• Lulu (7/5): Good - Strategic location, good and clean place The check-in procedure isn't simple. We need to give a deposit money before we can get a check-in procedure description. As a tourist without malaysian bank, this can be time consuming.

• Junis (7/5): Good - The place I booked was clean, comfortable and beautiful, the view is not too bad and the place is safe because it uses its own access card. there was a bit of confusion in giving and returning keys which made me wait a few minutes, and then some accessories such as the water heater kettle do not work, this makes it difficult to make hot water.
• Adz (9/5): Amazing views, smooth check-in, and the perfect cozy spot for a relaxing staycation. - honestly, the view was amazing! Super relaxing and just what I needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth too, no fuss at all, which made things easy. If you’re into staycations or just need a chill, cozy place to unwind, this is perfect. The vibe is so calm and peaceful, you can totally escape from the usual craziness. It’s great for solo trips, couples, or even families. I’m already thinking about coming back for another stay! I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is lovely, and everything was great. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the security guards at the pool. The communication was difficult since the guard didn’t speak English or Malay well, and he was rather harsh. I was wearing a jersey swimsuit, but the guard was upset and said I wasn’t following the dress code only after I had finished swimming, instead of informing me before I entered the pool. It would be helpful if staff could handle such situations with more clarity and kindness. Additionally, I noticed the door to the toilet couldn't close properly. It wasn't a big issue for me, but others might appreciate it being fixed. Overall, I had a great time, but I hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

• Mohammed (5/5): Fair but not exactly what we expect - Location &view from the Windows ..Having a washing machine helped us a lot because we often sweated in our clothes and needed to change them daily, so we washed the clothes every day..note(we are from Sweden not from Malaysia as the rating shows.) The toilet was adjacent to the bedroom and the toilet door was not sealed and had gaps and smells reached the bed through the gaps. In addition, the cleaning was not good. For example, the curtains had traces of vomit on them and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom no matter how much we cleaned it or how much air freshener we put on it. Also, the bed was not comfortable.

• Kaylee (7/5): Good - The place itself was fantastic - great location, awesome pool and large apartment. The check-in process was a very unfortunate start to an otherwise great stay. The communication was poor about how to actually get access to the apartment which meant I was left at waiting outside for a reply for an hour before going to dinner (with all my luggage) and hoping I would receive a reply by the time I returned. It wasn't until about 9:30pm when the host replied with the access code and check-in instructions despite knowing I would arrive between 5 and 6pm. The slow responses and limited communication at check-in did impact my stay.
