• Matteo (1/5): Checkin folle e host pessimo - Dormo in hotel e b&b per lavoro diversi giorni a settimana ma non mi era mai capitato un check-in (ONLINE e OBBLIGATORIO) come quella di questa struttura: ho perso quasi 1 ora per venirne a capo. Incredibilmente complesso. Ma se non si effettua, non si può ritirare le chiavi e accedere alla struttura. Inoltre l'host si è dimostrato totalmente inospitale, scontroso e maleducato. Infine ho ricevuto almeno 7-8 comunicazioni email e sul telefono per questo check-in (un bombardamento continuo). Mai più!

• Robert (9/5): Delightful couples oasis just outside the walls of Bologna. - It was a fabulous apt … compact, but had everything you need in the kitchen, the baths, bedroom and a cozy open air patio. Groceries, restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance yet ample bus stops just steps away. We initially had an issue with credit approval but it was resolved ahead of arrival. The check ln/ arrival process is fully automated but well defined with illustrations in the communications.
• Ivan (10/5): Lokacija koja svojom udobnošću dodatno uljepšava odmor u predivnoj Bologni. - Lokacija je izvrsna. Blizu centra grada sa laganom šetnjom od 10 minuta do zone centra. Predivna mirna četvrt. Ugodna lokacija sa komotnim parkingom.
• Torsten (9/5): Würde ich wieder buchen - Ganz gute Lage; man benötigt nicht weit in der Ort. Die Zimmer sind ganz nett eingerichtet. Das Parken ist etwas schwierig. Man musste sich im Prinzip mit anderen Personen im Haus abstimmen, da 3 Parkplätze auf sehr engem Raum. Zudem kam man nicht so einfach auf das Grundstück, da davor Andere die Einfahrt zugeparkt hatten.

• Carlos (10/5): - El apartamento es espectacular, ubicado en un edificio muy bonito, es amplio, luminoso y con una decoración e iluminación excelentes. Nuestra familia pasó una noche magnífica, disfrutando de la comodidad de la cama de matrimonio y el sofá cama. La cocina está totalmente equipada y el barrio es muy agradable tanto de día como de noche. Su ubicación, justo antes del casco histórico, es ideal. Sin duda, repetiremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Bolonia. Tiene muchos servicios cerca (restaurantes, cafeterías supermercados, lavandería self service...)

• Sonia (9/5): Excelente. Limpio. Céntrico - Estaba muy limpio, y tanto las instalaciones como la ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla...están perfectas. Era todo exterior, con mucha luz. Decoración chula. Las camas eran cómodas. Había gel, champú y acondicionador del pelo. Estaba cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del duomo. Está situado en un barrio muy tranquilo y las calles de alrededor tienen aparcamiento con zona azul, con tarifa solo de día. A partir de las 19h y hasta la 8 de la mañana es gratuito. La recogida de llaves y entrada al apartamento muy fácil. Repetiría Tenía muchos tipos de luces y muchos interruptores . Cuidado si te levantas por la noche porque es un lío.

• Daisy (8/5): Lovely apartment just outside Bologna old town - Room excellent. Was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Slightly outside the old city which was perfect for us as we got to explore. Wifi was great too. Check in was a bit laborious - passport photos and multiple doors/ locks. Would have been great if the kitchen had a couple more basics e.g. cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

• Neline (6/5): Für ein paar Tage in Bologna ein anständiger Ort zum Übernachten. - Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Ein paar Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Nähe gibt es eine sympathische Osteria: Frasca. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Online Check-In System war umständlich und mangelhaft; die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief über drei verschiedene Kanäle, die sich untereinander nicht zu verständigen schienen; Frustration bei der Kommunikation bzgl. Parken. Die Wohnung ist sehr kompakt und einige Dinge funktionieren nicht einwandfrei: die Wohnungstür klemmt am Parkettboden, eine Küchenschranktür bleibt beim Öffnen im Deckenbalken hängen; ein Vorhang hängt nicht gut in der Stange, so dass man ihn nicht richtig schließen kann (mit einem Wäscheklammer gelöst, aber nicht ideal). Bei der Ausstattung fehlen Dinge wie (Salat)schüsseln und ein Besen.

• Susan (6/5): Alles in allem zufriedenstellend bis auf den unangemessenen Preisaufschlag. - Die Villa liegt wirklich sehr gut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus nur gegen hohe Parkgebühr von 25/Tag und schwer zugänglich. Die Ausführung der Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer wirklich geräumig. Alles weitgehend barrierefrei und sauber.Die Betten bequem, Klima einstellbar. Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel vorhanden. Preis-Leistung: Das Nachmelden unserer Tochter in einem 4-Personenappartement, gebucht auf 2 Personen, war auf Emailweg nicht möglich. Letztlich via whatsapp nachgebucht mit einem Preisaufschlag von 144 € für 4 Nächte. Das war teurer, als wenn wir das Appartement direkt für drei Personen gebucht hätten (fast 100 € Differenz). Das ist nicht zu verstehen, wenn lediglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher nachgelegt werden müssen.... Die eingebaute Waschmaschine lief ḿit Unwucht, knallte alle 2 Minuten. Kein Besen oder Kehrschaufel vorhanden. Keine einzige Schüssel oder Dessertschalen (f Salat oder Müsli), Geschirrspülmaschine mit defektem Einsatzteil. Das Haus ist hellhörig... man hört Duschaktivitäten oder das Putzteam aus dem Nachbarappartement.
• mauro (8/5): Da tenere presente - bella zona e posizione comoda, ho trovato parcheggio intorno senza problemi (il costo interno era troppo altro), l'appartamento adatto, confortevole e ben tenuto. Divertente la casca idromassaggio anche se il tappo di scarico non funzionava e bisognava arrangiarsi con un coltello. Soddisfatti. Non funziona il sistema di check in on line che richiede molto tempo e complica la vita se non hai un ufficio sottomano. Le persone comuni, ancorpiù le famiglie vogliono semplificarsi la vita. Ottima la collaborazione dei gestori per completare il check in on line.

Ottima posizione a metà tra il centro di Bologna e lo Stadio. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento, all’interno della proprietà. Nessun problema a trovare la posizione o ad accedere alla proprietà. Assolutamente consigliato! Tutto perfetto, nulla da segnalare

• Serene (10/5): - The Villa Bottrigari - Bologna Rooms exceeded my expectations for my recent stay. I stayed in the studio apartment which was perfect for one person. It was so well appointed and beautifully furnished, making you feel more at home than a modern hotel room. I was really happy to find an iron & ironing board, washing machine and even a spa on the enclosed terrace. When I arrived in Bologna the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with enquiries about getting to the villa and somewhere fun to check out as a solo traveller. The bed was a large, king size with extremely comfortable mattress and large, fluffy pillows... For me this is an important part of my stay. Airconditioning, great lighting throughout and a comfortable sitting area also contributed to a lovely visit. This was not a big issue for me but, as an Australian size 14-16 female, and only 160cm tall, I found the shower uncomfortable to be in. There was nowhere to store my own items inside the shower (no ledge on the wall) and having to bend down in a small space was difficult. If you're taller or larger, especially a man would struggle to shower in there, especially as it has a wood beam inside that could hurt if you were tall enough to hit your head. I would recommend considering other apartments in the building for people this might impact.

• Danny (8/5): Het bezoek aan Bologna was zeer aangenaam en een verrijking. - Het appartement was gezellig ingericht. het was een erg rustige locatie. Het centrum kan je gemakkelijk te voet of met de bus bereiken. De buren waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De communicatie in verband met de online toegang tot het domein en het appartement ter plaatse, zeker als je het Italiaans niet machtig bent, en er niemand meer aanwezig is.

• Andrea (8/5): Ottima struttura - Struttura pulita, accogliente, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in luogo sicuro. Il fatto che non fosse chiaramente esplicitato che la tassa di soggiorno non era inclusa nel prezzo mostrato su Booking, come accade per altre strutture, tenendo conto che per 4 persone abbiamo pagato 25€. Questo rende il confronto con altre strutture difficile
• Cees (9/5): nicely located cool appartment - location just outside the busy area but with a lot of good restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood, green area with streets covered in shade of the trees sometimes the noise of dogs in neighbourhood and rumour of other guests late at night

• Nicole (9/5): - A very nice room with a wide range of amenities. Super easy to get to. Not in the centre, but just a short bus ride away. In a nice neighbourhood, very peaceful and quiet. Would go again, perfect for a stay in Bologna.

• Herbert (8/5): Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, zu Fuß in 20 min mitten im Stadtzentrum! - große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer Check in nur über einen online-link (der manchmal nicht funktioniert) obwohl booking-com ausdrücklich angab: "Jemand wird sich vor Ort mit ihnen treffen". WhatsApp-Anfragen wurden KI-generieirt beantwortet. Erst nach mehreren solcher Kontakte kam am Vorabend eine Verbindung mit einer echten Person zustande, die zusicherte, dass jemand kommen wird. In der Küche viele Tassen und Teller, aber keine Schüssel!

• Grazyna (3/5): - Okolica Apartament nie był zgodny z opisem. Nie mieliśmy balkonu z tarasem i stolikiem z krzesłami. Było mało przestrzeni, a prysznic był najmniejszy w jakim kiedykolwiek się myłam i przez to pobyt nie był komfortowy. Pokój nie był przyjazny bo miał za mało przestrzeni, Jedna osoba musiała spać na rozkładanej sofie w kuchni, a gdy była rozłożona to nie było tam w ogóle miejsca. Całość była za mała i przez to niekomfortowa.

• Asta (9/5): Quiet and spacious apartment in a nice location with all the essentials for a comfortable stay - The apartment was quiet, spacious and in a nice area. We didn’t want to stay in the busy city centre, so the location worked well for us. There was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. It had what we needed for a short stay. The check-in was easy, and the host was helpful and patient when we had an issue with our payment before arrival. Everything went fine and we felt comfortable there. We’d be happy to stay again. The extra bed was a bit uncomfortable, but since we stayed only three nights, it was manageable. The layout suits families best as the bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom.
