Comunicación con los gestores del alojamiento estupenda con atención inmediata, entrega de llaves a nuestra disponibilidad. Agradecida del kit de limpieza (no es habitual), menaje suficiente. El aspecto exterior del edificio, pero zona tranquila y céntrica.

• Violeta (6/5): So hot - It was clean The apartment did not match the photos – it was much smaller. The “two bedrooms” meant one normal room and a very tiny, claustrophobic single room. Air conditioning was weak and very loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on, but without it the rooms were extremely hot. We had to pay €40 extra for late check-in (11 p.m.) plus €40 per person in taxes. There were no basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) or laundry detergent for the washing machine, and overall not enough facilities for a 7-day stay. Expensive and not worth the money – poor value for the price. Would not recommend without checking the real size and amenities first.

• Chris (8/5): Worth a visit. - Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space with all appliances working. Washing machine was simple to use and I used it nearly every day. Felt secure within the apartment. Unsure if there is a leak on the toilet, as there seemed to always be a puddle of water around the base. The shower curtain was not 100% effective and after a shower, there was more water on the bathroom floor. I used supplied towels as mats to soak the water up, then washed the towels. Had limited TV channels, unsure if I couldn't access all available channels or this is just what is available in Spain.

• Tomaz (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is great. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and cozy. Offers enough that you can enjoy your stay. Quite a small apartment for a family. Walls are really thin, so you can easily hear the naighburs.
• Flavia (7/5): Nice location, not so tourist friendly - The location is amazing! Close to a really important metro station, you can easily leave to Montserrat from there, also close station from airport public transport bus. Location wise, amazing. They for sure have a problem with the sewage.. we had to stay with lowered windows to clear the air. Also, be careful. They charge a 40€ fee if you check in after 20:00 :) they do not write that under house rules, i only got this message after i booked and payed. It was also the only place where we had to pay a deposit.. but that was mentioned. I went back and it mentions the 40 euro in the fine print. So just be careful. If you want to get your deposit back quickly use a revolut card
• Vladimir (3/5): The city is Beautiful but the facility is not worth the price - Close to the shop We were on our way out, when we came back, the apartment lock (by the way very old) could not be unlocked, even though we tried with both keys. In the end, we waited 2-3 hours until the master came to unlock our door, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, only fans that could be heard. Definitely not worth the price.
• William (8/5): Not a party spot, used for family trip necessities. - Good location from tourist spots and metro stations. Walked to sites and beaches. Served the housing purpose better than 2 hotel rooms. Super quiet neighborhood. Small space so obviously you hear everything in apartment.

• Francesco (3/5): Poor - Nothing special , the neighborhood is very characteristic with some typical places the building is terrible, the stairs to reach the floor are in a terrible state. The apartment is relatively decent, but the second room is very small with a very small bed and a window that didn't close. Very few windows in general. Bad experience
