Mónica (7/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien. Nos gustó mucho. Cómodo, limpio, y en una urbanización muy tranquila y familiar. Era tal y como parecía en las fotos . Pudimos además entrar antes de la hora estipulada. Alquilamos expresamente este apartamento entre otros porque tenía aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos no funcionaba. Tardaron 4 dias (en una estancia de 6) en mandar a un técnico que no fue capaz de arreglarlo y estuvimos todo el tiempo sin él. Eso nos estropeó parte de la estancia que podría haber sido de 10. El dueño no tuvo ningún detalle para compensar esta avería. Entendemos que es una situación dificil de solucionar rápido y es una época muy mala, pero si lo estaban intentando arreglar con rápidez no nos consiguieron transmitir esa sensación.
