasn’t spotless, but my standards are quite high, and I appreciated that I could clean it myself if needed. The only downside was the bathroom sink, which was clogged and drained slowly. Still, excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Love the backyard and neighbourhood. Nothing! We were staying one week and they only provided maybe 2 days worth of toilet paper and washing but after messaging they came and provided it to us right away.

• Umberto (5/5): Nice interior but very cheap owner. Location is not good! - It’s nicely renovated and clean It’s not a luxury experience, they give you two tiny mini soaps, two tiny shampoo, two bath towels, two roles of toilet paper, no paper towel, very limited dishwater, very little washing detergent, no cloths dryer. We ran out of all the items above day one and had to take time to find a super market 1 mile away! All the owner has to do is spend a little more money to make guests comfortable like they do in quality hotels. Also the location is impossible to walk anywhere so make sure you have a car!
• Dawn (9/5): Near enough to centre but still 20 30 pleasant walk - Great location .. 20 mins to bridge on foot..nice safe stroll though .. lovely clean property .. parking nearby which you pay for between 8 and 8 I think 🤔 nice little garden to have a rest alfresco style. No parking
• Joanne (10/5): Awesome apartment in quiet area and walkable to old town. - This location was perfect and walkable to old town. The apartment was spacious and clean. The back patio was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Street parking was for a fee.
