• Nicolae (10/5): We strongly recommend the place as it offers a lot of value, with no shortcomings. - The place was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, providing a lot of facilities like a spacious balcony, fridge, good coffee and snacks. The host was very hospitable to us, recommending us places to visit and restaurants and was always at our disposal for anything we needed. Would have appreciated a small desk / table and somewhere to place / open luggage. A couple of glasses / mugs and teaspoons instead of the paper disposable ones.

The location was ideal, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The host Giuseppe personally waited for us even though we arrived around 1 a.m. due to a late flight, showed us everything, and gave us all the useful tips about the area. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Appartamento pulito e grazioso. Il costo: però quello è dipeso anche dalle date e dal punto strategico dell'appartamento.

• tzuki (9/5): Bonita y cómoda - La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro y de la playa. La habitación está muy bien, bonita, amplía y cómoda. Tiene un balcón con mesa y sillas. En la reserva no incluía desayuno , pero ofrece un cesto con productos para desayunar (bollería industrial), cafetera, y también agua. Todo en el alojamiento es correcto. Aparcamiento: es zona de residentes, nos indicaron un parking cerca del alojamiento que es un terreno que te cobran 20 euros, me parece un robo. No sé si había zona azul de parking por horas.

• Drum (10/5): Φίλτρο: χώρος στάθμευσης - Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολύ βολική. Αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο ώστε να μην είναι η μετακίνηση με τα πόδια κουραστική. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και ωραίο και με αρκετές παροχές όσον αφορά σνακ και καφε. Μπορει και να το διευκρινίζει ωστόσο καλο ειναι να τονιστεί οτι ειναι σε περιοχή που το πάρκινγκ επιτρέπεται μονο σε μόνιμους κατοίκους. Το να παρκάρει ο πελάτης αυτοκίνητο βασίζεται ειτε σε ένα ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ λιγο πιο πάνω ειτε σε ενα ελεύθερο πιο μακριά.

You will feel lucky to stay here - Exactly as the name implies “Immaculate!” From the caring personal service of Giuseppe fetching me at the bus stop, carrying my suitcase up the stairs, making sure I had everything I needed to the perfectly comfortable Modern A/C room, w’ big comfy bed, balcony, equipped with all toiletries, snacks, water, juice. Could not have asked for more! Perfect location just steps from famous beach & old town. All was stunningly perfect & will return again!! Thank you Giuseppe

Se dovessi soggiornare nuovamente a Polignano lo farò senz'altro qui. Questa struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta, vicina alle attrazioni più turistiche. A due minuti a piedi dal ponte borbonico, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più famosa di Polignano, a due minuti dalla piazza in cui si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno, e a tre minuti dall'arco marchesale.

Lokacija je savršen spoj mira i blizine svih važnih znamenitosti — more, centar grada i prelepe uličice Polignana su na dohvat ruke. Sam apartman je izuzetno čist, moderno opremljen i odiše toplinom i šarmom juga Italije. Svaki detalj je pažljivo osmišljen da se gosti osećaju kao kod kuće. Ali ono što je ovaj boravak učinilo zaista posebnim je vlasnik Giuseppe. Njegova ljubaznost, srdačnost i iskrena želja da nam boravak učini savršenim prevazilaze sve što smo do sada doživeli. Giuseppe nas je dočekao sa osmehom, dao korisne savete o lokalnim restoranima, skrivenim plažama i mestima koje vredi posetiti. U svakom trenutku bio je predusretljiv, nenametljiv i izuzetno profesionalan. Zahvaljujući njemu, ovaj boravak nije bio samo smeštaj — bio je doživljaj pravog italijanskog gostoprimstva. 💬 Iskreno preporučujemo ovaj apartman svakome ko želi autentično i bezbrižno iskustvo u Polignano a Mare. Giuseppe je domaćin kakvog bi svako poželeo!

• Kim (10/5): Cute room with balcony, right in the heart of Polignano a Mare - Great location, set slightly back from the main street of the main vantage point for Polignano's famous beach, which meant incredibly easy access to the popular areas, but with less noise. The room was simple, but very clean, nicely decorated and well lit with a comfortable bed and a cute balcony. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was good too. The room had a coffee machine and a kettle and the host Giuseppe had provided coffee, tea and a lovely selection of snacks. Great value for money and I would (and already have) recommend to friends, and I would definitely return if I ever get back to beautiful Polignano a Mare. Nothing at all

Paid parking nearby but it is possible to arrange parking with owner but we didn’t know, despite mentioning that we had a car. Close to everything. Easy check in and check out. Very kind owner. Everything was great!

Luego más abajo dice estacionamiento en la calle. Pero en realidad es en la calle y hay que dejarlo estacionado a unos 400 metros. En realidad el estacionlento es exclusivo para residentes. Aparte de ese detalle todo impecable y lo súper recomiendo

Host Giuseppe was very nice and met me at the property about 5 minutes after I called to say I had arrived. He let me store my bag because I got there before the room was ready. To be expected in Italy… small shower and low water pressure, but still fine

Appartamento in posizione ottima: poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia più famosa e dal centro. Locale pulitissimo e spazioso per accogliere 3 persone, un bel terrazzino dove consumare la colazione; disponibile macchinetta del caffè, brioche confezionate, succhi e acqua per una veloce colazione. Letti molto comodi. Disponibile aria condizionata. Parcheggio non adiacente alla casa: vi sono 2 possibilità o a pagamento 15€ per la notte a 200mt o in un supermercato a 450mt. Consiglierei sempre. Non ho trovato nulla di negativo da segnalare considerando che siamo in una camera e non in hotel.
