• Denise (8/5): Worth the stay!! - Location was pretty good, many shops and restaurants around, as well as the main bus line just round the corner from the street. We really enjoyed this little flat, as mentioned to the owner, we only found issues with the mattress as it was quite thin and so we were feeling the wooden frames on our back. We topped the mattress with the sofa one and that completely changed everything. It was just a small issue, but hopefully they will provide a better one for those staying after us.
• Justyna (8/5): Decent accommodation for reasonable price - The host gave us clear instructions for self-check-in and was always available and responsive. The flat is very small (perfect for 2 people, a bit cramped for 3 or 4), but well-equipped in necessary appliances (maybe adding a kettle would be useful). The big advantage is a quiet neighbourhood without loud bars or noisy neighbours and the possibility to use heating, which is not that common in Italy (it was really cold when we arrived in Rome). You need to use public transport to get to the city centre and all main attractions. There are a few bus lines opearating and there is a railway station 15-20 mintues away on foot which offers direct connection to Fiumicino airport.

• Piyush (10/5): It was a great value for money deal. - Three of us stayed there and the place was super clean, comfortable, there was lift access, the door lock was with a PIN code and door was heavy and sturdy so it is good safetywise. There were all the essentials you would expect-towels, shower gel and some extras in the kitchen! The owner was responsive and friendly, so check in and check out was smooth. You have washing machine, perfectly working stove, chimney, clean bathroom. The apartment is well maintained and there are supermarkets, pizza shops, bus stand nearby. In the second room the AC wasn’t working so in summers it could be difficult, hopefully it gets repaired soon 🤞
• Andra (9/5): Lovely place to stay - The property was clean, clean linen & towels provided by the owner. The property is one bedroom flat located on the 9th floor, but the building has a lift. As you go inside the flat you have open space kitchen & dining & living rom, the couch can be made as a bed. From the same room you have a door to the little patio outside. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. We had no problems with the neighbours, super quiet. In the bathroom you have a shower & toiletries provided by the owner. The property is quite central, accessible to public transport to visit Rome. Sandro gave all the information needed, super polite and professional.
