- Sarah (1/5): Achtung Masche! Bilder & Rezessionen angelockt dann wird man in ein anderes Apartment ausranchiert. - Die Dame nahm eine Woche vor dem Aufenthalt, via WhatsApp Kontakt mit uns auf. Wir telefonierten und es schien alles zu klappen. Am Tag der Anreise, bekam ich eine WhatsApp, dass im Apartment etwas kaputt sei und wir deshalb nicht mehr in das Apartment können, sondern in ein anderes Apartment müssen, weiter weg, nicht in der gleichen Stadt. Dort angekommen, erschraken wir, nicht der gleiche Comfort wie vorher bei Booking.com rausgesucht und vereinbart. Sehr klein, schmutzig, Schimmel an den Decken (im Badezimmer), in der Küche war es drecking, der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt. Die Rezeptionistin, gab an das sei noch so von den Vorgängern. Das für den gleichen Preis! Eine Frechheit. Für mich ist das, Kundschaft anlocken und dann in ein schlechtere Absteige abfertigen. Eine Nacht die man schnell wieder vergessen möchte!
