• Tobias (6/5): Erlebe den Kiez vom Bett aus. - Die Unterkunft liegt gut an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und auch mit dem Auto findet man verhältnismäßig schnell kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Gegend ist sicher und hat viele kleine Läden in der Nähe, in denen man sich mit allem was man braucht schnell eindecken kann. Die Zimmer sind auch schöne hell. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch ein Bügeleisen war vorhanden. Zwei Kühlschränke sind auch witzig. Die Böden sind an vielen Stellen nicht fest gemacht und auch die eine oder andere Spinnwebe ist nicht erst seit gestern da. Die bodentiefen Fenster in zwei der Schlafzimmer könnten durch Möbel oder eine halbhohe Sichtschutzfolien etwas wohnlicher gestaltet werden, da man sich oftmals etwas beobachtet fühlt oder im dunkeln sitzt.

• Apostolos (1/5): - AVOID!! ITS A SCAM!! The property advertised that there were 2 bathrooms but it only had 1 bathroom split in 2 rooms (separate toilet and shower rooms). We tried to communicate about the matter with the host but received no real response on the matter. Svetlana that contacted us about the property, literally stopped responding when we mentioned the issue. The property falsely advertised more bathrooms than it had. This is the definition of a scam. Further to that, the main door electronic lock was out of battery and entrance was possible only though one of the bedrooms which meant that the room had no privacy so essentially the house was not fit to host people on that room. For that reason, we were forced to book another room with in a hotel for 2 people of the group. We tried to resolve through booking.com but you only offered 13€ in compensation. This cause a major inconvenience both in terms of stress and extra costs on our business travel. Is this the level of service we should expect from Booking.com? We would like to escalate this into a formal complaint. We will wait for a week and proceed on reviewing on all available online platforms and submitting legal action against the hosts and Booking.com if this is not resolved.
