• Tshinga (7/5): - La disposition, l'espace, le canapé, la luminosité, l'espace piscine. La machine a laver coulait, la douche dans la chambre parentale et la toilette ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de brancher les lampes de chevets et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
• Dave (9/5): Suprised but in a great way - Really didn't know what to expect as had not been here or yours area. Was a really great place to stay in a very good area. Very comfy and the 24/7 guards were good as well not having to worry about anything. The staff were really nice and helpful will definitely go back again. Pool was clean and was good value thanks

• Lucia (8/5): Despite the little hiccups we have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ruth - Good location. Clean, spacious. Modern. Clear communication. During first few days lack of towels for our whole group. Not enough hot water and not enough power/electricity. However, this has been resolved later on. There was a big leak in 1 of the properties during a strong rain one day, hence this needs to be fixed.
• KALALUKA (7/5): Review - Place is well maintained and clean. Manager is accessible. Try to improve on genset power patterns, during the week to be turned on earlier to allow for flow of water. Weekend esp sunday can be turned on later to allow for a later start to day. Generally consider review run times. No or very low water flow when genset off. Staff difficult to reach, phones going unanswered. Have plumbers and electricians available on standby.
• LALA (10/5): I would recommend this place!! - Everything was perfect. Very cozy and quite place. Very smart and clean. They have back up power. The only problem is that there is no hot water in the bathrooms, but it's understandable, the power cuts are so bad.

• Jaime (7/5): - Space and air conditioning. Cooking gear, fridge-freezer and microwave available The swimming pool was not well maintained and it was not clean. All morning and afternoon I was not able to use the kitchen as there was no electricity.

En suite shower was tiny. Place needs maintenance - curtains are drooping off rails but otherwise a lovely place

Considering the fact that we checked in late, collection of the keys was straightforward. The apartment was in top top shape with a beautiful modern interior. Would definitely book these apartments.

• LisaKN1 (7/5): A modern and comfortable unit in a nice location. Wonderful staff, safe and secure. - It's suitable for families and groups conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping centre with a variety of shops and restaurants. If you're a germophobe or have OCD travelling is always a challenge - at Longhorn Apartments, you will have minor challenges that you can overcome. If you're not bothered by microorganisms then you'll be just fine. There were cockroaches in the kitchen which management needs to take care of some fixtures in the unit need attention, and frequent inspections and repairs are necessary to maintain the standard.
• John (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Longhorn - Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment equipped with everything a group or family needs. Lovely swimming pool on site and 24 hour security. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, WiFi and cable tv working well. Glad to see the hosts have installed solar systems to keep the units powered up during the electricity shedding we have. Everything was good and very satisfied, however the property requires some tidying up and maintenance. Water pressure is a concern.
• Ghislain44 (9/5): Perfect - A warm welcome from the manager. Very well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Secure concession and perfect parking space in front of the accommodation The pool needs a little cleaning of the surface water.
• Mulenga (9/5): - Everyone was very helpful and we felt very safe. Despite the power outages in Zambia at the moment, they have a backup generator that provided power all the time. Everything was great, any issues we we had were resolved immediately.

• Farai (8/5): Excellent place! Good location and safe - The place is very clean. Hot water and working wifi. Its a very secure place too. The shower in the main bedroom was out of order. The working shower in the guest bedroom was not draining well at all. We showered in a puddle. Very poor draining the four of us were using the same shower.

Had some hick ups, bedside lights didn't work, no towels, bath tub didn't work, master basin cabinet was collapsing. When booking on line I was given one price, when it came time to pay I was given another more exorbitant price.

Plenty of space We had power 24/7 which was so great since load shedding is such a problem in Zambia at the moment. Swimming pool was really nice and always clean. Excellent customer service which made such a difference and we were really looked after by all the staff. House keeping was excellent! They always took their time and left the place completely spotless! The location is great too! Very close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It also central to Lusaka, not too far from anywhere really. Would definitely recommend it to our friends and definitely would stay there again! Nothing at all.
• Rachel (7/5): - Perfect location.close to the mall and main road. Clean place and spacious rooms. Locating the place was difficult as GPS was not able to pick the location. Check in was at 14hrs, we arrived at 16hrs and we had to wait for another hour to check in as we were told they were still cleaning up the place. The place needs a bit of better maintenance, the bathroom in the master bedroom was draining poorly. Also encountered few cocroaches.

Comfortable beds, continuous power , nice swimming pool, the manger is very nic - Location Cleanliness Space Price The water heater should have been turned on by the manager or workers. First night we had cold showers. They need to put a bigger poster showing the apartment’s name. Almost every one that came to visit us got lost. Even we got lost the first day we arrived. The directions are not accurate and Yangu drivers had so much trouble finding the place. They need to work out the accuracy of the address. No. 23 doesn’t exist when added in the address. The workers woke me up in the morning around 06:45 am walking past my room pulling a rubbish bin and just walking to and from I don’t know where. I would suggest they use the driveway not right by the back and that’s where the window for the main bedroom is. We on holiday and one just wants to sleep in sometimes. So please be considerate of the guests.

• Harry (9/5): Enjoyed my stay. Private and personal set up of all the apartments. - The property is very clean and nicely maintained. Very spacious rooms. Posturepaedic mattresses were very comfortable. 24/7 hot water supply. Walking distance to mall and eating places. Daily cleaning services. The kitchen could do with more plate sets and cuttlery. Complimentary condiments and basic toiletries should be provided. Possibly provide few more towels in the kitchen and a broom. A roll of kitchen tissue could help.

• Fredrik (9/5): Apartment in Lusaka. - Good space! Easy to move around, close to different shopping malls. And it is a calm area with not very heavy traffic. Just some small things, for example one of the doors in the apartment sounds terrible when open and closing.

• ANTONIO (4/5): Disappointed ,expensive, far from what we can expect in terms of price. To avoid - The location of the flat is great and in located in safe area of Lusaka just 5 minutes by walk to reach the mall. The security is there 24/7. The appartement is well decorated with fournitures of good quality. The balance strongly leans towards the negative side for several reasons: Considering the price, I would have expected something flawless, but I was deeply and unfortunately disappointed. The wifi was unusable, and my colleague and I had to request to change apartments (they are all the same in the complex). The connection worked for a few hours, then stopped in the evening and the next day. The air conditioning is not available in all the rooms, only in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms do not have it, and in a hot country, this is unacceptable. I couldn't sleep; my room was like a sauna. There is an equipped kitchen, but the apartment has no chairs to sit on. Forget about cooking unless you want to eat standing up. We experienced a water cut-off in the kitchen, and to reactivate the flow, we had to perform a maneuver for the water supply, but no one told us. Another problem arose when we tried to take a shower; there was no hot water because the system had not been turned on at our arrival . In the bathroom, there was only one bath towel, and no more. I have never seen this in my life. The toilet tank continued to leak non-stop once we flushed it. We had put off the top of the tank system to stop the leak. And finally, the pool, which looks more like a pond. A thin layer of dust is clearly visible on the water. It's the dirtiest pool I've ever seen. The purification system wasn't working, and leaves were floating in the water. All around, the sight was disastrous, with rubble and other materials tarnishing the view around the pool. There were no lounge chairs to sit on, and nothing was provided for this purpose.
