• De Chiara (10/5): - Appartamento molto bello, nuovo ristrutturato e ben arredato con molti spazi e armadi ampi. Fornito di tutto, non manca davvero nulla, in cucina né in bagno. Inoltre, l'ho trovato molto pulito. La posizione é ottimale per raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi dal parcheggio Spoletosfera tramite i tappeti meccanizzati sotterranei che danno modo di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti più importanti della città. Cortesia e attenzione non sono mancati. Grazie.
• Karen (9/5): - Warm welcome, cold prosecco 😀 Lovely place and a great location - supermarkets, restaurants and access to local walks all on hand. Rare to find somewhere with free secure parking and an outside space to sit (2 balconies). We also enjoyed visiting Nicolo's wonderful Agriturismo and had a delicious meal there. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Paola (8/5): - La casa è comoda, ha tutto per un ottimo soggiorno. Posizione discreta, vicina al centro(10 min a piedi), comoda per persone anziane o disabili. Utilissimo il box. Proprietari e gestori fantastici. La stazione è distante oltre 2 km, i mezzi non comodissimi.
• Mirko (10/5): Davvero speciale, pienamente soddisfatto !!! - Appartamento nuovo dotato di ogni confort, compreso l'utilizzo del garage auto. Posizione centrale non troppo affollato, ma comodissimo per raggiungere il centro a piedi; super la convenzione per utilizzare i servizi dell'agriturismo. L'accoglienza è stata davvero speciale, proprietari davvero gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Qualche problema con il dispositivo WI-FI
• Bruce (10/5): Modern, comfortable apartment so close to Spoleto. - Nicely appointed new one bedroom apartment, ten minutes walk from the town center. We were met on site by Niccoli Lattanzi to welcome us and help with the underground parking place. The apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, king bed and AC. It’s on the quiet side of town away from the freeway noise with green hills nearby. His family owns a property eight miles into the countryside with a guesthouse, dining terrace with lunch from their farm and sports complex for vacationers. It’s fun and available when you stay in apartment.

The host Niccolo, was also exceptionally friendly and attentive. - The apartment was very spacious and had all of the amenities needed for a family of four with two small children. It was well-maintained, clean, and provisioned with coffee, spices, and other sundries that one would not necessarily have while traveling internationally. The host, Niccolo, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
• Rosemary (10/5): Style and comfort, walking distance from medieval Spoleto. - The apartment is modern, stylish, equipped with everything you need (except a cheese grater!), and has private, secure parking. It’s in a great location, being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Niccolo is an excellent host. He welcomed us to the property, always responded really quickly to messages, and made great local recommendations. The walls are a little thin and we could hear the neighbour’s coffee machine.
• Richard (10/5): Spoleto is a beautiful and fascinating town, and Nicolo's apartment is perfect for visiting it. - The apartment is light and airy, and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped as per the description and everything is in good working order and easy to use. Niccolo, the host, was very friendly and informative and made everything very easy. It was all good.
• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location - both for visiting Spoleto (you can get to the city center with a short walk) and as a base for exploring Umbria - in 2 minutes, without passing through the crowded center, you can get to the main road SS3. Another big advantage is the underground garage, where you can safely store your car without getting too hot from the sun. The apartment is very well equipped and prepared for a longer stay. The owner was very nice - we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than expected, but all it took was a phone call to the owner who showed up on site after a while, so we didn't have to wait in front of the building. Internet connection was unstable
• Tips (10/5): Comfortable to stay! - We changed the time to check in, but they came early. Also when check out early in the morning owner came on time and offer to send us to the station! So nice and friendly. We don't have a car but if you have the car, they have own parking with the key. The apartment is very clean and nice facility, quiet place. Near the apartment have two supermarkets, one of them open Sunday, too. It is not so close to the Duomo, Rocca (Castel), bridge, etc... but many place to see by walk. We enjoy take a walk and eat gelato, panini, some breads, foods are so good. You better to eat Porchetta (roast pork).
