• Burcu (9/5): 4-5 kişi için fazlasıyla yeterli bir konaklama. - İki tane yatak odası, fena olmayan bir mutfak ve arka tarafta küçük bir bahçe alanı var. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi gece 2 de gelmemize rağmen bize taksi de ayarlayarak beklemeden eve girmemizi sağladılar. Depozitoyu da 5 günde iade ettiler. Sorun yaşamadık. Mahalle çok güzeldi bir çok şey elinizin altında ve güvenli görünen bir mahallede. Gece belli saatten sonra geldiğimiz için ekstra 40 euro ödedik. 10 yıldır seyahat ediyorum ve ilk kez denk geldim. Ama kural bu olduğu için uyum sağladık. Bir de sokak kapısı direkt oturma alanına açılıyor değişik bir düzene sahip
• Schettino (8/5): Soggiorno a Barcellona - Appartamento ben strutturato, due camere da letto e due bagni. Posizione non centralissima ma vicina a metro e fermate autobus, in zona ci sono negozi, supermercati, bar e svariati locali. Secondo bagno in camera un po’ troppo piccolo

• Emily (8/5): Cute apartment in good location. - The apartment was on a quiet street in a nice area within walking distance of all the main sites. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. It was tastefully decorated and had most of the facilities we needed. A small welcome pack was provided with coffee, olive oil and washing up liquid etc We were warm enough but blankets would be useful in winter months in case of a chilly night. The instructions for the hob were not correct for the one that was installed in the apartment. Some small redecorating is needed due to a leak from the apartment above. The hot water in the shower was very intermittent, would probably be fine in the summer but it was chilly in November.
• Mariano (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente! Super equipada y limpia... Para 4 personas muy cómoda Es un buen lugar para grupo si estás varios días No avisan que es directo a la calle la casa. Un poco ruidosa por estar debajo de un edificio y el ascensor pegado a una ventana. La persona que nos recibió muy apurada no explicó nada... Retienen muchos días el depósito en nuestro caso 8 días después de irnos lo devolvieron.
• Gianluca (4/5): Da non consigliare - Appartamento spazioso e ben posizionato rispetto alla fermata della Metro. Vicino a farmacia, negozi e supermercati; ristoranti di buona qualità e meno costosi del centro. L'appartamento era poco curato nella pulizia ed in bagno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Erano presenti macchie di umidità in camera da letto con la vernice scrostata; nel cassetto della cucina le posate erano sporche; l'appartamento era praticamente privo di finestre in quanto le uniche due aperture affacciavano sulla tromba dell'ascensore del palazzo con aria irrespirabile; uno dei due bagni era praticamente inutilizzabile in quanto privo di riscaldamento. In realtà si trattava di un negozio fronte strada ristrutturato e non adatto quale civile abitazione, in pratica si stava su strada. Dal punto di vista della sicurezza non aveva alcuna via di fuga ed inoltre erano presenti cavi elettrici scoperti. Booking non dovrebbe proporre sulla sua piattaforma questi immobili.

• Aimee (8/5): Overall happy. Would stay again for the 2 nights - I loved the location. Different slice of barcelona loved the area. Easily accessible to daily needs, food and cafes etc. The place was really neat! Only thing was the showers ran pretty cold 🥶 Showers were cold! And no heating but the showers cold was the worst part.

• marius (9/5): A fost foarte plăcut, cu siguranță o să mai revenim - Locatia este aproape de atracțiile din Barcelona, ușor de găsit, sunt toate facilitățile de care ai nevoie în locație Nu este cazul
• Nazareth (9/5): Hermosa estadía! - Todo muy lindo. Tal cual las fotos. Impecable y buena ubicación. El personal atento! Justo hubo que arreglar la calefacción y el agua caliente no salía muy bien. Pero sacando ese problema. Todo estuvo muy bien. Kits de bienvenida incluidos, tanto para la cocina y aseo personal. .
• orland (10/5): Ci abbiamo fatto solo le notti siamo sempre fuori. - Molto bella pulita Che ci hanno fatto pagare 40 eu in più perché siamo arrivati alle 21.30 e loro ci aspettavano fino alle 20.00 e dalle 20.00 fino a 01.30 di notte ti facevano pagare 40 eu in più e dopo le 01.30 non ricevevano più e questa è stata una spesa enorme perché oltre a 40 eu ci hanno chiesto per la notte 6.50 a testa per 4notti per due adulti e due Bambini. 90 eu oltre alla 400 eu che abbiamo pagato la struttura. Sé queste spese extra le sapevo prima della prenotazione non facevano la prenotazione e non potevo più cancellare per non era rimborsabile la prenotazione. Oltre a tutto ciò ci hanno fatto pagare altri 300 eu come cauzione, e una volta che siamo andati via ce li hanno rimborsato. Ma non mi è piaciuto, perché la struttura ha preteso che si portasse via la spazzatura, che gli asciugamani si lavassero noi, che si pulisse la cucina e il bagno. Io ero in vacanza non ero andata a fare le pulizie e ripeto se lo sapevo cancellavo la prenotazione ma non mi rimborsavano.
• Marius (10/5): Good location, comfortable apartment - The location is great, short walk to bars and restaurants. Close to the beach and you can walk into town as well. Metro station close by should you wish to use transport. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay in Barcelona. Kitchen was good and well equipped. Nice open plan living/kitchen area. 2 bedrooms, both en-suite which is a massive bonus if travelling as 2 couples. small outside terrace, we didn't use it much, probably very handy if you are a smoker. The one thing that wasn't great was the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the maintenance of the bathrooms. The bedrooms had a large amount of dust in them (especially on the ceiling fans) and the bathrooms really need the grouting done as it is black all over. The shower heads have not been descaled in ages if you ask me.
• miren josune (1/5): Una decepcion - Lo unico bueno del alojamiento, es la ubicación, ya que esta a tres minutos del metro de Poble sec Todo lo demas, a parte de sufrir una estafa por parte del alojamiento o alguien que se hacia pasar por el, cuando llegamos al apartamento a las 16:00h pm, todavia no habian terminado de limpiar el apartamento, y nos dijeron que le quedaba una hora de para acabar la limpieza. Entonces como es logico despies de sufrir la estafa, no queriamos que nadie se quedase en el apartamento con nuestras cosas y acabamos limpiando nosotros el apartamento. Habia cucarachas, telarañas por todas las paredes.
