Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.
If a party is held that requires police intervention, guests must vacate the property immediately.
In the event of property damage, the guest will be responsible for an additional penalty of up to €1,000, separate from the platform's deposit.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If cigarette butts are found during cleaning, the apartment smells, or ashes are scattered, a €250 property damage claim will be made. This condition excludes smoking on the balcony, provided that it is done exclusively outside with the window closed.
Check-in is completely automated.
Our co-host is available until 11:00 PM for any questions or issues.
If you need assistance outside of these hours, the fee is €20 for remote assistance and €100 for in-person assistance.
In justified cases (age, disability, or other reasons communicated in advance), charges will only be waived if assistance is provided remotely and before 11:00 PM.
If remote assistance is required after 11:00 PM, it must be prearranged.
If remote assistance extends past 1:00 AM, a fee of €20 will apply, even with justification.
The lost key fee is always €20.
If the loss occurs before 11:00 PM and the guest follows the instructions to regain access without in-person assistance, only that amount will be charged.
If the instructions cannot be followed or in-person assistance is required (at any time), a €100 fee will be applied.
If the keys are not returned at the end of the stay, the guest will be deemed to agree to the automatic withdrawal of the €20 from the Booking.com damage deposit.
Forgotten Items
If you forget anything, you must notify us before your next check-in (3:00 PM on the same day as your departure).
After this time, the property is not responsible.
In most cases, especially with clothing, items are disposed of for hygiene and logistics reasons.
If you request delivery of a forgotten item, you will be charged €15 for handling and the corresponding shipping costs.
By booking, you agree to this policy and expressly waive the right to leave a negative review if unclaimed items are disposed of or delivered in a timely manner.

Sov som en prinsessa ☺️. - 4 st Nespresso kapsyler, tack! - Trevlig restaurang/bar intill med prisvärd och god ”dagens rätt” + att min resväska kunde ställas där i väntan på incheckning två timmar och utan att restaurangägare ville ha betalt. De fick 5 euro för visad ödmjuk vänlighet. Storage luggage - på gata intill, tar 3,99 euro. Lägenhetsuthyraren ville ha 20 euro för att ställa in resväska två timmar innan Incheck!? - Det verkar vara en större lägenhet som är ombyggd till två mindre, med en gemensam hall. I den andra lägenheten bodde en ”nattfjäril” men jag stördes inte mer än att jag vaknade vid hennes/hans hemkomst halv fem - en och en halv timme innan jag själv brukar vakna 😉. Frågan är hur störd hon/han stördes av Nespressomaskin, mitt morgonkaffe ☺️? - Det tog mer än tre dygn att ”värma upp” lägenheten och ändå med ett ständigt kallt golv!? Ta med tofflor! - Två kackerlackor 🪳 uppenbarade sig i diskho och på golv 😱. Vore bra om det fanns något ”rengöringsmedel” e dyl att spraya och ”bedöva” de snabba djuren när man ska ”fånga” dem! Jag använde, i brist på annat, salt 😂. - Kran till handfat i badrum är felplacerad så att rinnande vatten, vid användning ur kran, rinner ner bredvid handfat, via bomullspads, toalettpapper e dyl och flödar vidare ner till golv.

- María Jose (9/5): Excelente calidad-precio en el centro - Muy acogedor; céntrico; limpio; la gestión del check-in y el acceso al apartamento muy fácil; el anfitrión Javier muy amable y atento en todo momento Aunque no tiene parking, a unos 10-15min andando hay parking público gratuito donde dejar el coche con total seguridad en el recinto ferial El sofá algo incómodo al sentarse, por lo que para dormir posiblemente sea aún más
- Peter (4/5): A wise lesson. Never again. - The location. Not to far from the old center and in a very quiet area across the parc. The noise inside! It was 1 appartement split into 2. When the neighbours in the next door studio talked it was like they were standing in the living room with me. Also a loud bell went off in the hallway every time someone pressed the code to get into the front door of the building. It leaves no doubt, when they made two appartements out of one they did not invest in isolation. When complaining about it to the owner he offered me a 10% discount if, and only if, I would give him a 10/10 review on Booking.com. I don't like being coerced into lying.
