• AGUSTIN (9/5): Amplio apartamento a 15 min de la playa - La ubicación es muy buena, está a 15 min de la playa del Sardinero (con cuestas). Es muy espacioso, luminoso, y bien equipado. Es muy cómodo, moderno, y muy bien decorado. El dormitorio que no da a la calle es muy silencioso y se llega a ver la playa al fondo hay un par de cosillas que arreglar como la cortina de baño del dormitorio principal y su ventana, que al no cerrar totalmente, se escucha el ruido de los coches al pasar por la noche. Con un pequeño arreglo sería perfecto
• Natividad Correas Soberino (10/5): Apartamento amplio para una familia con 5 adultos. - La ubicación fantástica. No hay problema de aparcamiento y es una zona tranquila para poder descansar No tengo ninguna objeción al respecto.

Sea view from one of the bedrooms, there is absolutely everything for convenience. I would like to mention the electronic and easy check-in and check-out, fast and convenient. I thank the host for the informative guide to Santander with recommendations about the best restaurants in the city. The area is magnificent, clean, quiet, pleasant neighbors, there are several bakeries and a mercadona nearby. Two minutes from the house there is a sports center with paddle courts, a swimming pool and a spa area! And of course, the ocean is very close, our morning walks to the park on the ocean were wonderful. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

• Kristiyan (10/5): Perfect apartment for visiting Santander - The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through an app that the owners provide. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge. The living room very nice, with a big TV and a sofa. The apartment features three separate bedrooms, where two of them are with a double bed, while the third one is with twin beds. There are three bathrooms - one with a bath tub (located in one of the bedrooms), one with a shower, and one without a shower facility (only toilet+sink). There was an iron with an ironing board. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and clean area. It is not very close to the center, but has a lot of parking spaces nearby and frequent public transport. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area as well. The living room is a bit small for more than four people - the table and sofa could be larger. The mirrors throughout the apartment could be more and bigger.

• Marcus (7/5): We had a great time in Santander and really enjoyed our stay. The few little niggles are easily fixed. - Good spacious apartment with large bedrooms. Location to cafe, bakery, sweet shop, ice cream shop was just a few steps away. I would say you need a car just for ease of getting around although buses do stop regularly. The saucepans were not compatible with induction hob. The patio doesn’t lock.
