• Gert (6/5): In de directe omgeving was veel te doen, goede locatie. Appartement was kil en sfeerloos - Locatie was goed, midden in oude wijk van Venetië. Sfeerloos en kaal appartement, plastic stoeltjes in een kale keuken. Dekbed was aan de zijkant open waardoor het niet echt prettig aanvoelde, was wellicht wel schoon. Elke dag om 09:00 ging er een luide bel. Je hoorde stoelen schuiven op harde vloer van boven- en zijburen.

• Olga Ef (9/5): Lovely and clean flat in a more quiet area of Venice - The location was perfect and much better than staying right in the centre of the city, as Cannaregio was more chilled, local and quiet. The flat was very comfortable, nice beds, clean, hot water, strong WiFi The only thing to mention, was the fact that the host only spoke to us through the Booking.com chat and not Whatsapp (which meant that we had to open the laptop to talk to him every time)

• Karin (9/5): Super Lage, ideal für ein paar Tage - Sehr gute Lage, nahe Vaporetto-Station Guglie. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock. Geräumiges Schlafzimmer (mit viel Stauraum für Gepäck) und Küche. Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig! Wohnung war gut geheizt. Ich habe das Bett als sehr hart empfunden. Umständlicher Check-in übers Handy, um den Code für den Schlüssel zu erhalten, aber es funktioniert.
• Polina (10/5): - Уютные апартаменты, безупречная чистота и отзывчивый хозяин. Апартаменты находятся на тихой улице, близко до лодочной станции Gulie, с которой можно уехать почти куда угодно. Пешком около 15-20 минут до ж/д вокзала. До площади св. Марка около 30 минут пешком по живописным улицам и каналам. В 5 минутах до набережной с видом на Альпы. Мы любим тишину и долгие прогулки, поэтому для нас это место было идеальным. Все необходимое в апартаментах есть, и хозяин всегда готов прийти на помощь. Мы с удовольствием провели там неделю.

• Pavel (5/5): Benátky jsou nádherné a potíže nám pobyt nezkazily. Hodně štěstí majiteli. - Lokalita. Klid. Relativně blízko hlavních památek, příjezdu autobusu a obchodů. Komunikující majitel. Omlouvám se mu za hodnocení, ale mělo by být, tak jak to zákazník cítí, přestože to není zdvořilé. Přístup do apartmánu zbytečně složitý. Musíte před apartmánem psát majiteli a žádat o kód. V apartmánu po příjezdu byla zima, jsme poměrně otužilí, ale 11°C je i na nás málo. Na snesitelnou teplotu se to podařilo dostat až druhý den. Majitel buď začíná nebo je velmi šetřivý. Dokupovali jsme toaletní papír a sáček do koše jsme dostali jeden na pět dní. Kuchyně vybavena opravdu nouzově. Konvice rozbitá. Mikrovlnná trouba není. Chybí i klasický kuchyňský nůž. Vybavení apartmánu základní, spíše nepohodlné. Postel už kritizovali dřívější návštěvníci a přidávám se k jejich názoru, neskutečně vrže. Asi jediným pozitivem je, že majitel komunikuje obratem. Po dvou dnech už mě ale nebavilo pořád něco řešit: nastavení topení, nefungující konvici, kam s odpadem atd. Nechtěl jsem si kazit pobyt.

• Renne (9/5): - Cute little apartment, in a very quiet area but still an easy walk to the main tourist sights. Nice and clean, comfortable once we got the radiators going.

Il prezzo comunque competitivo. climatizzatore molto rumoroso, siamo quindi stati costretti a spegnerlo con conseguente caldo torrido, palazzo fatiscente e rumori forti provenienti da un appartamento evidentemente adiacente (spostamento di mobili a tarda sera)

• Cate (9/5): Peaceful, well-located appartment away from the manically touristy bits of Venice but easily accessible to them. - Located in a quiet, residential area of Venice, well away from the hectic touristy parts but close enough to walk everywhere and Cannaregio has some fascinating sights worth exploring with relatively few people around (we were there over Xmas). Vaporetti and supermarkets all within easy walking distance (5-10 mins) As we spent 5 days there, it was really good to have a washing machine and enough basic kitchen equipment to cook for ourselves. I think the heating was controlled remotely ad sometimes the boiler seemed to run all night, but to be fair, we never contacted the owner about this. It wasn’t a major issue.
