The apartment was nice, clean, and in a very good location on the main road, which made everything easy to access. We also felt very safe because the building and apartment doors had security codes, so no unauthorized people could enter.

The apartment at Erzsébet körút 37 is perfectly located, right in the city center with excellent public transport, restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Despite the central location, it was quiet and ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budapest and would happily stay here again.

Bianca (1/5): - În jurul locației sunt doar terase și baruri unde beau oamenii pe stradă și nu sunt prietenoși, locația este sub orice critică, mizerie, praf peste tot, în frigider mucegai, băile nu erau dezinfectate și curate, și pentru absolut orice era o regulă și dacă nu se respectă primeai amendă. Anleitung zum Apartment (Obergeschoss, Apartment "Hollywood") war unklar: Erklärung der Zugangscodes etwas kompliziert. Die Toilettenspülung war kaputt: zwar wurde ein Alternativ-Apartment (Erdgeschoss) im selben Haus angeboten, aber der Zugang war nicht so sicher wie das ursprüngliche.

Nonna (4/5): The administrator and the location were excellent, but the housekeeper for the room was so untidy. - We liked the location, high ceilings in the room. We appreciated the communication with the administration and the support with check-in issues. We also liked that there is Wi-Fi available. It seemed that the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. There was sticky dirt on the floor, and the floors hadn't been washed. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and above the doors. The shower was very dirty. The air in the toilet was very stale, smelling of mold and cigarettes. There was green mold on the ceiling in the shower. The door handle in the toilet was old and broken. The button on the flush tank was broken. The dishes in the cupboard were greasy and had lipstick marks. The stovetop was greasy and dirty. We didn't even check the TV as we couldn't find the remote. The wardrobe in the room was broken and untidy. The bed was very odd, as the slats kept falling off on one side. The first night was scary to sleep because it felt like cockroaches might crawl on us due to the dirt.
