• Erika (5/5): - Me ayudaron permitiéndome acceder a una de las habitaciones de mi reserva, porque llegué temprano y había demasiada lluvia. El lugar es alejado del centro, cuando entras al hospedaje hay un olor a hierba muy fuerte, incluso una de las encargadas fumaba mientras limpiaba, no me sentía cómoda con el olor. Las habitaciones pequeñas y camas muy incómodas. El baño privado de la habitación 1 está afuera, aunque dice privado, cualquier persona lo podría usar, no puedes dejar tus pertenencias.

• Ilya (5/5): - Good location , one stop to London Bridge. Clean place I expected it would be a private bathroom and toilet , as it was written . But actually it is a shared bathroom with other neighbors. The room was too small , if you have a luggage I doubt you can fit it in

• John (7/5): Great for a short trip to South Esst London - Location was great, just five minutes from New Cross Station. Room is compact but ideal for a few nights. Shower was lovely. There is a well equipped shared kitchen. The whole property was clean and the WiFi more than adequate to work with. Not really much to dislike. It was very warm when I was there, a fan would have been useful

• Kevin (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Bedsheets dirty. Hadn't been changed. In fairness it was dealt with quickly when we sent a message of complaint. Needs a Paint and a deep clean! White walls show hand and head marks above bed headboards and stairs.

• Mary (3/5): bathroom is so tiny, uncomfortable pillow & bed, noisy neighbors heard, no housekeeping, - close to bus and train station, they provide disposable slippers The room was so tiny but it didn't bother us as I'm only 5'2 and my partner is only 5'4, however the shower space is so tight, and if you're claustrophobic this might be a struggle. You have to run the shower first and get the right temperature, before getting in, as it would be so hard to get out and you might burn yourself if you adjusted the shower while your inside. The bathroom sink was also like 1/3 of the actual size and making it so hard to wash your face and brush your teeth without splashing everywhere. It was also situated so low, that if youre a taller person this would be a challenge. We had to dock and make sure we didn't hit our heads with the glass shelving for the toileteries. However this is not even the worst part. The worst part is the bed and the noise. The bed was very uncomfortable that we had to lie on top of the duvet because the spring of the bed is already pressing on our skin, good thing it was warm so we didnt need the duvet to cover us. The end of part of the bed was already sinking that you can feel the base of the the bed frame and the pillows (1 pillow each for us) was so flat, that we had to use our clothes underneath to make it comfortable. It doesnt have soundproofing at all. We always woke up in the middle of the night as guests are arriving and it disturbs our sleep. The walls are so thin that you can hear other guests from other rooms, we were on ground floor and we can hear the guests walking and dragging their luggage upstairs. As it's not carpeted, the sound just resonates. Our room was next to the main door as well so we always hear people come in and out of the house. One time we woke up 5:30am as 2 guests were fighting outside.

• Malvina (1/5): Unsafe stay. - Location. When we arrived there were a group of teenagers in our rooms, smoking weed, eating food and so on. The whole place was trashed by them. It was late at night (11pm). Teenagers left the house. The owner gave a code to another room. We stayed overnight. Was promised that house and door codes will be changed. We agreed to stay. We came back from town, and the house was sparkling clean, the house door code was changed. We were going to stay the second night (last night), but one of the teenagers came (or was let) into the house, knocked on our door, saw that we were in the room, so went to the ground floor or outside. We felt very unsafe, so booked a hotel and left. Still waiting for the promised full refund.
• Chris (6/5): Pleasant - Good location for the event I was going to in London. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and possibly my fault but I didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom. Also I wasn’t shared address and entry details until I was in the street trying to find and it and had to message the owners.

• Ansis (2/5): Dodgy sublet - The room itself is tiny and was so hot as it's basically a conservatory, and the photos of the kitchen are actually part of the house share so out of the room. It's 1 house made into 6 tiny rooms with paper thin walls so you can hear everything (including, unfortunately for us, a group of ladies having a party in the room near us until 1am). It's also backing up onto the overground so you can hear every train go past. That would have been fine if the room itself was half decent but the shower was so clogged we had to unplug someone else's hair and dirt in order to use it. There is a plug socket literally above a water pipe and a fuse connector with exposed wires just on the wall, which are both massively dangerous. There is a huge patch of damp on the wall next to the bed, with a shelf almost hanging off the wall above your head. The pillows were so flat and the bedding all felt old and threadbare, and the conservatory dripped with condensation anytime you showered, despite us attempting to open the window(which you can only do a little as it's next to a wall). The camera in the kitchen made us feel a bit uneasy, and it seemed like someone lived there and had just moved out for the weekend. There were no curtains (luckily that wall gave privacy) so it was super bright really early. It just felt grimy and like a soddy building job, and most likely a dodgy sublet rather than a proper apartment for hire.

• Rachel (1/5): Don’t go in winter or if you don’t like the smell of weeds - Is reasonable for the location but I am really unsatisfied with your place because of the following reasons: 1. Wrong room details that we enter other guests room thank god no one was in there 2. ⁠Room smell like weeds with cigarette in the drawer 3. ⁠the hitter is not working properly the other guest told me he had the same issue that he found the water boiler to turn up the temperature last night and it went back down again today plus the clothing dryer was on at the first floor all the time to keep the house warm The customer service didn’t reply regarding the last issue so we have not option to sleep in cold for two nights

We found out that all rooms are very small but our room got a bit additional area, which was very useful. We thought it was a hotel during booking but it was like an Airbnb with multiple users in a small 2 storey house, without the name outside, nor the exact house number. We knocked on 3 houses on the road to find this "hotel".

• Cindy (5/5): Passable - Excellent location very clean ,close to people we were visiting -5 min walking distance ,close to new cross station 5 min walking distance It was not at all clear in description that it was a shared bathroom & kitchen & I could also not pick this up from the images & reviews ,I am a very experienced booking.com user for years & always been happy with the accurate pictures & description of the properties we have stayed at.The walls are paper thin so you can here everyone’s conversation in the next room we were in room 6.In this property the images were accurate but it was not clear that the bathroom & kitchen were shared .We only stayed 2 nites if I knew the bathroom & kitchen was shared I would not have booked. When I was searching I chose apartments filter & this accommodation came up .It should not come up on the apartment filter it should come up on shared accommodation.However,the host communicated quickly & everything was very clear in terms of entering the property & checking in.I felt safe great view of the park,clean room & rest of the property well maintained .I did not communicate this to the owner at the time as the people I was visiting were around the corner & we spent time with them & I had already paid the room charge & it was only 2 nites

For someone who needs to save in a very expensive town this is the place to come. Train station close by and restaurants; groceries also. Excellent instructions on how to access location and room. Private bathroom very good also. Needs more lighting to see the lock-key box and for it to be more secure on the wall instead of loose, it was hard trying to put in the code.

The friendly and courteous staff made the experience even better! The location was fantastic, just a quick six-minute train ride from London Bridge. While the street noise was noticeable with the windows open, it added to the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Overall, for the price, I was very pleased with my stay.

The room was a ground floor one, at the front of the property, and the window didn't close properly. This meant it was noisy in the room and I felt unsafe sleeping in a room where the window could easily be opened from outside. Unfortunately I ended up staying elsewhere because of this.

• Michał (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty clean room and great location, right next to the station connecting you to the rest of London. I think, there were no pictures of this room on booking. Bathroom was build kind of outside of the building and was tiny. I wasn't able to close the window and London in October is not the warmest place on Earth around that time. Also, there was no toilet paper in the room. No one really mention the noise from the station as well, whole building shakes when train was passing by. It didn't bothered me that much, but worth mentioning. For one night it was okay, but would not recommend it for longer stays, or at least this particular room that I got.
• Vadim (4/5): Messy kitchen. - A direct connection with the city center, although it takes approximately 40 minutes to Waterloo train station The shared kitchen was dirty and messy. In 4 days of our stay it had not been cleaned. The bed lining didn't smell fresh and although the owner was trying to deliver the new fresh bed lining it took him 2 days. The room is not for the cold season because it is impossible to close a window. The pillow and duvet is of terrible quality.
