I wanted to flag a few issues regarding the apartment's condition: Safety Issue: The dining table is unstable and dangerous; the glass top is not secure and could easily break. Deep Cleaning: The sofas and rugs require a deep clean, and the unit overall needs more thorough attention. Linens: The towels are worn and should be replaced. The apartment is very nice, but these maintenance steps are necessary for the safety and comfort of future guests.
