Sebastiano (1/5): Livello igienico terribile - A 100 metri si trova il centro di Heilbronn. In breve: pulizia assente, servizi base incompleti, assistenza lenta, prezzo assurdo per quello che ho trovato. Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni, ma questa volta ho voluto dedicare del tempo in favore dei futuri inquilini. Consiglio la lettura. Versione lunga: In bagno ho trovato gli asciugamani macchiati di non si sa cosa. Quando mi sono andato a coricare ho trovato il cuscino stropicciato con una macchia di sangue (come se fosse esploso un brufolo al precedente inquilino). La sera stessa alle 20:14 ho scritto al proprietario per chiedere di indicarmi dove trovare un altro cuscino oppure se mi potesse cambiare la federa, tuttavia ho ricevuto risposta solo alle 10:36 del giorno seguente. Sono stato costretto a dormire senza, tant'è che il giorno dopo ero pieno di torcicollo. Il giorno seguente al ritorno dai miei impegni ho trovato in stanza degli asciugamani puliti, tuttavia la federa era ancora tutta stropicciata e dove prima c'era una macchia ora c'era un alone rossastro (probabilmente invece di cambiare la federa hanno strofinato solo uno straccetto bagnato, altrimenti come minimo la federa sarebbe stata stirata). Viste le precarie condizioni di pulizia, specifico che le persiane per oscurare la stanza sono manuali, quindi consiglio di lavarsi le mani dopo averle abbassate e sollevate...dubito puliscano spesso il nastro. In aggiunta: - lasciare 1/2 cialde per la macchinetta del caffè penso sia doveroso, altrimenti tanto vale non mettere la macchinetta del caffè. Se sto 2/3 notti non so chi è che va a comprare un pacco intero di cialde.. - lasciare delle saponette o dello shampoo usa e getta per la doccia non è necessario, ma sarebbe gentile visto che gli altri servizi sono inesistenti.

Ke (9/5): Good. - Comfort. It's a very convenient hotel near the center of Heilbronn. A rewe shop near the hotel. The hotel should be cleaner.
