The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food was one of the highlights – both breakfast and dinner were excellent! There was a great variety of dishes, everything tasted delicious, and there was truly something for everyone. I also really appreciated how easy it was to order a taxi directly from the hotel – super convenient! All in all, everything was great. I couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

I must give special recognition to Kanchan Kumar, who exemplifies true hospitality and professionalism. When I mentioned my love for a great movie experience, he went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a cinema-style experience ,an incredibly thoughtful and memorable gesture. The food was nothing short of outstanding. I found myself indulging in nearly every dish on offer, as each one was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The South Indian cuisine, in particular, stood out and left a lasting impression. The food service team deserves equal praise ,every member was courteous, well-mannered, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and everything was maintained to the highest standard. At checkout, Keerthana from the front desk staff was warm, professional, and guided me through the process smoothly and efficiently. Leaving this hotel is never easy . it truly feels like home. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for yet another wonderful stay!

It’s a very comfortable hotel and there are few options in that area, which is an industrial zone. It has a very good location for commuting to work. Some days, the quality of the restaurant food is not consistent. It has a very convenient service to order food to the room using a QR code and an app; however, many times the order is forgotten or lost, and it is necessary to call to remind them that you placed an order.

The food was tasty and restaurant ambiance was good. The staff was courtiers. .... The rooms very small and smelly. The carpet laid in the room was very dirty and it was smelling. Looks like a lot of germs inside the carpet. The partition walls between the rooms were made of cardboard hence a lot of noises could be heard from adjoining rooms which is not good and disturbing. The Bathrooms were very small.
