- Michael Stewart (7/5): - Comfortable bed. Nice place overall, cozy, and with plenty of space. Water pressure is quite low. The handheld sprayer needs either a new gasket or a new filter; water is coming out the end of it. I don't know that this entirely accounts for the low water pressure, though. Also, only one small tube (each) of body wash and shampoo were provided (and no other soap for the bathroom sink). That's clearly not enough for 2 people for 2 nights. To their credit, they did ultimately provide an abundance of additional soaps after I requested them (though even that took multiple requests via the app). For a place that's marketing itself as high-end, this sort of thing isn't something guests should have to spend time on.

- Bentley (8/5): - We always like the convenience of being close to the airport. Also the laundry place, sari sari store and the restaurant is great. Service is always great. The price is also good. My toilet ran alot but they did fix it as soon as I asked them. Some of the backlighting in the rooms weren't working. Some bath fixtures were loose. The chair on the patio was broken. Not enough seating in the living room.

- Iris (4/5): It wasn’t much but it didn’t cost much either. It had some great features but also a lot of deficiencies. - The air conditioning was good. It had a pool. There was laundry and a restaurant on property that had decent food. The room had 2 tv sets and good wifi. The room looked half finished. Exposed piping and raw concrete probably going for a “shabby chic” aesthetic, but it just looked like it needed to be finished. The shower worked but had a lot of leaks and water sprayed everywhere when you turn it on. The area outside the room smelled very much like sewage. It was quite unpleasant.

De lokatie is dichtbij diverse shopping malls op korte loopafstand. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen. Heerlijk verblijf. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is super. De badkamer is groot met heerlijk ligbad en grote inloopdouche met glazen wand. Het zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen maar aan de kleine kant om in te zwemmen.

Really liked the lighting and the industrial outdoor feel. Quiet location close to some diving spots and the airport. Half hour from Cebu city depending on traffic. Building the apartment is in is a bit rundown, and the hallways could use a clean with some maintenance. Pool outside can get dirty quickly.

- Jodie (4/5): - Rooms were very quirky and enabled us to all stay together as a family. This was quite expensive given that it was in a pretty run down area near the airport. We actually cancelled two of our stays here and got much nicer accommodation elsewhere in mactan for less than this
- Pudley (10/5): Well appointed apartment great location - Great location close to airport. Lots of places to eat especially the Italian restaurant at the apartment. Staff very helpful. This is our 2nd time staying. Would strongly recommend. Nothing.

Made it through an earthquake too with no dramas Was a water pump room behind a door inside the room. Very noisy and kept turning on every 4-5 minutes...

- Jennifer (8/5): Nice stay - didn’t like the noises of motors everytime water in the complex was turned onwas turned - Proximity to airport and nearby restaurants and shops The noise anytime someone flushed a toilet or turned on water / shower. Also not enough hot water to use the spa so basically useless.

- Karen (1/5): Right when we get in our room a big cockroach welcome us. - The sink is clogged and the water is leaking in the kitchen. I saw 2 cockroaches during our stay. Not worth the price.

- Fabio (9/5): Perfekt, wenn man in der Nähe des Flughafen sein möchte. - Alles! Mussten einmal Zimmer wechseln weil im ersten Zimmer kein warm Wasser funktioniert hat, aber ging reibungslos und das zweite Zimmer war auch wunderschön. Bauarbeiten nebenan, deshalb ziemlich laut.

- Yvonne (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sieht wie auf den Bildern aus. Wirklich wirklich toll. Haben sehr sehr gut geschlafen und es war schön ruhig.

- Martin (6/5): Schnelle Lösung. - Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn man Flüge gestrichen bekommt und eine schnelle Lösung für paar Stunden oder eine Nacht benötigt. Es ist von außen nur schwer erkennbar, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt, da es Wohnblöcke sind wie in Rumänien und es überall stinkt aus dem Klo heraus. Es hatte den Anschein, als wenn die Wohnung lange nicht benutzt worden ist beziehungsweise das Apartment, ohne Level drei Status bei booking.com und dadurch den fast halben Preis wäre das Zimmer sein Geld nicht wert gewesen.

Adatta per chi cerca un po di comodità ma ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio, addirittura nel bagno è presente una vasca idromassaggio oltre alla doccia. Tantissime prese in tutta la casa, due condizionatori nell’appartamento, luci soffuse, ben isolata per non sentire il rumore dei galli dalle 4 del mattino. Niente
