• César (9/5): - El apartamento tiene de todo, muy cómodo, muy limpio, hay hostelería alrededor y un Mercadona justo enfrente. La zona tiene dificultades para aparcar, es un bloque de casas antiguo y aunque el apartamento está decorado y tratado a capricho el resto del edificio no está así. El precio del apartamento por noche es elevado no deja de ser un apartamento y aunque tenga tres dormitorios creo que el precio real del apartamento son 150 euros como mucho. No sé cómo estará en Zaragoza el alojamiento pero he pasado por apartamentos mejores y con un precio mucho más contenido. Este apartamento tiene precio de hotel de cuatro estrellas. Pero insisto el apartamento como tal es extraordinario.

• Ainhoa (9/5): - Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y super completo. Chekin muy fácil. Volvería. Bastante difícil aparcar, un poco alejado y barrio q da un poco sensación de inseguridad, pero quizás solo era una sensación.

• Sultan (1/5): سيئة جدا جدا - لم يعجبنا تجربتي في هذه الشقة كانت للأسف سيئة للغاية. عند وصولنا، حاولنا التواصل مع صاحب الشقة لكنه أغلق هاتفه ولم يرد، مما سبب لنا إرباكًا وتأخيرًا في الدخول. لاحقًا، عندما تمكنا من التواصل معه، كان أسلوبه غير محترم وبدل أن يساعدنا، نعتنا بالكذابين وهدد بإبلاغ الشرطة دون سبب واضح. كما أنه رفض أي تعديل في الحجز أو محاولة للحل بطريقة ودّية وذلك بسبب خطأ بسيط جداً الشقة كانت بمستوى عادي، لكن سوء تعامل المالك جعل الإقامة تجربة مزعجة وغير مريحة إطلاقًا. أتمنى من إدارة المكان وموقع Booking متابعة مثل هذه الحالات لضمان احترام الضيوف والتعامل معهم بشكل مهني، كما انه اريد ان اقدم شكوى لانه تحصل على مبلغ زيادة والسبب في اضافة شخصين اخرين والشقة تتسع لاكثر من 6 اشخاص ، كما انه بسبب اغلاق هاتفه تأخرنا في الدخول حتى الساعة الواحدة بعد منتصف الليل.
