• Avalmo92 (9/5): Wonderful stay at a great location - Clean, spacious, great for holidays, near supermarkets, 5 min drive from a wonderful beach and the owner was very kind. Some of the furniture and the shower could use an upgrade
• M (8/5): Quick Stay in SotoGrande - It’s walking distance to the supermarkets. Close drive to the marina, beach and everywhere else. The pool is quite nice although the neighbors were a little rude screaming at other people’s children for having a good time. The building complexes are named after flowers and the hibiscus is all the way to the right and that should be clear in the write up for this apartment because we arrived very late and went to the left, which feels natural as you’re going straight, but then we kind of got stuck because the parking places are extremely tight so in the middle of the night, we had to figure out our way out and finally found the right apartment complex “the hibiscus”, not to mention a lot of the names of the apartment complex complexes are covered by beautiful flowers and trees. The fans did not work very well. if you are aiming for a romantic couple quiet vacation, this is not the place because there’s a lot of children around and children running around in the early morning hours can be heard. You can hear kids playing and families eating breakfast/ dinner next door; so if you want more of a romantic getaway, I would not recommend this stay, but this is great for a work trip or a quick hop in and out for more casual or work reasons.
• Milsom (9/5): Absolutely loved staying here, we felt so at home and comfortable and really hope to come back and stay again some time! - The apartment was so spacious, well laid out and we immediately felt at home. There was a balcony for each room plus a large, very nicely furnished balcony/outdoor area off the living room/kitchen (open plan) with a lovely green view. The bed we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, very effective aircon and we felt we had all the amenities we required for our stay e.g. washing machine, washing line on the balcony, dishwasher, iron and board. Free parking right next to the apartment entrance was such a bonus as well! We hired a car for the trip which made it really easy to get around but there’s a huge supermarket within walking distance even if you don’t have a car. Communication from the host was brilliant throughout and all access information was made very clear ahead of our arrival. Really not a huge thing but having standard tea and coffee provided would be a nice extra as it’s not worth buying it all new for a few nights. This might vary but there was only one coffee pod when we stayed.

• Mark (3/5): Disappointing - Unfortunately the bedroom nearest to the motorway was very noisy and also there was no blind which meant that the street lighting shone in. All of which resulted in very little sleep

• Louise (8/5): Very comfortable spacious modern apartment, stylishly decorated. - Stylish modern fittings, lots of inside and outside space, privacy, sufficient cooking equipment, great price/quality ratio, near to groceries and Sotogrande Marina. Secure parking. Great communication from owner, always responsive and helpful. On the whole very good as it was great value for the price, however some small things to be constructive/helpful for others - Noise from the road (we understood before we booked). Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, matches would have been nice. Memory foam mattress is not comfortable for us, perhaps others might like to be aware. Also if something is broken it should be noted to avoid unnecessary difficulties.

• Darren (8/5): Recommended. - It was ideally located for what we had planned. Safe and secure. Host was very good, returning messages fast and attentative. We had lots of luggage and finding the appartment was a task in the dark. Then you had a few flights of stairs to get to the appartment which is less than ideal. Then to get to the bedroom you also had to climb upthe stairs. They are no issue without luggage, but an important for certain people to know..
