• anarafm (8/5): Uma semana bem passada. - Os dois funcionários bastante simpáticos e prestáveis. O ar condicionado funcionava muito bem e houve sempre água quente. Muito perto da Prainha e de dois minimercados com produtos básicos. Praia Quebra Canela também para ir a pé. Táxis baratos para ir ao Plateau. Casa de banho sem portas (parece ser normal) A televisão nunca deu - apenas funcionava com o youtube, mas o wifi era lento e às vezes não dava.

• Joakim (9/5): - A nice and big appartement, well furnished. Kitchen had all nessesary equipment. Fine view of the bay. We could sit outside and admire it or from inside.. The staff and owner was so nice and friendly. Appartement well placed. Going up you have shops, bank, restaurants and some interesting things to see. Going down and then right it was walking distance to prainha and cebra canela beach as well as the light house Maria Pia. Going down and left is the way to the plateau. That is a short taxi ride away (200 Escudos). There was also some restaurants in walking distance.
• Igors (8/5): Promising yet a little disappointing - The property sits in the centre of Praia facing the ocean. Large and open rooms We were misled and given the 2 bedroom apartment instead of 3 bedroom advertised and paid for. The actual booking also promised the pool on top of the building, however we only had an access to the one on the 1-st floor. There were contractors on site doing the renovation and few of rooms were under construction. It would have been good to know in advance. And last but not least:- the property has no signage and it’s not easy to find if you are not from the area
• Odette (7/5): - Appartement propre et bien décoré. Très bon accueil. Et merci a Angela et son équipe qui très présent. Cette appartement n'as pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieure dommage . Il y avait une fuite de gaz a notre arrivée heureusement cela a ete gérée de suite par l'équipe étant sur place. Bien faire attention quand vous louer . Un seul appartement possède la piscine privée. Le reste ça sera une piscine partagée qui est très bien aussi.

No WiFi for full stay...10 minutes will be sorted was the answer. Unable to use pool or balcony due to workmen and noisy renovations. No gas for cooking, turned on when asked but back off when return from walk. Windows mysteriously opened whilst out. We were fine, but stairs up to apartment building and apartment might be issue for some. Harassed for payment via bank pre arrival, rather than when got there or via booking.com

Il y a toujours une.personne présente dans l'immeuble pour nous aider si besoin . Mention spéciale pour Linda , la femme de ménage qui est très serviable et gentille. Rien a dire pour cette appartement.

Die Führung der Unterkunft wirkt sehr unprofessionell, kommuniziert nur punktuell und spärlich. Die Unterkunft ist auf eigene Faust kaum zu finden Die Angaben stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein Die Zimmer sind ziemlich muffig

La propriétaire a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse, avec beaucoup d'attention. Le logement est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

• Noel (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were very attentive. Slightest thing that went wrong and they were on top of it right away. Apartment was perfect and spotless. Location was ideal, I didn't need to hire a car. Bit of confusion over the pool which wasn't available to us. Not a big deal, beaches are on the doorstep and it was too hot to sit by a pool anyway, the beach was much cooler. Might be an idea to make the pool availability clearer on booking.com Definately wouldn't put me off the apartment. I'd go back again, 100%.
• Miesner (1/5): Unsafe, dirty, and poorly maintained—this apartment is a far cry from what you'd expect for the price. - The pool was dirty, with piles of dirt collected at the bottom. The pool ladder was broken, so getting in or out meant risking a fall. Most days, there was no hot water or water pressure in the bathroom. There was also a fire in the electrical panel—fortunately, I was nearby and able to shut off the power to prevent serious damage. I was there for week and needed a safe reliable place and I found the opposite. Booking.com agreed this was not a safe, comfortable or trustworthy place to stay and supported my decision to leave and find another a hotel. I only asked for a refund for the nights I didn’t stay, but the owner of the apartment refused. This is one of the most expensive apartments in Praia—and for what? It’s dangerous, dirty, and shows complete disrespect to its guests. You’re much better off staying in a hotel. Beware when booking this apartment.

The stairs might be an issue if you have mobility issues and I would recommend using their transportation from the airport as the unit maybe difficult to locate for the first time, especially in the evening.

Host was extremely helpful, even when we forgot some items in the apartment. Warm water was only available during some hours and the water from the water faucet sometimes just sprayed water but you get used to it.
• Rémy (4/5): Careful: Not all the pictures shown on this listing show the penthouse with the pool. - The property was not what we booked, however we did have a big & clean apartment. The person in charge (not the owner), Claudia, was very friendly and understanding towards us. We booked this property thinking that we would have the penthouse with the terrace and the pool. When arriving, we unfortunately were given another apartment that only had a small terrace in one of the rooms and did not in any way represent the pictures we saw. We contacted the owner of the property and were met with a rude person over the phone. We explained the situation, but they did not show any comprehension. We were therefore quite disappointed during our stay. We aren’t the first ones and certainly will not be the last thinking we had booked the penthouse with the pool and were met with another apartment. Quite unfortunate as this would have been an amazing end to our trip in Cabo Verde.

It’s well serviced and the beds are comfortable. Features a modern kitchen and all the comforts. An elevator will be built soon for easier access to the units. There is a nice area with pool and patio that looks over the water. Very Good value for this size of place and it can accommodate friends / family. Claudia was very helpful indeed and even bought us some fruit for breakfast. Thanks and all the best to you :) It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs and not direct access from transport ( car or otherwise). However folks did help with the luggage from the taxi. An elevator is the missing piece.
• Unkle (9/5): Beautiful penthouse apartment. Very modern. Great balcony and private plunge pool - Beautiful penthouse apartment. I booked a 1-bed so 2 rooms of the 3-bedroom apartment were locked. The caretaker lady was very helpful and we tried to communicate via Google Translate. Private plunge pool is amazing (and is laid out so that it is still fairly private in spite of higher surrounding buildings. Balcony area is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the bay, and sunbeds for lying out. Ridiculously large upper balcony on the roof where you could stage a business function! Comfortable large bedroom, en suite. Great kitchen with all cooking equipment (not used) and washing machine that came in handy. In that heat, the fans helped when pointing directly at me, but AC would be a lot better. Quite a few steps to get up and down to the apartment (especially with luggage). TV and shower pressure were a bit of a challenge to get working properly, but I didn't really need it for a short visit.
