- Ognjen (10/5): - They actually changed our bed during our stay, since the one that was inside was quite old. And they did it in record time. We went for breakfast stroll, by the time we got back everything was cleaned and installed. Props to the owner and hit team👍🏻
- Jone (9/5): -
- Javiera (6/5): Good price for location - Excellent location
Spacious and comfortable Not very clean, dusty
Some details like torn sheets,
faulty toilet (water wouldn't stop running)
- dejan (8/5): - The apartment is good. The shower is too small.
- Christopher (10/5): Ottimo!! - Struttura accogliente e situata in centro storico. Comodo per spostarsi e all’interno della struttura c’era tutto il necessario!!
Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili!
- Giulia (10/5): - Außerordentliche Lage und sehr geräumig und hell! Zugang hat alles super geklappt
- Bak (8/5): - Lokationen var god. Kommunikationen med udlejer var god. Der var beskidt i lejligheden. Og lidt mangelfuldt køkken med ødelagt kaffemaskine.
- Colm (9/5): Superb -
- Daryl (10/5): Exceptional - The place was in a great location. Lovely and clean and the owner was very helping
- Elan (8/5): This appartement is in a great location, on campo di fiori. very nice and cosy. - Great place superb location
- Elan (8/5): great place to stay while exploring Rome - the apartment is in an excellent location, and well equipped
- Ervin (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, helpful staff and spacious, comfortable apartment. I can only recommend it.
- Palmina (1/5): Bad -
- Liz (7/5): Location was perfect, a quiet comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, but no extras/care from hosts. - The location was excellent, near enough to walk to all the major sights. It was very near a daily market and Piazza Novona & Pantheon only a 5 minute walk_ Trastevere only 15 minute walk _ Campo Di Fiori is just a few minutes away. Spacious yet comfortable. Apartment was dark, not like the photos, ceiling in bedroom too low, no dishwasher tablets, no shower gel, no little extras, tiny low pressure shower cubicle. A man came knocking on the door, at 8.0am, very loudly, the morning after we arrived to collect dirty linen, woke us up! Communication from the owners/managing company not good, no response to suggestions, feedback. No extra niceties.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Rosemarie (7/5): Good - Conveniently located next to Campo do Fiori. Could walk to many places. The apartment was also spacious and not too noisy. The lack of an elevator made it very challenging to bring up big luggages. And there is an additional flight of stairs from the door to the apartment. Unfortunately the kitchen light wasn't working and couldn't be rectified during the 4 nights we were there.
- Nina (1/5): DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!! - Just the location. The apartment doesn’t look like it does on the pictures. Everything was dirty, dust everywhere, the couch is filthy with stains, the fridge was dirty, the shower was disgusting, the floor was like it wasn’t even vacuumed, the walls are filthy, blankets in the wardrobe have stains that look like blood, a huge bad with dirty linen and towels was left in the apartment! After contacting the owner and sending him pictures, he just ignored us. The second morning we had a guy knocking at the door at 8am and came in to take the old linen and put some new. I do not recommend this place at all!!!
- Andres (1/5): Not recommended at all - Location is great, next to Campo di Fiori If you want to be woken up by loud calls and someone opening the door of your apartment without previous notice this is the place for you. At 8 in the morning a guy supposedly from the laundry service just opened the apartment with a key and started to shout hello.
We contacted the owner and told him it was unacceptable to have people just opening the door without notice, especially if you cannot lock your personal belongings. The owner reacted very rudely and ignored our calls, our messages and our concerns, when we contacted Booking about the incident, the owner said we lied even though we have written proof.
In general the pictures do not reflect the real place, the apartment is very dark, even during the day, the room is way way smaller than it looks and after the experience we did not feel safe. Especially since we felt that any problem or issue we had would be ignored completely.
At the end we left after one night and stayed at a hostel, we also did not get any refund.
- Monica (9/5): Ideal Campo Di Fiori Apartment - Location of this apartment is ideal for exploring all that Rome has to offer. Most major attractions are accessible by foot. Walk to Vatican Museums or Colosseum only 30 minute walk _ Piazza Novona & Pantheon 5 minute walk_ Trastevere neighborhood only 10 minute walk _ Campo Di Fiori is just downstairs, yet, apartment is very quiet. Apartment is spacious, and well appointed. Wooden ceiling beams are beautiful, feels like a cozy mountain chalet. Shower is sub-par: water pressure is low and the shower is super tiny. A "larger' person may not be able to exit the shower because the shower door opening is extremely small. Also, apartment may not be suitable for unfit guests, since it is at the top floor and there is no elevator. Steps are very steep.
- Катерина (8/5): Very good - Excellent apartments with good location The host asks for additional payment of tourist tax via PayPal, which is also charged when booking on Booking.
- Catherine (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - The location was great. Stay near here, but not in this apartment. Beware. The power went out for an extended period during our stay, and the host was unresponsive, so we moved to another hotel. The host has been entirely unresponsive since and has ignored our request for a refund.
- Janke (8/5): Well situated, cosy and spacious apartment with A/C close to Campo dei Fiori. - Central location close to Campo dei Fiori; spacious apartment under the roof with airco and kitchen. It is stylishly decorated Felt a little less luxurious than it looked on the pictures. The shower was very small so you barely could get in. The bedroom does not have standing height, so you will bump your head on one of the beams if you don't watch out. Public transportation is a little further away and it is hard for taxi's to get close, so best is to walk. Staircase to topfloor room above kitchen is very wobbly (only needed for larger group)
- Leonid (6/5): Pleasant - The communication and checkin was great, and so is the location. Unfortunately the apartment was badly cleaned, with dirty cutlery and plates in the dishwasher.
The ceiling in the bedroom too low, the shower ridiculuosly small. Not really comfortable
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Unbelievable location and a really cute place. Stuff to do literally outside your door and a breezy 20-30 minute walk to many of the big sights to see. Didn't realize there wasn't an elevator, the stairs are a bit tough with bags.
- Nynke (9/5): Superb - Location superb The main bedroom bed
- Katarina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksa (5/5): Over all we spent afternoon in Rome and had a great time, only thing is that about all those hidden costs that can affec - Location was amazing, around the corner is big square with bunch of restaurants, we found cute place right next door, amazing service and good prices for value . Didn’t like that they put in description that you can find parking for 25€ per day, just no way the closest asked us for 50€, we found that as a sneaky move in order to pick their place .
