• Marc (10/5): Séjour parfait en couple pour le ski d'hiver mais aussi rando d'été - L'emplacement est très bien en voiture plus un parking à 2 pas de l'entrée du chalet, pour se rendre dans le centre de Grindelwald le bus est inclus gratuitement. la chambre est très grande et la décoration soignée. La salle de douche est un peu petite mais parfaitement fonctionnelle, propre et refaite à neuf (comme l'ensemble du chalet). Le petit réfrigérateur est bien (même s'il est un peu limite pour y laisser tous les fromages qu'on peut acheter :D). Le café est top ! Le lieu est très bien pour la randonnée d'été aussi. rien

Mais un air b (sans le breakfast) - La vue sur l'eiger et le calme de l'emplacement Vendu comme un hotel , il n'y a pas de reception ni de personnel ! On nous indique que la clé est dans une boite a code via whats app. La chambre a ete mal nettoyée avant notre arrivé : poubelle non vidé, il restait seulement 2 mouchoirs dans la boite et 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette, pas de refil possible sur un sejour de 2 nuits. Pas de restaurant non plus malgrés la description booking ni de possibilité d'avoir un vrai petit dejeuner. (Seulement une machine a café dans la chambre..) L'evier de la salle de bain est tellement petit qu'on ne peut pas remettre de l'eau dans la machine a café ou boulloir, ni dans une gourde d'1L. Quand on fait un commentaire au patron il nous bloquesur whats app et ne repond plus. Si vous n'etes pas grand, impossible de se voir dans le miroir de la salle de bain!.

• Marcus (9/5): Charmantes Alpenchalet direkt an der Talabfahrt mit tollem Restaurant - Die Lage vom Jägerstübli direkt an der Talabfahrt ist einmalig und auch das Restaurant im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Charme vom Jägerstübli sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Wichtig zu wissen - es gibt einen Getränkekühlschrank, aber keinen richtigen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Hat für unsere Zwecke aber ausgereicht.

• Elias (9/5): Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit direktem Pistenzugang - Die Lage an der Piste ist grossartig. Die Wohnungen haben alle einen eigenen Eingang und die Privatsphäre ist gut. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant eignet sich gut für einen unkomplizierten Abend. Danke an das nette Personal für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung an Besteck/Schüsseln/Tellern könnte etwas grosszügiger sein.

Talabfahrt Nr. 3 direkt vor dem Haus. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hat unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet.
• Natascha (10/5): Ein gemütliches kleines Hotel direkt an der Piste - wir kommen gerne wieder! - Einfach alles war fantastisch, wir haben „unser“ kleines Chalet geliebt und und von der ersten Sekunde an verliebt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Talabfahrt und war sehr komfortabel und heimelig eingerichtet. Obwohl es im Jägerstübli selbst kein Frühstück gab, konnte man Tee kochen und Kaffee machen und die Gastgeber stellten Teller, Besteck, Tassen etc. zur Verfügung, falls man etwas mitbringen wollte. Zudem konnte man im nahe gelegenen Aspen Hotel jederzeit etwas essen. Am Abend konnte man auch im Jägerstübli essen - es war sehr lecker! Wir hatten Glück und es schneite - es war wie im Paradis. • nk (9/5): - 荷物の預けについて相談をさせていただいたところ、移動に関するアドバイスをしてもらい助かった。 ロケーションは街の中心部からバスで移動する必要があるため、便利ではないが、景色もよく、暖かい季節に体力があれば歩いても良いと思う。また、夜は外の照明が控えめなので星を見ることができる。

• Gerdi (10/5): - We loved everything about our Chalet. Room was so cozy and cute, very clean ,modern bathroom. Room had a mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Restaurant was closed during our stay and seems like there were no other guests either, which made our stay to be super private and quiet. We had a car so ,it was easy to move around. 10min drive to centre and 8 min drive to Coop Supermarket. We absolutely recommend to stay here No microwave to room, eating out is super expensive and would have been nice to heat up dinners at our Chalet. Beds were comfy but felt slightly out of level so we felt like falling off the bed :)

• Silvia (9/5): Unterkunft für eine ruhige Auszeit. - Die Unterkunft befindet sich ausserhalb von Grindelwald. Es gibt eine Busverbindung (stündlicher Bus, letzter Bus um ca. 18.45h zur Unterkunft. Vor dem Hotel gibt es Gratis-Parkplätze. Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist, habe jedoch den Ortsbus genutzt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. In meinem Zimmer gab es keinen Fernseher. Alles war gut, kann nichts sagen, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

• Mohamed (8/5): مكان جميل جدا للاسترخاء و الاستمتاع بالطبيعة بعيد عن ضجيج المدينة - إطلالات الفندق خيالية وسط الطبيعة تعامل الموظفين اكثر من رائع موقعه بعيد عن سنتر القرية و تحتاج لسيارة للوصول اليها يمنع طبخ اي شي بالفندق ، و لا توجد اي اجهزة للتسخين ، فقط توجد غلاية ماء و ثلاجة صغيرة تحتاج لركوب عدة درجات للوصول إلى باب الغرفة
• عبدالعزيز (2/5): سيءه ولن اعود للسكن في اماكن الريسيبشن فيها وقح ويتلاعب هكذا - المكان هادئ تعامل باتريك الريسبشن اولا لم يتم تحذيري انه ممنوع التدخين وبما انه كوخ وليش فندق حتى كما مذكور هنا حجزت فيه ثلاث ايام واول يوم لم اجد اي علامه تمنع التدخين داخل الكوخ ودخنت وهذه غلطتي وقد نبهني واعتذرت له عند تنظيفهم الغرفه اول يوم وعندما رجعت تفاجأت انهم فاتحين كل شبابيك الكوخ ومليء بالحشرات عناكب وذباب وابلغته بأنه ااحتاج حل لهذه المشكله اخبرني انه حجزي ثلاث ايام ويتم التنظيف مرره واحده فقط وطنش موضوع الحشرات اللي ملت الكوخ وعند خروجي تفاجأت بإرساله رساله انه سوف يتم تغريمي بي 118 فرنج ما يعادل 500 ريال عشان تدخيني اول يوم مع انه حتى في اللائحه لا يوجد اي شي يذكر انه يوجد غرامه وعندما تكلمت معا باتريك كلمني بطريقه وقحه جدا جدا بالنسبه لي خلال 14 يوم من ايطاليا للنمسا لسويسرا كانت اسوء تجربة سكن لي ولا انصح فيه وللعلم الغرفه لا يوجد فيها اي رائحه للدخان
• Marlise (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im urgemütlichen Minichalet (unser "Schnuckelhäuschen") war in jeder Beziehung perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Sollten wir wieder nach Grindelwald kommen, werden wir nicht lange überlegen müssen: ganz klar das Jägerstübli. Herzlichen Dank dem netten Host Patrick!

• Natsuki (10/5): また帰ってくる場所 - 駅から離れているものの、123バスに乗ればすぐに目の前。 建物内はとても可愛く、居心地が良くて、絶対また戻ってきたい。 キッチンはないが、冷蔵庫に無料のビールやドリンクをいれてくれていて嬉しかった。かなりおすすめ。 セルフチェックインだが、Booking.comのメッセージで送られてきた暗証番号と異なりしばらく部屋に入らなかった。 同じ時間にチェックインしようとした方が同様のトラブルがあり、複数回電話をしてくれて私の分も問い合わせてくれてようやく中に入ることができた。後ほどメッセージで「朝にwhat’s appや、コールで複数回連絡したがあなたが出なかった」と言われたが、それは嘘だとおもう。今までブッキングドットコムでそんな、トラブルになったことない。 スタッフの対応以外はとても完璧だった。

• yili (10/5): Sehr schön 👍 - Ein wirklich entzückendes Landhaus mit perfekter Lage – die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür macht alles sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich fürsorglich, immer gut erreichbar und hat mit seiner fröhlichen und humorvollen Art den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu dürfen!

• Greta (8/5): Beautiful location with everything we needed - Beautiful location surrounded by mountains, it was stunning walking around the area. The chalet was lovely, great for letting my toddler wander around and play a bit. The facilities were simple but all that was needed, the bed was comfortable, we appreciated the ceiling fan on warm nights, the small kitchenette with a sink & fridge were handy (although I wish we could cook there!). Overall a lovely experience, I'd come back again happily (hopefully when the restaurant is operating again as I see it has great reviews but it was closed when we were there). The only thing I didn't love about the chalet was how loud it was when the people upstairs were walking. Obviously because of the wooden structure it makes more noise, but it was very very loud. I came back to the chalet for my toddlers nap time and it was cut very short because she woke up from the noise of the cleaners being upstairs (and she normally sleeps like a brick). I understand this is difficult to do anything about.

Views were spectacular from the room and front patio. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. As it was the off season, the restaurant was closed but there were excellent choices nearby.

• Yuye (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Clean room and nice stuff. Awsome mountain and town view from the room window. There is a private patio right outside the room entrance, loved it！We drove there so it’s quite convenient, easy to park as well. Unfortunately no breakfast were served during our stay. Stuff said that breakfast will start to be serving in June.
