Joanne (5/5): Disappointing lack of care in the maintenance and cleaning of the home for the price charged. - The location and amount of bedrooms was great. I did message booking.com on the day of arrival mentioning the hard to use television remote and the broken handles on some doors but still haven't had a response and we are home now. Also that it definitely needs some love and attention. The jug would just keep boiling for a long time, how hard is it to replace? The pots and pans were very dirty and old. Outdoor tiles were broken. The master toilet seat had obviously never been removed to clean and there was urine stains on the door. The other toilet was broken and just holding together. A lot of spider webs. For the price we paid and the cleaning fee I would have expected better. Please replace the terrible black lounge suite that doesn't even recline.
