- Carolina (1/5): No pude disfrutar mi estancia porque me cancelaron a unas horas de mi llegada - No puedo ofrecer ninguna opinión sobre el alojamiento porque el mismo día en que debería haber llegado al alojamiento Andrés me canceló la reserva indicando que tenían problemas y la casa estaba en mantenimiento. Aunque entiendo que se pueden presentar inconvenientes creo que es totalmente inaceptable que a 4 horas de mi llegada al alojamiento me cancelen la estadía, sin siquiera ayudarme a encontrar alternativas y en temporada alta. Creo que no es serio. Si hubiera sido yo la que cancelo me penalizan, al dueño también?
