• José Manuel (7/5): Granada está muy sucia, masificada, pero ahí tienen un rinconcito en el que disfrutar de la ciudad. - Sin duda, la ubicación. Es un sitio pequeño, pero acogedor, muy tranquilo y silencioso. No había canales de televisión, la vitrocerámica no reconocía la olla para cocinar, sí las sartenes.

• Gamez (8/5): - La ubicación La poca presión del agua caliente, con una mano hay que estar sujetando el botón hacia arriba, si no te quieres duchar con agua fría. Y la luz del cuarto de baño es algo tenue.
• María José (9/5): Me he sentido en Granada - He estado muy a gusto. El estudio incluye todo lo que necesitaba. Las vistas a la Alhambra son despejadas y la casa está situada en una calle empinada muy auténtica. Nada que ver con una habitación de hotel en una calle céntrica. Agradecí el dossier que me esperaba con recomendaciones muy útiles. El hecho de no contactar físicamente con los anfitriones, inicialmente me generó dudas porque no estaba segura de poder acceder a las llaves. La verdad es que las instrucciones estaban muy claras y al final me hizo sentir más en mi casa, pero siempre te queda la duda de si todo saldrá bien. Sería muy útil el poder contar con una dirección física a la que acudir en caso de surgir algún incidente. En el baño, no he tenido problema con la presión del agua ni la temperatura, pero la zona de la bañera ganaría mucho si se modernizara.

• Isaac Solero (5/5): Ubicación bien, pero hay que cuidarlo - La ubicación Limpieza, había pelos en la bañera. La encimera estaba un poco rota. El agua caliente sale con tan poca presión que no sale por el manguito de arriba, así que agua fría. La luz del baño no funciona. La plancha ha manchado una prenda.
• Kristian (5/5): You get what you pay for. - The location is great. When we arrived (just after 3pm) the studio had not been cleaned from the previous guests. It took an hour or two for anyone to answer my messages, but they did send someone a few hours later. The hot water was in really short supply and the shower definitely needs replacing entirely.

• Matilde (8/5): - Las vistas, puedes desayunar desde la cocina y ver la Alhambra Nos dejaron dos toallas para 8 días, habríamos agradecido alguna más, y no hay productos para limpiar el suelo.

• Andreangeli (3/5): No lo recomiendo, muy sucio!!! - Ubicado en Albaicín bajo la Alhambra No se puede llegar en coche delante del apartamento, cuando llegamos a pesar de que hubiesen “limpiado el piso” en realidad el suelo estaba muy muy sucio y lleno de pelos de perro. He tenido que barrer yo, parecía que hubiesen fregado sin barrer antes. Solo nos dejaron 1 toalla de ducha y una de mano para 2 huéspedes. También todas las estanterías llenas de polvo y pelos de perro o gato. El sofá lo mismo, imposible sentarse sin llenarse de pelos. El agua caliente como si no hubiera, solo sale un hilo, imposible darse una ducha tibia o caliente. Intenté contactar con los propietarios a través del teléfono de contacto. Nadie contestó hasta el día siguiente y hasta que puse una reclamación en booking. Su respuesta: aseguran que todos los apartamentos se limpian y preparan cuidadosamente!!! El wi-fi solo funciona cerca de la puerta de acceso. Ni un cuchillo que cortase, ni un paño de cocina para secarse las manos. El precio no puede justificar de ninguna manera la falta de limpieza y de servicio.
• MAR (9/5): Agradecida y satisfecha - Todo estaba genial. Lidia me trató de maravilla, Javier muy amable y justo vino a poner una TV más grande y moderna. Muchas de las reseñas me habían espantado antes de ir, pero todo funcionaba genial. Una maravilla de aire acondicionado, la cama muy cómoda, no tengo queja más bien pasé unos días muy agradables allí. Y lo mejor es que aceptan a mascotas como familia que son. Me gustó todo, quizá si vas para mucho tiempo ofrecer por cortesía cosas como papel higiénico, más toallas u otras sábanas. Pero estaba todo muy bien pues también si uno va para mucho tiempo se debe hacer cargo de llevar o comprar lo que necesita.

• Nabi (8/5): Take your Alhambra photo from your balcony… - It is at the old city center and at walking distance to the new city center and the touristic attractions.
• Heather (4/5): Disappointing Stay and Unreliable Host - The location and the bed. The apartment was clean, had a nice view, but that's really the only positives. Notes: This review is for a different apartment than I originally booked since the host moved us last minute (see below). I booked this place months ago with eager anticipation for my trip. A few days before departing I messaged to ensure all was okay with my booking, and received a message of confirmation. Upon arrival my husband informed me we had a message from the host, but the address was different. The message was a simple here is the access code for the flat located at the following address (but it was NOT the flat I booked). We messaged there must be a simple mishap and the wrong info had been sent. We were then informed that there was a problem with the flat reserved, so we have been moved to a different apartment (WARNING FLAG). There was no previous message informing us of any changes. Only when we questioned it were we told of the problem and we had a different apartment. This didn't really give us any choice in the matter as we were on the street ready to check-in. This changed our bus routes, schedule and the research I had done previously. We then arrived at the different apartment, and it was quite basic to be honest. There were no paper towels, no bath mat, no soap for the bathroom sink, no oils/salts in the kitchen, an unusable toilet brush stuck to the holder, only two rolls of toilet paper, a strange kitchen soap dispenser (I don't have the energy to describe it), one towel each and very little storage. Unfortunately, the tv did not work and the wifi was unusable since the router in another apartment on another floor in the building. To top off our trip, when we were out for the day we received another message saying the reserved apartment is now available and a taxi can be booked to change. As that simply would not work with our schedule we replied we'll stay because we leave the next day anyways. Then we received a message saying we have to move because of another booking. We refused, but it was really stressful and unprofessional. I now see other reviews (since I booked) stating apartments were changed.
• Jose (8/5): Good place to be! - The location is great, close to the main attractions of the city, restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean, and had everything we need to our stay. Nothing really. Everything was good. We just had a small issue to open up the lock box key, where we had to exchange some notes with the owner, but was quickly solved.
• James (9/5): Nice place, good value for money. - Very central location. Place isn't huge, but is as advertised and has everything I needed. Nice view out the window of the allhambra. Cozy and good value. Wifi connection wasn't too strong.
