• Guest (4/5): - Отличное расположение, и очень удобно , что без контактный въезд. Сама квартира комфортная. Я приехала в грязную квартиру , передо мной просто не убрали от предыдущих людей. С поезда почти сутки , с мечтой просто принять душ , я получаю грязные полотенца , недоеденная еда на столе и так далее… Так же , запах канализации довольно часто давал о себе знать. Компенсировали просто поздним выездом. По выезду из квартиры , мне напомнили , что вообще то выезд из квартиры был в 10 , а не в 12 , якобы они вообще то мне делают одолжение. Очень неприятно. Не советую эти апартаменты.
• Zana (9/5): Really GOOD! - Stayed here 11–14 August 2025 and loved it. The host was super nice, easy to reach, and the self check-in instructions were clear, except the floor number. We spent some time trying to figure it out. Stating it as "highest floor" would have been a lot easier. The apartment was spotless and stocked with lots of little extras I didnt expect, plus cute, funny rhyming notes that made me smile. Even though the building looks a bit old from the outside, inside it had a really cute space with lots of trees with a balcony and leafy views that felt reallyyyy cool. Location is great: trams and the metro are nearby, grocery stores and cafés all around, and its about a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city center. Cant really think of anything unpleasant during my stay, except that the bathroom is a bit small if anyone minds. For me it was ok. Also the area didnt feel very welcoming during the night.

• Guest (4/5): We arrived at the property around 7 PM and were extremely disappointed by the state of the apartment. It had not been cleaned after the previous guests..in the bathroom there were dirty, wet towels thrown on the floor, the bed was completely messy, the pillow had blood stains, the trash bin was overflowing, and the whole place smelled terrible. There were bottles and garbage lying around overall, the accommodation was in unacceptable condition. We immediately contacted the property, but it took almost two hours until anything was done. At first, we were not given a clear answer whether we would be moved to another room or if someone would come to clean it. After more than an hour, we were told that a cleaner would come..she finally arrived about 1.5 hours later. This meant we had to wait nearly two hours before we could even use the bathroom, take a shower, or settle in properly. Later in the evening, we tried to discuss compensation for this inconvenience, but we were told that only a manager could handle it. However, when we asked for the manager’s contact, nobody was willing to provide it. We ended up waiting until 10 PM without any proper solution or communication. This experience was absolutely unprofessional. No guest should ever arrive to such conditions, nor should they have to wait hours just to get a clean room. At the very least, a partial financial compensation would be appropriate.
• VESSELIN (7/5): - Appt is new and clean. Has all the amenities you need. Plenty of parking space around. Building is very old and shabby. Water in bathroom is too noisy. Area is not very welcoming at night.
• Reyes (8/5): Muy buena relación calidad precio - Todo correcto En comparación con el resto del apartamento, el baño es lo más flojito. Hace su función de sobra pero podría ser más satisfactoria aún la experiencia.
• Sergey (8/5): - Apartament jest ładnie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony (szczególnie klimatyzacja, bo bez niej nie wiem jakbyśmy sobie poradzili ). Niestety na niektórych elementach widać juz ślady zużycia takie jak np przekrzywione drzwi pod prysznicem i oderwane uszczelki przez co trzeba było wycierac za każdym razem podłogę. Kanalizacja w tym budynku to już w ogóle porażka... przy spłukiwaniu woda śmierdząca wybijała w zlewie. Co 30 sekund dochodziły z niej bardzo głośne i nieprzyjemne dźwięki, na tyle mocne że potrafiło nas to obudzić w nocy. No i rzecz niezależna od właściciela-dzielnica. Niestety w tej dzielnicy przebywa bardzo dużo bezdomnych i innych nieprzyjemnych osób. W nocy aby dojechać na lotnisko musieliśmy sie zdecydować na taksówkę, bo spacer do autobusu w nocy nie brzmiał najlepiej.
