• Varazm Ltd (1/5): it's really, really unpleasant and totally unacceptable - Just the location I have never seen in my entire life a toilet inside a kitchen; it is very, very disturbing and completely improper.

• Julie (9/5): - Lovely comfortable ground floor apartment in easy walking distance to shops restaurants and seafront. We had a lovely stay, would recommend. Had a bit of trouble using TV as only accessible via the apps on a fire stick, which unless you had log ins you were unable to access some channels. Not ideal for the oldies.

• Hayden (8/5): Overall was great and DEFINTLY stopping by again next year - I personally liked how close it was to most places that I needed. Example being I needed a bass guitar of mine to get checked and the fact that magic music was like 2 streets away was perfect aswell as close to a lot of shops I took a stroll into The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the fire alarm going off for two nights for whatever reason but we just snoozed it and it seemed to stop it

Was initially concerned that it might be noisy as it’s so central with shops nearby but was nice and quiet and I had no problems sleeping as the bedrooms are towards the back of the property away from the road. Nice shower.

• Ron (9/5): Top Clacton property - Spacious apartment in a very good location. Close to shopping, beach and pubs, etc. Easy self check in and out. The apartment was well appointed with two large bedrooms and a large living room. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. No hesitation to recommend. Nothing we could say disappointed us.

• Terry (5/5): We enjoyed the stay apart from the above but as we were all over 65 it did have its challenges - The rooms in the main were roomy and spacious and well laid out The toilet was not affixed to the floor twice close to a serious accident and the bathroom had brick dust in one area and was not 100% clean in other areas also the residents above had a young child constantly thumping across the floor, also two steps in the hallway were camouflaged by the flooring
