• Liza (8/5): Nice flat - Location is great. The flat is like on pictures For winter time the blanket was very thin. Nikola brought kind of plaide on the next day, however, it was not very warm. Kettle has strong plastic smell.
• isabelle (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour sur Belgrade. - L’appartement est très bien situé proche de la place de la République et des remparts. Transports publics gratuits (depuis 2025) avec des arrêts de bus à proximité. Nikola a pris en charge notre transfert à l’aéroport ce qui a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Rien (nous n’avons pas pu profiter du balcon à cause du froid - séjour en janvier !).

• Olga (10/5): - Everything was fantastic. Nicola is very welcoming and nice. He helped a lot, told me a lot about Serbia and Belgrade. It was a great experience! The apartment has everything you need and everything fully corresponds to the description and the photos. I really liked the location, it’s very close to the very centre of Belgrade.

• Alessandro (10/5): Fantastic piace to stay in Beograd - The owner Nikola is a fantastic person: he gave me all details/support about the apartment before the arrival and he waited me at the door entry in the street. The flat is very cool and clean with all necessary and the location is in a quiet area. Just a few minutes by foot from the old center. Nearby there are market shop, cafe, restaurant, transports.
• MARGАRITA (10/5): Очень удобное расположение, ооочень доброжилательный хозяин. - Отличное расположение, много кафушек, магазинов. Такого нет.

• Jenn (6/5): Value for money in Belgrade (but could be cleaner) - Nikola, the owner, is super kind. He is a great host - happy to help with anything. The apartment is in a nice area of Belgrade, approx 15 minutes walk to the centre. Leafy. There is AC and a washing machine. There is also a balcony. It needs a good clean, including the balcony (so much hair and cobwebs!).
• ELIZAVETA (10/5): Amazing - Nikola is a fantastic and attentive host. The apartment is situated in a lovely, green, and shady street. Conveniently located nearby are a Lidl,nice restaurants, a botanical garden, and more. The apartment is fully equipped and incredibly cozy—like a home away from home. We definitely plan to return this autumn. Everything is perfect

• Seyfi (10/5): Belgrade is a special city for me. And this time everything was perfect. - Everything was almost perfect. There was nothing missing. There were plenty of treats. The host was friendly and smiling. The house and building were spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the center and entertainment venues was perfect. Enjoying a green atmosphere and a quiet balcony. I felt at home from the first minute. there was nothing i didn't like.
• Zhambolova (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the apartment is a very nice person, he helped me bring my bags to the apartment on the first day. He immediately showed and explained everything, when I didn’t understand something, he quickly answered and solved all the problems, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything for convenience; in addition, the owner left coffee, tea and washing powder. When checking out, the owner again helped with my luggage. Very grateful, everything was great 👍🏻
• Boris (8/5): Great location, and a great place for a budget - The location of the booking is superb, providing easy access to various places of interest. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation convenient. The apartment's size is generous, offering plenty of space. The availability of a garage for parking is a thoughtful addition. The check-in process was efficient and guest-friendly. There were a few downsides. The bed's comfort was lacking, which is particularly problematic for someone with a back condition like me with a herniated disc. The heating system was not as effective as desired, leading to a less cozy environment.
• Igor (7/5): Overall is recommended. Landlord is perfect and is always available and ready to help. - Apartment building is well supported, clean and likely up to 2-3 years old. Peaceful neighborhood. Apartment itself is roomy and fairly cozy for 1-2 persons. Pleasant and helpful landlord - vitally important to have when first time in the new city. Here you are lucky to have one. Restoration of old building in the other side of the street sometimes interrupts, especially the fact that workers smoke a lot. Seriously a lot. Room needs a detailed, thorough and extensive cleaning.
