• DANIVIC (10/5): Torremolinos - appartamento comodissimo - Posizione perfetta a 30 MT dal mare e dalla via dello shopping, molti ristoranti vicinissimi. Accoglienza in loco con prime indicazioni sull utilizzo dell' appartamento. Appartamento molto grande. Ci tornero'. Non ho particolari evidenze da segnalare.

(1/5): Tremendamente sucio - La ubicación Lo inmensamente sucio que estaba y sobre todo la cocina y un ventilador que tenía la polvo y suciedad desde que lo compraron y eso que se veía con bastantes años de antigüedad. El microondas con plastas en la parte superior por dentro y el mueble de la campana, se quedaban los dedos pegados. En el dormitorio de 2 camas, a la comoda le faltaba un cajón. Losetas del suelo rotas. En los grifos no había presión. Por lo que no encendía la cartera y no había agua caliente. Para como estaba, me parece muy caro.

• Peter (4/5): - The French lady working for this property was the most helpful I’ve ever met. We had many problems and issues while staying there but she was ready to help many times, even at 11pm she came over with her husband to sort the gas problem. She tried her best to sort everything out and I’d like to say THANK YOU again, you’re an Angel 🙏 This is an old apartment (you get what you pay for).. there is no central heating (I know it’s Costa del Sol..) but it gets bloody cold at this property, we were given one old and wobbly electric radiator for the whole apartment and one old small heater for bathroom which didn’t work and we had to ask for another one… French Lady who work for the owner brought us another heater from another apartment to keep us warm… We were sitting with jackets on in living room having a dinner… this place should be rented out only in summer!! I came home with bloody cold and sinus inflammation..

• Esther (1/5): Slecht, sfeerloos en smerig. - De beheerder deed haar best om al onze klachten te verhelpen en het is best ruim. Alles is minstens tien jaar afgeschreven en doet het daarom niet of nauwelijks meer. Nieuwe matrassen klinkt dan wel leuk, maar rottige korte bedden die piepen en kraken of een klassieke kuil in de twijfelaar - dat is minder dan matig. Water was uiteindelijk even warm in de badkamer, maar in de keuken niet. Alles plakt, inclusief de vloer. Inboedel komt uit de kringloop en verlichting is liefdeloos. Dan nog kortsluiting en er is duidelijk gerookt in het appartement. Ik houd van kamperen, maar dit is ondanks het geringe bedrag dat wij ervoor betaalden niet zoals het hoort.

Old and damaged furniture, iron beds and uncomfortable matresses, a duvet without inside filling, very thin, worn out blankets an towels.The kitchen without necessary pots and pans ( only 2 of a kind, old and dirty) just a few glasses of a different size, only 2 kitchen towels. A kettle caused a shortcut when plugged ( got the new one after complaining). A bath and the toilet with yellow stains. The view, from the bedroom windows, of a dirty and neglected yard. Ground floor without daylight, due to a narrow street, we couldn't see the sky. Brooms and a vacum cleaner behind the kitchen door, disgusting sight. No airconditioning, just ventilators and small electric heaters in case of colder weather. Avoid the booking of the apartment. No value for money. Too expensive for what it offers.
