• Tom (10/5): Harbor Lights great location - Excellent location and view, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Especially to the company we used to go to the Great Barrier Reef. Also close to shopping restaurants and the Espalande. Short walk to the train to Kuranda. Yet exceptionally quiet given the closeness to everything. The apartment was clean spacious and well. laid out. Everything worked as it should. Overall we enjoyed staying there a lot. The blackout shade in the bedroom didn't really work very well. It was nearly impossible to sleep after sunrise.

• Wayne (9/5): Wonderful,lovely area to stay. - Close to every thing, walked every where. Great sitting on the balcony watching the boats. Bigger than we thought. Apartment needs a coat of paint. A blind is missing. The fridge kept freezing the milk and drinks. Microwave cabinet door is broken. Needs a new bed. There is a big crack in the wall near sliding door. Toilet seat needs fixing. Please use the correct name for the address. Proper direction to take rubbish out.

• Kathy (9/5): Definately would recommend a stay at this Harbourlights apartment. - The location is fabulous, restaurants are just downstairs via the lift and the marina front view is spectacular. Unfortunately we had to wait for our apartment to be ready after our agreed checkin time. Otherwise our stay was fabulous.

• Laurie (10/5): Beautiful apartment with spectacular views. - The apartment was beautiful. It was absolutely waterfront with spectacular views of Trinity Inlet. The restaurants were all close. The Cairns lagoon was a short walk. The Reef Terminal was so close we could watch the boats go out. The shops were a short walk. Will definitely stay here again as it had everything we needed. We have stayed in Cairns many times and this was by far the best. Nothing. It was perfect.

Apartment needs some TLC - lacked detail to attention which took away element of comfort expected for cost eg limited kitchen equipment, half a loo roll on arrival, bed rolled around room like being on skateboard, blind don't close Don't bank on sleep - bedroom sliding door doesn't stay shut so difficult to sleep due to light (bring an eye mask and wedged with a shoe!) & Air con vibrates very loudly persistently in bedroom like a jet plane!! Just not comfortable.

• Garry (5/5): Great Location. Very poor support - location is great The coffee pods provided did not fit the machine in the room. I requested the correct pods and was told a housekeeper would drop some in. Nothing happened, despite me contacting 4 more times during the day. I would expect more when paying $300 per night.
