• Madsen (8/5): - Centralt placeret i forhold til centrum kort vej til spisesteder og seværdigheder. Det der var i køkkenet af Vinglas-Drikkeglas-Tallerkner-Bestik var i dårlig stand Der var ikke Vinglas-Drikkeglas-Tallerkner-Bestik i tilstrækkelig omfang til opvaskemaskinens kapacitet.
• Hilde (9/5): Top ligging - De ligging is ideaal. Goede voorzieningen zoals wasmachine, waterkoker en broodrooster en er was ook een balkon waar je op kon ontbijten (hele voormiddag zon). Degelijk tweepersoonsbed. De host was fantastisch en bijzonder behulpzaam. Het zetel bed was oud en versleten en niet comfortabel genoeg om op te slapen. Verroeste zeepdispenser en toiletborstelhouder in de badkamer. Ontbreken van een stofzuiger of kruimeldief was jammer. Het appartement is oud, maar heeft wel bijna alles wat je nodig hebt.

• Rosalind Bibbey (10/5): Relaxing stay in February. - Fabulous views of sea and city. Light and airy apartment. We stayed for twelve days so were glad of the full kitchen, which had a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The LCD display on the microwave is usually broken, so a lot is guess work needed to operate it and the oven temperature needs watching as you can easily burn food at settings that shouldn't burn.
• Rosalind Bibbey (8/5): Lovely week on the penultimate floor. - Fantastic view and location. The bed was comfortable, and there are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Fast WiFi and excellent strong shower. Feiza is always contactable if needed. The kitchen is too small for regular cooking, with only a microwave, fridge and 2-ring hob. Very little worktop space. Pans really need replacing as they're old and badly scratched. Washing up was a challenge with no sink plug.

• Robert (8/5): - Wir waren im 8. Stock, Südseite. Haben Superwetter erwischt und es war herrlich, die Februarsonne zu geniessen. Allgemein könnte die Reinigung sorgfältiger sein. Viele schwarze Haare lagen auf dem Fußboden. Die Anlage etwas verwohnt, Nächte oft laut, sei es die Stadtreinigung (Altglasentsorgung mitten in der Nacht), oder feiernde Nachbarn. Das Bügeleisen könnte auch schon ersetzt werden :) Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne Woche in Alicante. Die Stadt können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Al estar en el piso 25 la vista era maravillosa, cero ruido, completa tranquilidad y relax. El departamento tenía un olor desagradable.
• Kushtrim (1/5): Disappointed - City centre. Good views When we arrived in the apartment first thing we saw in the bathroom were small cockroaches. Messaged the agency and they said they were not responsible and it was the owners responsibility for the hygiene.
• Kenny (3/5): It a bit of disappointment - Sun was on the balcony Lack of kitchen equipment the pans were all rusty and scratched the balcony door (8th floor)wouldn’t lock which could of been fatal as I sometimes sleep walk. The lifts in the apartment block were mostly out of service and the two that did work had a mind of their own. 0n one occasion it took of as I was stepping in it !

The hostes her name is Feiza, she was amazing ,she speaks very well English,which it was not a problem to communicate with us. She was very nice and friendly . She welcomed us like we felt at home . There are so many shops and shops, marcadone around this appointment. Very close to the beach. We really recommend this it to everyone this appointment in Alicante. We will be back again soon. Big thanks for Feiza for everything she has done for us. We don't have any bad options. Everything was perfect .

• Klein (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt der keine Wünsche offen liess. Danke. - Die Lage der Wohnung im 28. Stock ist spektakulär. Die Sicht über die Stadt und den Hafen ist grossartig. In der kleinen Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Eine kleine Küche, Mikrowellenofen und Wasserkocher. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war einzigartig herzlich und freundlich - und wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten, wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich empfehle diese kleine Wohnung von ganzem Herzen weiter.

Oppskrapte stekepanner, så vi kjøpte inn en egen. Ett vinglass... Ødelagt stol på verandaen, og et delvis fungerende tørkestativ.

• Rørbæk (4/5): Vi kommer ikke tilbage til Skylight Apartements! - Udsigten var god Indretningen. Der mangler hyggeplads indenfor. I køkkenet var der revnende glas (der blev dog leveret nye) og kopper med skår. I brusekabinen stod vand ud pga manglende pakning og afløbet i vaskekummen kunne næsten ikke trække. Det er desuden forvirrende, at der er over 100 billeder knyttet til leje af stedet, man aner jo ikke, hvordan der ser ud i det, man selv lejer.

• ALBA (10/5): Realmente vale la pena - Increíble alojamiento con mucha luz, buenísimas vistas y la mejor atención recibida (me llamaron al momento que reservé, fue rápido y super amable). Lugar tranquilo, amplio y con todos los utensilios de apartamento. Se oye las conversas, el móvil, los portazos... de la propiedad de al lado.

• Sophie (6/5): Lage ist super aber ich werde nicht nochmal kommen aufgrund der Sauberkeit. - Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, man hat es nicht weit zu Strand und Stadt Es war leider nicht wirklich sauber, das Geschirr war dreckig, das Bad nicht sauber und es lagen überall fremde Haare rum, ich habe mich diesbezüglich extrem unwohl gefühlt.

The place was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views from the 29th floor – we could see both the sea and the city, and it was stunning at any time of day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help, and truly kind. The location was perfect for our needs, very convenient and well-connected. Everything was spotless and nicely maintained. We absolutely plan to come back, it was wonderful!

The view toward the port was great, also the view toward the hills and airport on the other balcony; you could see the bonfires and fireworks from above. Close to the tram&bus station Luceros, 20 min walk to the beach. AC functioning good, and for once a good TV to watch Netflix/youtube. Spacious studio. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, the floor had sand, hair, flip-flops traces all over. Also found stains and hair on the sheets and pillows. The fabric of the chair cushions on the balcony was ripped open. Overall neglect and wear of furniture and kitchen utensils. Broom and mop also worn out. The last thing I wanted to do after travelling was clean the place up. With a 150 euros deposit paid, and prices of rental units going up, I did not try to make any complaint or cancel. Disappointed.

• Gary (1/5): Terribel & we did not stay there. - Nothing about the property was good! The view is completely misrepresented — there is no proper outlook at all, despite us specifically clarifying this by email before arrival. [see photos]The owner clearly states there is a sea view, there is, just on the horizon!! The balcony, which was a key reason for our booking, is nothing like the photos, which depict a larger, wraparound design. In reality, it’s much smaller and offers no meaningful sea view whatsoever. The kitchenette and bathroom unit are in a state of disrepair, the cupboards have peeling paint, and the bathroom sink cabinet is similarly worn. The entire space is far smaller and more cramped than the listing led us to believe. While it may be a lower-grade unit in the building, this was not made clear during the booking process. In fact, the photos appear to show a completely different apartment to the one we were given. The listing described the unit as a “design studio apartment,” but it falls drastically short of that standard in every respect. Worse still, the hygiene and cleanliness levels are completely unacceptable: The bed throw has cigarette burns (see photos) The bedding contained hairs, and appeared unwashed (see photos) There is visible mold in the shower area (see photos) The overall experience was one of misleading advertising, unsanitary conditions, and a clear breach of reasonable expectations. It is evident that the apartment shown in the listing does not match what was provided, and we believe this constitutes serious misrepresentation. We decided not to stay there.

Location was great and within easy walking distance of the centre and the beach. It was great having 2 balcony's and they both had wonderful views. The shower was amazing! Unfortunately, the lady in the next door apartment was smoking on her balcony on a couple of occasions and the smoke drifted over to ours so we had to go on the other balcony. My husband has been diagnosed with cancer, so we aren't keen on being around cigarette smoke. She was also on the phone speaking very loudly at the early hours of the morning a couple of times which kept us awake.

The view from the 29th floor was really impressive: the building is one of the tallest in the city so you have a fantastic unobstructed view! Location is great: close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Just 5-10 minutes walk from the center where all the action is. The beach is a nice 10 minute stroll away. The beds were super comfy and the apartment itself very very quiet. As light sleepers ourselves, we really appreciated it. The furniture in the apartments, as well as the bed blankets and the upholstery in general are in need of a refresh. They are ok, but definitely not as nice, new and pretty as what you see in the photos. This was already mentioned in some reviews but it is quite noticeable. If this aspect were taken care of, this would be a truly amazing place to stay!

The guests upstairs were very loud at night but it is not the hostess problem. Except that everything was perfect.

(and we’ve been coming for 5+ years) - First and foremost the host Feiza was so friendly, attentive and professional, she made us feel very welcome during our stay. The views from the apartment are perfect - absolutely unmatched. You can see the city skyline, the sea, and the marina. Definitely recommend if you’re a sucker for views, especially for the sunset & sunrise 😍. Plus there’s 2 long balcony’s around this apartment with so much space so you actually get both a city view and a sea view; the best of both worlds !! The decor in the apartment was 10/10 everything very tasteful, modern and exceptionally clean. Spotless! Nothing

• Laura (7/5): Although it’s a great location and had everything we needed, the property is quite tired and worn, towels were quite old - Location was great, friendly helpful staff when we couldn’t get tv working, it had been unplugged but was too high to notice Couldn’t get safe to work, staff confirmed where exactly the red button to be depressed was but we still couldn’t get it to work, sliding balcony doors opened at both ends and didn’t lock, we were on 8th floor and although it was unlikely anyone would climb over onto the balcony we decided to carry our valuables with us whenever we went out.
• Tetiana (2/5): Very poor - Stop!!! Don't think about this apartment, it's awful. I do not recommend.!!! I have never seen so much dust and dirt in any hotel or rented apartment. The windows do not close tightly, the wind blows incredibly from them, one air conditioner does not cope with heating the entire room, and the remote control for the other one is simply missing. The bed linen is worn out, the towels have not been changed for several years and instead of white they are already dark gray in colour, the teapot, cups and tableware are disgusting to hold. The chairs are torn, the iron has black soot, the furniture is not as new as in the photo. Before all this, you need to pay a deposit of 150 euros, which they try not to return. I do not recommend.!!!

• Isla (5/5): The apartment its self was lovely and it is close to restaurants but the host was rude and unhelpful - The apartment was clean and tidy. The view was lovely and had nice table and chairs on balcony. The kitchen was clean and had pots and pans The room was easy to get up and down with. The cleaner was helpful and sweet and helped us solve problems even when the owner would not. The host was very unwelcoming. He told us that because its not a hotel he does not do customer service. He was very rude on the phone to me and my friends when trying to sort the safe out. He was very aggressive and shouting which was unpleasant. There was no oven and there was no oven for reference and the freezer was very small. Fake advertisement on the back of the door saying beach towels free at request and when we asked he said it would be£15. There was also a deposit that had to be taken which was not made aware to us and the refund takes 10 working days.
• Dovi (8/5): Amazing location, comfortable stay - Amazing views, very central location. Met by Feiza, who was an amazing hostess. She was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended Pillows were a bit hard. Apartment could have been slightly cleaner on arrival. The shower head was very loose.

The lady who works there was absolutely lovely as well and came on her day off to help us out. AC worked perfectly as well. No issues whatsoever. The only thing is I wish we had been contacted about our late night self check-in a bit earlier as we were surprised by having to pay a security deposit. We also had to pay it via paypal which I found a little strange but everything worked out fine without any issues!
