- MELISSA (4/5): Sevilla is great, not this place - Location was great The flat seem poorly cleaned and everything was very humid. It was very smelly as well, a lot like tobacco. Additionally was really hard to communicate with the property manager on arrival and on departure, never received and invoice even though I follow up several times.

La puerta de la entrada hacia el edificio no habría, por poco nos dejamos los dedos ahí, teníamos que abrir por dentro, por fuera no había manera. Por último el baño tenía un fuerte olor las tuberías. Pero bueno nada que no se pudiera arreglar con cerrar la puerta.
- Daria (6/5): - The apartment itself is very spacious and pleasant, but there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable In the bathroom there was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals. There were ants in the kitchen. I often had to message the host to ask about very basic things and wait for answers — for example, the Wi-Fi password or where to find towels (they turned out to be hidden in a box under the bed). To be fair, the host always replied within about an hour, and since it wasn’t urgent it was manageable. The keys had to be picked up at another location about 6 minutes away on foot, which was inconvenient when arriving with luggage. The keychain was very large and there were no instructions about which key to use — it took quite a while to figure it out by trial and error. The gate door didn’t open from one side, and the apartment’s front door had no handle inside, so it could not be opened without keys (Because of this, there was a serious incident: the cleaning lady took the keys earlier than expected, and I ended up locked inside the apartment, unable to get out until she returned)
