• Klotz (8/5): Great location, communicative and helpful host! - Nice, central location, bus and train nearby with lots of shops. Previous guests left some dirty stuff in the kitchen and forgot food in the freezer which we had to remove ourselves. The sofa bed was not fully stable, one side was elevating while laying on it when being opened.

• robert (7/5): two great views of the mediterranean sea - i made meals at this apartment. the comforter was great. it is in town center. 1 kilometer walk to the beach downhill.
• Kristmundur Roman (10/5): Great service! - Great apartment with everything you need for longterm stay, with washing machine, all the utensils, cutlery etc. A good thing is that its within the private apartment area and not within some hotel complex. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, shops in the area. Mercadona supermarket is right next. Its only 15 min walk to the sea with amazing beach line. 10 min drive with Bolt to/from the airport for only 13 eur. Good wifi. Overall I recommend!

• Janire (10/5): - La casa estaba muy limpia , pequeñita pero muy cómoda,tenías de todo para el uso en la cocina y en el baño lo mismo, ubicación buena cerca del centro . Que si tienes que ir a la playa si que te pilla a un ratito caminando

The owner goes extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need. I spent more than a week, and it was the best apartment I ever stayed at in Torremolinos. Nada.
• Juan (8/5): Dias agradables - La comodidad del apartamento, el aire acondicionado, en general el apartamento está muy bien. Está muy cerca del centro y también de la playa, la localización es muy buena. La piscina es algo antigua y necesitaba ser limpiada un poco más.
• Alberto (8/5): Muy recomendable! - El apartamento está muy bien situado, a un minuto andando tienes todo lo que necesitas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados, y tiene todo lo que se necesita. La cocina está totalmente equipada, con todos los utensilios. Totalmente recomendable Algunos puntos podrían estar algo más limpios, como el interior de los armarios, desagües, y ese tipo de cosas pequeñas que solo se limpian de vez en cuando. Lamentablemente la piscina tenía el limpia fondos desde el primer día que llegué con un cajetín eléctrico a escasos centímetros de la piscina, esta estaba sin limpiar desde el primer dia por lo que no se pudo hacer uso.
• Fernando (10/5): Un acierto - Está muy limpio, moderno y muy bien decorado. Su situación es maravillosa y es muy tranquilo El dormitorio es un poquito estrecho y solo tiene una mesilla. Por lo demás está espectacular el apartamento
• Juan Gabriel (5/5): Desconexion - El anfitrión muy simpático, me dio las llaves antes y pude dejar la mochila en el apartamento mientras el limpiaba el apartamento. La limpieza mala, la piscina que no tenia piscina, hice reserva para usar la piscina y nada al parecer no tiene llaves, y no tiene nada para colgar las toallas, ni tender nada... por este precio tendrían que funcionar todo esto...

• Liam (7/5): Okay. - Modern, plenty of utensils etc. right next to shops and restaurants. TV had Netflix. It’s a good 20 min walk to the front, but this isn’t the properties fault. The area it’s self is residential and quite dirty with overflowing bins etc, again not the property or owners fault. The room could do with some attention, just some odd jobs that would make the place look tidier like the cleaning cupboard door being broken.

• Elie (9/5): Great Comfortable Appartement - The apartment modern, comfortable to live in yiu feel like your home. The hist is friendly. Everything next to you the bars clubs supermarket it is a vibrant location. The beach is 10 min walk. All electric appliances are there. You don't needed As you live near very nice restaurant but if you want to do sandwich or light meals the host prepared everything for you. And I was surprised when I arrived as there was detergent for cleaning even shampoo and hand wash. The cleaning is good could be better, I am not saying it was dirty but was clean enough. I wish the sheets were white to know if your bed is dirty or clean. However in general it is good.

• Boris (9/5): Lovely - I had a fantastic stay! The owner/property manager was incredibly friendly and kind, and even let me check in early, which was a huge help. The apartment is perfect for 1–2 people – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee maker, laundry washer, iron, and more. It’s also just a 5-minute walk from the main promenade, making the location super convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

• Lhaj (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very located, near to the shops and restaurants. Train station is less than 10 walking but what I really appreciated was Vlodymyr's availability and responsiveness. he immediately took action to purchase a new mattress following our remark

The flat was cosy, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. I would return for the peaceful ambience and great service I liked everything about my stay. The location is central and convenient, but the immediate surroundings of the building could be improved to match the quality of the property itself

• Tomibewi (9/5): Great apartment for the money - The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival, Vladimir was still there cleaning and offered to let us drop our bags whilst the apartment was being prepared. Which was massively appreciated and meant we could head out and get some food. The WiFi is mega fast which is a cool bonus I wasn't expecting. There's a mercadona about 3 minutes walk where you can get some supplies and use the utensils in the kitchen to cook a nice meal. There are a few cleaning products which are appreciated it meant we could keep it generally tidy whilst staying over. There are also a number of eateries, fresh fruit and vegetables and butcher stores directly below the building on the main street all reasonably priced. Something's out of the owners control like the noise of the other residents and being close to the centre it can be quite loud outside until the early hours of the morning. The boilers hot water didn't last two showers but it replenished fairly quickly. Again outside of the control of the owner but on one of the days we had no water as I think it was shut off due to works in the building.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Everything was good - Great place! First of all, I want to say that the apartment owner is very responsive and always ready to help, always in touch! He accommodated us earlier than planned since we arrived a few hours ahead of schedule. The apartment location is excellent! A sea view, right in the tourist center. There are bus stops and a train nearby, which we enjoyed taking to Malaga. The apartment had everything we needed.
